- Гончарова (10/5): - Очень уютное,комфортное жилье. Все удобства продуманны . Отдыхали семейной парой и сестра. Очень удобно 2 спальни. Кровати большие,удобные.Прекрасное расположение,красивая улица. Рядом метро,продуктовые магазины,аптеки. Недалеко большой рынок. До Площади Свободы 30 минут пешком. Тихий внутренний дворик. Все очень понравилось.Если вернемся в Тбилиси,обязательно остановимся здесь. Спасибо отзывчивой хозяйке. Минусов не увидели

- Юлия (10/5): Уютно, чисто, атмосферно. - Проживали в августе 2025 года, все было очень комфортно. Отдельный домик в тихом дворике. Свежий ремонт, белые полотенца и остальные гигиеническое принадлежности, как в отделе. В доме было чисто, уютно, не было ни одного следа, что кто-то им пользовался до нас. В доме было все, что необходимо для проживания. Очень понравился балкончик, жаль, что не было времени им воспользоваться. Гостиная очень уютная, завтракать с утра было одно удовольствие, солнечный свет-который проникал, сквозь полуоткрытые жалюзи, создавал особую атмосферу. Все было отлично

- Stepanova (10/5): - Первый раз встретила настолько чистые апартаменты! Хозяйка позаботилась даже о мелочах. Особенно понравилось местонахождение дома (прямо в самом центре Тбилиси, но при этом очень тихо и уютно). Обязательно приедем еще.

- Guest (10/5): - Месторасположение шикарное, есть возможность припарковать авто. Владельцы отзывчивые и порядочные люди, постоянно были на связи.
- Anna (10/5): - Мы готовили еду сами. Всё необходимое было в наличии. Очень чисто. Удобно, комфортно и тихо. При следующем посещении Тбилиси с удовольствием остановимся в этих апартаментах снова. Тесновато при парковке. Но надо сказать, что без места ни разу не оставались.
