• Jose Antonio (6/5): - La situación en el centro turístico El alojamiento necesita un poco de mantenimiento tanto en baños,cocina y paredes de las habitaciones
• aurelio (1/5): Tercermundista, no cumple con los mínimos - La ubicación 1- Cuando me llegó el cobro me venía 45 € más, sin previo aviso, y además la limpieza no existía en dicho alojamiento. 2 - El señor, Pablo supongo, se limitó a darnos las llaves y salir corriendo sin ningún tipo de instrucciones de nada. 3 - Cuando nos pusimos a deshacer las maletas, sobre las 19 horas, vimos que de las 5 almohadas que teníamos que usar solo 2 tenían su funda, el no. 4 - Llamamos para que nos trajera las fundas, dijo " si puedo iré esta tarde, sino mañana" ni vino, ni llamó, ni cogió el teléfono. 5 - La tv imposible de ver nada, según hemos visto en otras reseñas, había que meter una cuenta de Google, algo que nosotros no sabemos hacer. 6 - Las dos duchas en mal estado, las duchas de mano no funcionan, y los duchones echan agua por todos lados y hacia todos lados poniendo todo perdido de agua, porque además a una de las mamparas le falta la puerta corredera. 7 - Cuando abrimos el lavavajillas estaban los vasos, platos, cafetera, cuchillos, tenedores, cucharas, etc sucios de los inquilinos anteriores. 8 - Muy poco menaje de cocina, nos faltaron . 9 - La cisterna del baño del dormitorio chorreaba continuamente, molestando incluso para dormir. 10 - El balcón y su mesita imposible de tocar con suciedad de mucho tiempo, y polvo por muchos muebles. 11 - El piso es un maldito desastre. 12 - Nos pareció mentira, que con el prestigio que nos merece BOOKING, tenga en sus ofertas pisos de este tipo .
• maria (4/5): Buena ubicación, pero nada cuidado. - La ubicación era buena. Me gustó que tenía dos baños ya que éramos dos parejas. Las camas eran muy incómodas. Estaba muy sucio, especialmente los baños, en las pilas y las duchas había incluso moho. Es un buen piso pero no tiene un adecuado mantenimiento, había muchas cosas viejas y rotas.

• Estela (1/5): La estancia fue horrible. - La cercanía a los puntos de interés. No me gustó nada. Los cuartos de baño no había nada de aseo personal, solo papel wc de barato que no limpiaba nada, tuve que comprarlos yo. Las toallas habían algunas manchadas como si no estuvieran lavadas. Vamos a las habitaciones y hay moho en las ventanas de la humedad, lo normal es que lo limpien pero no fue así, los cristales más sucios no podían estar y las sábanas no sé si las lavaron y cambiaron, en el comedor el TV NO FUNCIONAN LIS CANALES En la cocina no hay bayetas para limpiar, tampoco un seca manos tuve que coger una toalla, la vitro toda sucia daba asco cocinar ahí, cubiertos los justos, vasos solo 3 y menaje de cocina nada de nada, UN PURO DESASTRE. Aaaaa se me olvidaba el marco de la puerta estaba suelto y fuimos a cerrar la puerta para irnos de visita turística y cus do volvimos no podíamos abrir, llamamos a Pablo ( el propietario) y no nos dio ninguna solución lo volví a llamar y no cogía el telefono no le importaba nada lo que nos estaba pasando, solo hizo caso cuando lo llamaron de Booking ya que tuve que llamar para que supieran en qué situación estaba yo, en resumida no aconsejó nada ese apartamento.
• irene (4/5): Si solo quieres bueno ubicación y te da igual el resto, es soportable. - Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Ni si quiera me encontré sábanas en la cama. El piso olía una mezcla entre cerrado y tabaco de años, el borde de las ventanas llenos de humedad. Los colchones cero cómodos, y se escucha absolutamente todo. Si te pasa como a nosotros que llegaron vecinas alrededor de las dos de la madrugada.. te despertarán. La limpieza muy superficial.

• Ana (2/5): Dejadez total - La ubicación. - limpieza: las toallas estaban mojadas y sucias, pero bien dobladas encima de la, cama, por lo que no fue un descuido. Sabanas con restos de pelos ( lo que nos hace suponer que no se cambiaron) y los rellenos nórdicos algunos con manchas, incluidas sangre. El resto de la casa también mal, pelusas por toda la casa y el microondas tan sucio que al calentar la leche caían cosas quemadas de la parte de arriba. Horno sin limpiar con restos de comida . El resto de la cocina sucia, pero no utilizamos más cosas El baño, uno, con restos de pelos de los anteriores y la otra ducha se inundaba de agua si tardabas más de 5 min. La tv/ internet no funcionaba. La tv era una smart TV que si queríamos verla teniamos que meter nuestra cuenta. La comunicación nefasta. Al principio hasta recoger las llaves genial, ( a través de wasap) tras comentarle que trajera toallas limpias no volvimos a saber de el. Esto fue un viernes tarde, llamamos y llamamos y no hubo respuesta. Ese mismo viernes fuimos a comprar toallas y sabanas. El lunes conseguimos hablar con la agencia que lleva el piso, buenas palabras, disculpándose por la limpieza y apañó internet, La TV Ya nos dijo que teniamos que meter nuestra cuenta de Google para que funcionara. Nos comentó que por la falta de limpieza (que la hicimos nosotros) nos iba a descontar esa tarifa al irnos del apartamento. Otra, mentira más... Nunca, recibimos reembolso de nada y para colmo recibimos un correo que si le damos buena valoración nos hace un descuento para la próxima estancia. Todo fue un despropósito. Hasta nos subió una vecina a decirnos que se estaba cayendo el balcón a cachos porque goteaba agua del aire acondicionado. No lo aconsejo y más si se viaja con niños que se hace un uso mayor de cocina y baños. Le salva la ubicación, pero ni aun así volvería allí. Córdoba es preciosa para que te amargue el alojamiento.

Estaba sucio,había mucho polvo y basura de gente anterior, habían cosas rotas( puerta de cocina, mampara de ducha, cisternas goteando). Las camas no estaban hechas. Decía que habían cosas cuando luego no las habían. La nevera no estaba vacía.

• Susan (2/5): Disappointing introduction to Cordoba and time and effort spent on trying to resolve poor accommodation problems when we - The only positive was the location which was close to the Jewish quarter At first sight the apartment is quite large and bright but unfortunately on a closer look there was no toilet paper or toiletries as listed only one of the 5 beds had been made up - there was a broken shower door against the wall in one bedroom with a hand shower attachment in the drawer and holes in the ceiling. There were insufficient towels for two people and the whole apartment was what could only be classed as dirty . The shower had hair hanging from the hose.In the kitchen two dirty encrusted plates had been put away there was no coffee machine as listed and only 4 mismatched glasses. The host did not meet us upon arrival as stated and we finally made contact to receive instructions on how to obtain the keys. Despite numerous attempts to contact him re issues with the apartment to this day we have never received a reply . This included a request for check out instructions as we were unable to stay more than one night .
• Macarena (6/5): - Nos gustó mucho la ubicación que tenía . Nada más llegar vimos varias cosas rotas (puerta ducha descolgada sillas del comedor rotas sin tornillos mesa del comedor rota. Sin una pata. Los aires acondicionados una guarrada llena de polvo de no haber limpiado en años. Las duchas no tragaban estaban llenas de pelo que tuvimos que arreglar nosotros. Sacando una peluca de cada ducham la wifi no funcionaba tuvimos que arreglarlas nosotros. La tv no funcionaba pero vino el chico de mantenimiento y nos la arregló. Armarios y suelos llenos de polvo y suciedad. Al correr el sofa de sitio lleno de mierda literal. La puerta de la cocina era corredera y estaba también rota. Pedimos hoja de reclamaciones pero no sé nos hizo caso ni se nos facilito

• Jackie (5/5): Very disappointing - Excellent location. Host helped us up 2 flights of stairs with our bags. The beds were comfortable. I notified the host 2 days before our arrival that we would be 4 people and sent passport details for 4 only to find 2 beds were made up and no linen for the ectra 2 people. 1 contacted the host and the linen didn't arrive until 3 pm the ffollowing day.. Very basic apartment definitely jnot Luxury! The trim on the shower door has slipped and is going across the floor, the arm of the dirty sofa is missing,only 4 dining chairs one of which is broken, the washbasin is not fixed to its base, there is a water leak in kitchen ceiling into the cupboard and possible electric plugs Very disappointing
• Katrine (7/5): Good - Location was amazing The home was not well equipped in the kitchen. It lacked basic things like a kettle to make tea, dishcloths, a tea towel.
• Elina (10/5): Exceptional - This flat is very big, bright and cosy. The beds are super comfortable. The location is close to Mezquita, Jewish quarter, Alcazar and flower yards, around 10-20 minutes to most places and restaurants in the city. We truly recommend this apartment to everyone visiting Cordoba!

• Samreen (5/5): While we enjoyed Cordoba overall we were looking forward to our end of stay in Cordoba due to the accommodation - The location of the property was in close proximity to the tourist sites and in walking distance. Also the property is clean. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around. A word of caution that whoever decides to rent this place please ensure you get all the info from the host when he hands you the keys on the first day as he becomes very difficult to contact thereafter. The biggest issue in this place was it doesnot have hot water. We had attempted to call the host a few times and he came back a day later and said he would come and see what the issue was. After this he never came over and we never heard back from him. In fact whatsapp indicated he avoided reading our messages till we had finished our stay and left the property. Other minor issues are as follows: 1) no lift in the building so you have to carry heavy luggage upstairs 2) there is no kettle to make tea. 3) there was no dishwashing or laundry detergents in the premises to use the dishwasher and washing machine.
• Julia (3/5): Not luxury!!!!!Very tired 😪 - It was walking distance of the historic sites bars and restaurants We paid € 34 for two days parking in Centro histórico car park which was fairly easy . It was a 15 minute walk from the apartment It is so tired and clearly not cared for . Firstly the apartment is on the second floor of an old apartment block , there is NO lift The stairs are narrow . Anyone with mobility problems would find this a struggle . The apartment itself needs some love & care and could be so much better with little cost . The word LUXURY is very misleading! There is nothing luxurious about this accommodation. The kitchen didn’t have a kettle , no practical toaster for ease. There was one wine glass ( the apartment sleeps 6 ) No hand wash , washing up liquid , no basics . Toiletries in the bathrooms would have made a difference, even just hand wash . The toilet in the en-suite was faulty & the water ran all night . The air con in the double bedroom works but it is so noisy you have to switch it off . The handle fell off the wardrobe. The screws & bolts fell off one of the dining chairs when we sat on it . I could go on but seems like I’m looking for faults, we weren’t. Just very un kept ! Little money & some love would make a huge difference. A great shame & misleading description of the property!!!
