• David (10/5): Outstanding location and very well presented apartment! - Outstanding location and a very well presented apartment, with lift access and free parking, great amenities and washing facilities. The owner was very friendly and professional throughout my stay and communication was excellent. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hollywood!

• John (3/5): Apartment not Legal - The unit is a studio in a 7 story apartment complex. The room had basic features. Parking was helpful. The check in process was bizarre. We went to an initial address which was not real. Then told to go to another address. 5 miles away to get the keys from a lockbox. We were given the wrong code. Finally got the right code, keys and went to the apartment . On check out we followed instructions to go back to the same lockbox. The lockbox had been completely removed. We tried waiting for our contact to get back to us but we had to get to the airport. This unit is violating LA zoning laws and the lease with the apartment complex. There is a large sign by the main entrance to the complex stating short term rentals are not allowed! I felt like we had to sneak in every time we returned to the apartment.

Las indicaciones de booking no tiene nada que ver con la realidad aunque desde el alojamiento se interesaron y dieron todos los detalles por WhatsApp
• Rebeca (7/5): - Really close to where we needed to be and great price. Loved that it's really quiet even though is close to a street. A bit confusing instructions to get key but worked okay. Beds could be a bit more comfortable but I understand that the price is reaaally low for a location.

• Alexis (1/5): Underwhelming - Nothing Hosts only responded when it benefitted them. Location questionable. Did not feel safe or secure with accommodations. Ended up taking the L and booking another accommodation for me and my two grown children. Hosts made sure I paid in full.
• Kaylee (6/5): - Regardless of the time of day, there were many homeless individuals in front of the key pickup location. Some of them even followed me inside the store, which made the experience very frightening. The bathtub did not drain properly, which made showering somewhat inconvenient. The kitchen utensils were not neatly arranged, and overall cleanliness felt slightly lacking. The location was convenient — Hollywood Boulevard and grocery stores were within a five-minute drive. However, since it is in a central area, sirens could be heard constantly from night until early morning. I would not recommend this place to light sleepers. The bed also made continuous squeaking noises, which is another factor guests may want to consider.

• Cindy (10/5): Comfortable condo very conveniently located near universal studios with secure garage parking. - The unit was very comfortable, was only missing a coffee maker or Keurig. Though there is an excellent coffee shop, just a block away. Parking was excellent, having a washer dryer in the unit was a huge plus. Getting the key from the lock box at 7-Eleven was a little bit odd, but ultimately was easy with the clear directions left by the host.
• Francesco (9/5): Ottimo monolocale in zona Hollywood - Monolocale confortevole in zona Hollywood. Molto comodi i letti e i cuscini, cucina grande/spaziosa, lavatrice e asciugatruce a disposizione. Metropolitana a 1 minuto a piedi, parcheggio coperto per auto compreso nel prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato!

• Ozay (8/5): Good Location - 7 night stay - Nice location Wash machine with dryer Free car parking 🅿️ Close to the shops supermarket (target 7 elen ) There is turkish restaurant apposite of the place. Walk distance to walk of fame, Hollywood museum. Chinese theatre. Furniture wasn’t quality Did not get any cleaning during our stay. Bed had some kind of plastic protection on and bed wasn’t comfortable to sleep on for a week. Wasn’t allowed to use balcony and did not understand why? My partner had to go out for a vape. You could hear siren every night when you middle of sleep.

• Jung Ryoul (8/5): 헐리우드 - 헐리우드 메인스트릿의 숙소여서 가격은 좀 비쌌지만 그래도 무료주차에 지하철역도 가깝고 대형마트도 가까워서 자리적인 장점이 많은 숙소 입니다.
• ANDRADE (8/5): - A localização é boa. Bem próximo de uma estação de metro, de lojas como a Ross, Marshall , mercados, café e restaurantes. O apartamento é bom. As instalações são boas. O wi-fi não era tão bom. O primeiro contacto com o anfitrião não foi lá de muita simpatia. estavamos indo de Las Vegas para Los Angeles, e de acordo com a anfitriã e regras do booking só poderíamos fazer o check in até as 22:00. Só não nos disseram que poderíamos ser nós a fazer o check in sozinhos. Tínhamos alguns planos netes trajeto Vegas x Los Angeles que acabamos de ter de adiar, sem necessidade. Outro ponto ruim é não termos acesso a varanda. Ou seja, parece que estamos em uma jaula. Não tem janelas. Outro ponto que poderia ser melhorado são utensílios de cozinha. Não havia por exemplo, uma base para pizza, ou uma grelha que fosse. E por fim, havia máquina d elavar roupa dentro do apto e de inicio o anfitrião não tinha me deixado usar. Depois de uma insistência por minha parte visto que eu estava com uma criança, acabou por deixar. Ao chegar, também verificamos muito acúmulo de pó próximo a uma das camas.

A localização é super estrategia pra visitar Los Angeles, tem um grande supermercado próximo, assim como lojas grandes e lugares para tomar cafe da manha. O metro fica muito perto também o que nos ajudou muito no deslocamento. Com certeza ficaria de novo numa proxima ida a Los Angeles. Um ponto de melhoria seria indicar melhor a localização do imóvel. Ele tem entrada por 2 ruas distintas pela principal Hollywood Blv e pela Carlton Way. Mas pela principal é extremamente mais fácil, na chegada foi bem confuso e o número era o 5550 e não os outros 2 informados no anuncio. Se a pessoa chegar a noite pode ser complicado achar e a rua Carlton Way é escura

• Hülya (1/5): This property is a residence unit, which is subleased to us without knowing what that is. In the entrance of the buildin - Nothing was right about here. We had the worst experience. The address of the property wrong and misleading. Someone contacted over whatsapp sending a pdf about all bully instructions for another property. Stuff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Shouted at me, threatened me with the police if I order something from amazon.

• Panagiotis (8/5): Very good - Roomy appartment, free parking, the host answered when needed, quiet building and the location might not be ideal to walk around but it is pivotal in order to conveniently explore by car this part of LA. Not a neighbourhood that a family can walk around safely.

• Voralak (10/5): Great location. Very nice and clean place - The owner is very tentative. She gave a very detailed instructions for everything you need. The place is spacious for 4 people and close to grocery store, restaurants, and walk of fame. Will definitely come back next time we are coming to LA.
