We had a fantastic stay here, a short walk to the beach front and it has a lovely en - The property is great value for money, I particularly loved the enclosed garden at the front. It had a Nintendo Wii which was great, it was clean and cosy. The property is located on a quiet street. There was nothing we didn’t like :)

Nice quiet location ,close to supermarkets . Nothing not to like.
- Helen (8/5): Brilliant - Easy to find, easy on road parking, welcome info with games provided and milk We used all beds. The top bunk didn't have a pillow or quilt. We could have asked for these, as per Julie's notes, but managed with blankets we had brought with us

- Angela (10/5): Amazing location facilities and hosts - The accommodation was perfect! Location, facilities, comfort. The hosts were amazing, provided us with recommendations for activities and restaurants, and allowed us to keep our bikes safe in their locked back garden. They could not have been more helpful if they tried. The accommodation was perfect, there is nothing to have not liked!
- Sarah (8/5): -

- Jacqueline (10/5): Lovely accommodation - A great little find!
We needed a one night stay in Bridlington and this was the perfect place. It has everything you need, is nice and clean, and is well situated for amenities and tourist attractions.
The owners have gone above and beyond for us, and I am so grateful to them.
I would highly recommend The Annexe, and wouldn't hesitate to book it again. Being very picky, we would prefer a King sized bed rather than a double. We knew about it when we booked though, so it wasn't a surprise - and it really is only a suggestion rather than a criticism.
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Penelope (10/5): Ideal quiet spot to explore the area. - Very comfy & well equipped, lots of extras like bathroom smellies & kitchen bits. Quiet setting & easy 30 min walk to town. Plenty of on street parking. If you’re lucky & the sun shines there’s a very pleasant and secluded area to sit out at the front. Nothing.
- Carolyn (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (8/5): great - property was nice little distant from town centre be ok if you had a car nothin
- Lisa (10/5): Excellent property and host. We really enjoyed our stay in the annexe would definitely stay again - Property very close to shops and not too far from bridlingto town itself. The property itself has everything you need for a long stay and is very well equipped. The bed are very comfortable. Julie, the host, is very friendly and helpful. Nothing
- Duncan (9/5): Lovely annex & very reasonably priced. - The property was spotless. Excellent facilities. Lovely breakfast tea/coffee/milk left which we were not expecting. Lots of helpful information left.
- Sharon (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect place to stay julie the owner is so friendly, it's an ideal place to stay, pity she's always fully booked! When we want to stay, highly recommended accommodation. Nothing
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice stay with my sister for 3 nights very quiet at night you feel like your at home was milk in the fridge when I arrived and met Julie the owner was very polite Not much I can say very nice
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (9/5): A lovely stay in a comfortable homely property and a convenient location. - The property was well furnished, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We will definitely consider booking again. Parking wasn't guaranteed directly outside the property although we didn't experience difficulties during our short stay. We felt some of the dining furniture and coffee table could have been more basic to avoid any worry about damaging it.
- Kristian (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (10/5): A car is essential to get to the Annex ,But the beach and town is only about a 20 min walk away - Clean well Equipped Cosy and homely .home from home Plenty of Parking areas but it was On the Street. Otherwise Everything was Spot on
- Martin (10/5): Fabulous value and a really nice property to stay in, we’ll be back! - The host was very helpful when we contacted them to say we would be arriving later than planned I can’t think of anything that could be improved!
- Ian (8/5): Very good - Perfect for what we wanted and the host was great and nothing was to much for them, deffo would stay again
- Martine (3/5): Terrible - N/a Felt like we were living in there spare room.
- Pat (8/5): Very good -
- Leanne (9/5): Everything you need - They had thought of everything Bedroom curtains were quite thin
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely property, will definitely book again.
- Sharon (10/5): What a fantastic place to stay - Wow what a lovely place to stay, it's on the outskirts of Bridlington, but we knew when we booked, we left this morning and rebooked the Annexe for the end of March, every single thing you need is right there waiting, it's on street parking but we didn't have a problem parking, it was a very quiet peaceful night, couldn't ask for more, I would highly recommend staying here ( but not on the nights I try to book haha ) Absolutely nothing.
- Sara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lou9040 (8/5): Enjoyed the stay - Was cosy, easy check in. Host quick to respond and helpful It wasn't as close as we thought had to keep driving into brid centre. We didn't have a full toilet roll 2 less than half used ones with 4 people wasn't really enough. Took awhile to warm up was a very cold day though.
- Linzy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Till (10/5): Fantastic & Highly reccomended - Incredibly kind and understanding owners. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to say in this area.
- Alexandra (9/5): Superb - It was a lovely, clean, inviting place. It could do with an outside light.
- Lisa (10/5): Recent stay - The space was well thought out, home from home. Everything we needed.
Shower was fab 👌 excellent pressure, comfy bed and lots of info regarding local activities, food etc
Great host There was nothing we didn't like, although a bit of a trek for us as we were on foot in the pouring rain - struggledto book a taxi, but well worth it when we arrived.
- Marie (9/5): Lovely accommodation, would highly recommend and use again. - We had a lovely stay. Everything we needed was there except milk but Morrisons is just around the corner so very convenient. Very clean and good location. Nothing.
- Myers (10/5): Nice cozy place to stay after shifts at the hospital. Clean - The house provided me with all the cooking equipment I needed. The house was very clean. Gave clear instructions on how things work in the house and what to do when leaving. Love the place.
- Jim (10/5): Great. -
- Greene (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joan (10/5): we have relations in Bridlington so go quite often. in future we would have no hesitation in booking the Annexe - it was very clean with every facility you could want. Home from home. nothing.
- Lisbeth (9/5): Concert stay - Lovely owner. Annexe was spotless and smelt lovely and fresh.
- Clive (5/5): Nice appartment, but you may have to take a heater, and avoid trying to find it in the dark - The flat is very nice, well appointed, spacious and great for a small family wanting it for a holiday. It has what you need and the owners have made an effort to make it very nice There was a problem with some toilet smell, and it was freezing with the thermostat locked off, it was 17 degC when I arrived and 15degC in the morning. Its not easy to find, lost in a large 70s estate, with only on street parking
- Keely (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (8/5): Very good - Very spacious property. Easy access to public transport and major supermarkets
- Heather (9/5): Superb - A cozy, well-appointed annexe, with all the comforts of home. Located in a very quiet street. Would recommend to others who want a clean, spacious apartment. Probably a little bit further out from the centre of town than I realized. But good value otherwise
- Kirstyp (9/5): Superb - Nice and clean tidy very homely. It was near to my mother in law so was a bonus. I will deffintly boom again.
- Jane (6/5): Pleasant -
- Arouge (8/5): Good place to stay if you got a car. - It was lovely little house. Had everything we could have needed. Was even provided with milk not just little long life stuff. It was nice to have seperate space from the kids The only thing was that the kids beds were really squeaky. And every time they moved it woke them and us up. And the place is not walking distance from the beach
- Elizabeth (9/5): Sunny weekend in Bridlington - Lovely 2 storey apartment, with every necessity for a weekend (or longer) stay. Hot powerful shower, free WiFi, plenty of kitchen equipment, and very comfy bed and lounge. We chose the Annexe as it was away from the centre of Bridlington but an easy 25 minute stroll to the harbour- (we like walking). Although we didn't meet our host, Julie ,we had several emails from her before our visit, answering our questions. No dislikes, it was easy to find, well furnished, plenty of on street parking and walking distance to a Morrisons superstore, so what was there to dislike?
- Billy (10/5): Lovely little place, had everything and more. Host was extremely obliging, nothing was too much trouble. Could have easi - Great value for the price
- Amanda (8/5): Home from home. Very comfortable. - Lovely house. Well equipped. Home from home. Good for a short stay. Nothing
- Susan (10/5): Lovely 2 days staying in The Annex - It is very near the town centre, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The little touches were very much appreciated - milk, tea, coffee, cereal, and toppings for toast. Also all the information on local attractions, bus times and even the best fish and chips shop. The only thing was that the living room was quite dark due to the conservatory door having a non see-through covering. There's nothing you can really do about it, so it's just a comment.
- Ellis (10/5): Clean cosy holiday home great value for money - Was very clean and well set up , lovely little holiday home Nothing all was great
- Kevin (9/5): Superb - Quiet Nothing
- Bogg (9/5): Superb - Excellent facilities. Just like being at home.
- Craig (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was the best ever ❤ Nothing wrong whatsoever x
- Amanda (9/5): Would book to stay again if ever we were thinking of another stay in Bridlington. - The cleanliness of the Annexe. It was a nice touch having milk, tea, coffee, sugar & small pots of jam etc in the kitchen. We took our own towels, but these were provided, as was shower gel etc in the bathroom. I saw Julie as I was leaving & we had a chat, she was very friendly. The bunk beds seemed a little unsturdy, when you turned over in bed at night they were a little creaky.
- Michael (9/5): Superb - Clean, good facilities. Helpful welcoming items - longlife milk, cereal, tea bags etc.
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - The first thing we noticed on entering the property was how lovely and clean it was, we also enjoyed the cosiness this property offered, and it was excellent value for money! We were able to walk to the harbour and beach in about 20-25 minutes so could leave our car. The area felt nice and quiet and we parked on the street right outside. We'll definitely be back.
- Rickard (10/5): Exceptional - Super clean and cosy. Well stocked with essentials. Morrisons on the doorstep. Julie is well down to earth, and you couldn't wish to meet anyone nicer.
- Ken (8/5): Very good -
- Steven (10/5): Great property, location and price, - Great size, clean and not too far from the town. Nothing.
- Jean (10/5): Needed a overnight stay for our on ward journey and this was ideal - Key box instructions from the owner very good actually saw her as I arrived Nothing
- Philip (9/5): Superb -
- Dawn (9/5): Superb - The house exceeded all our expectations. It was spotlessly clean. Everything was included that could be and great attention to detail at a very high standard. Every time I contacted the owner I received a reply straight away. It was a few minutes drive to either Bridlington or Flamborough so ideal for everywhere we wanted to visit. I honestly can't say there was anything I wasn't happy about during the stay at this property.
- Deborah (8/5): Just what we wanted. - Lots of nice touches at the property like the complementary tea and coffee. Bed was comfy though a little soft, though that is very much a matter of personal preference. Location was good for us as going onto RSPB Bempton Cliffs and only 20 minutes away.
- Jason (10/5): Great value for money -
- Carol (9/5): Pleasant stay with thoughtful extras provided. - Kitchen well equipped. Nice crockery. Fridge & freezer. Modern microwave. Extras that were a welcome surprise included milk and biscuits and plenty of tea choices (from earl grey to peppermint) these and coffee sachets included decaf.. Choice of mini individual jams and spreads too. Salt, pepper vinegar and oils for cooking available.
You know how in some places if you stay for a week they leave you 2 toilet rolls - were there were 5 available for a 3 night stay for 2 people.
The bathroom was spotless with his and her shampoos and shower gels /creams available.
Hubby loved the historical books available to read about the area too. Lots of welcome information including how the heating works.
Excellent quality bedding and towels.
Loved the double banister which helped me accessing the top floor easily.
Very private even when on the housing "estate" the area was in. Nice and quiet. Pity the weather wasn't up to allowing us to sit outside in the garden area where table and seats were available.
Morrisons supermarket was literally 2 streets away.
Town centre only 6/7 minutes drive away
We had a very pleasant stay - thank you. Sofas were soft and little support thank goodness cushion were there.. Difficult to get up from for both of us as we do have to tick the 0/65 box!
Floorboards creeked really loudly going upstairs and as you walked around the bedroom.
The socket above the drawers in the double bedroom didn't work near the fitted mirror where I intended to use the hairdryer. Plenty of other power points to use in the bedroom though.
None of the aspects mentioned in this box were a deal breaker. Simply reasons for the rating not being 10/10.
- Scott (10/5): Perfection ! - Everything
The annexe was a perfect place for us to stay and won’t hesitate to book it again
Julie was a delight to communicate with and I can’t saying anything bad at all Nothing
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Philip (9/5): Superb -
- Anita (10/5): Exceptional - Ideally located for a weekend in Bridlington.
A few minutes walk to Morrisons (quicker than using the car!) and a nice stroll to the beach or town centre.
- Coupe (10/5): Exceptional - The owner added lots of little touches which made our stay very pleasant.
Fresh milk in the fridge, a variety of teas and coffee even chocolate chip cookies and meusli.
There was a games console and controllers. Lots of information about the local area, all very well presented.
The location was excellent with local facilities. Nothing to dislike.
- Gavin (10/5): Quite and easy - Very reasonable price for the space compared to other places to stay nearby
- Alice (9/5): Home away from home 🏡 - -very clean
-central
- just next to Morrisons
- everything we needed
- Barry (10/5): Very clean and comfortable, would recommend staying at the annexe - The location a bit too far from the harbour at bridlington had to use the car
- Enid (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steve (8/5): Very good -
- Arun (8/5): Very good -
- Ann (8/5): A convenient place to stay for our neeeds. - This place was ideal for us because my husband was booked into the nearby hospital the next day for surgery in the day ward. The Annexe was about a 5 minute walk away. It was also near shops and other things we needed such as places to eat. The check out time was a little early and we couldn't figure out how to control the heating.
- Andrew (9/5): Superb - Clean an comfortable
- Sophie (10/5): Amazing place - I wish we could have stayed longer! - The house was super clean and so well stocked. It really felt like the house was cared for and had a nice home feeling that you look for when booking a private stay. Bed and couches were so comfortable!
