• Adriana (10/5): - Totul Mi-ar fi plăcut sa găsim capsule cafea si hârtie igienica, sampon . Am avut 2 capsule cafea, 2 plicuri sampon si 2 hârtie igienica pentru 8 zile. Nu vorbim despre costuri ci despre aspecte simple care fac diferenta si arata grija fata de oaspeți. Am acordat punctaj maxim si recomand. Ne vom întoarce.

• Loredana (10/5): Comfortable stay, close to the main attractions in Alicante. - The location is close to the tourist area of Alicante, just 10 minutes from the famous promenade and 15 minutes from the beach. There are many restaurants nearby, and public transport is very easily accessible. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully furnished and equipped kitchen. Just as suggestions: there were too few coffee capsules provided (we only received two capsules — one regular and one decaffeinated — which was insufficient for two people staying 5 nights), and the amount of toilet paper was also limited. However, these are only minor suggestions and they did not negatively affect our stay.

Die Zwischenreinigung an Tag 5 war sehr gut, inklusive Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel. Die Kommunikation mit Bguest war ebenfalls sehr positiv und der Check in per Handy hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen! Nichts 😀

• Katharina (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Ein sehr schönes Apartment super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und der Check in hat einwandfrei geklappt. Die Lage ist super zentral, dadurch natürlich auch entsprechend laut wenn man das Fenster öffnet das muss einem bewusst sein. Für uns hat alles gepasst und ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen 👍 Die Toilettenspülung in dem Bad am Schlafzimmer hat immer leicht gespült also es war immer ein Geräusch da. Sonst alles super.

Zelo hiter internet, udobni prostori, 2 kopalnici, pralni stroj, na voljo fitnes. Fotelj v dnevni sobi malo neudoben za dva odrasla človeka. Pogrešala sem kakšen šampon več.

El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario e incluso más; se nota que han pensado en cada detalle para que no falte de nada y te sientas como en casa desde el primer minuto. Todo estaba impecable y muy bien organizado. Pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el personal. Son personas increíblemente amables, atentas y de gran corazón. • Zsolt (10/5): Mindenképpen visszatérünk ide, ajánljuk. - Rendkívül felszerelt, kényelmes, csendes, tiszta, jó méretű szállás két fürdőszobával, elektromos redőnyökkel. Nagyon jó a lokációja. Előny, hogy a szállás elfoglalása előtt és távozás után is megfelelő méretű tárolóban biztonságosan tárolható az utazási felszerelés. Az alagsorban mosdó is van, át lehet öltözni, fel lehet frissülni. 3–4 fő felnőtt esetén a kinyitható vendégkanapét kell használni, ami sajnos nem kényelmes (IKEA), főleg egész napos séták, kirándulások után. Egy stabil, erős kanapé sokat javít a további felnőttek komfortérzésén.

The apartment is wonderful, very clean, kitchen equipped with everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine. The area is quiet, there was no noise, on the ground floor of the building there is a place where you can leave your luggage, it helped us a lot. The apartment was ready earlier than the check-in time and we were immediately notified, we appreciated that very much. Access to the building is very easy with the app. I highly recommend this accommodation. -

Due to the noise from the road I asked to move apartments after the first night and the staff were great and accommodated that and the South apartment was much quieter. There was a lot of traffic noise from the road on the North side apartment.

• Éva (10/5): Modern, tágas, jól felszerelt apartman a város szívében. Rendkívül tiszta. - Központi helyen, minden gyalogtávolságra. Modern, felújított. Makulátlanul tiszta! Az alagsorban a mosószoba, konditerem és a zárható csomagmegőrzők (asztallal, székekkel) igazán megkönnyíti az ottlétet. Mivel központi elhelyezkedésű, ezért az utca zajos, de az ablakok nagyon jól zárnak, szigetelnek, kényelmes alvást biztosítva. Szokatlan, hogy teljesen kapcsolatmentes a kommunikáció, check in, ajtónyitás, apartmanba bejutás.
• Avril (9/5): Big, spacious apartment - The location was excellent. Right in the middle of the city. The apartment was spacious for just the two of us. It had a washing machine and iron and ironing board. Very large windows to let lots of air in. Also had electric shutters for the night time. Any time I had a problem (very minimal and very few) I contacted the apartment owner and they offered to put it right straight away. The rainfall shower is so good that we wanted to take it home with us! I didn't really find anything much to complain about in the apartment. We were in Apartment 7 South. I would say that because we arrived earlier than expected we couldn't get into the building to put our suitcases away. To enter the building you have to get a code on your phone which you can then use to open the building and the apartment. However, our flight got in earlier than expected but because we couldn't access the building to put our suitcases into the lockers that are in the basement, we ended up walking around the city with all our suitcases which was extremely awkward and tiring. I understood that we couldn't get into the apartment but they could have guided us to the lockers to leave our luggage and then let us know when our apartment was ready. Luckily, Alicante is mostly pretty flat. If you're expecting views from this apartment, there aren't any, just other apartments! One thing I did complain about was the fact that there was no kitchen towel roll in the apartment. All my friends who were staying in other apartments in town had kitchen towel roll provided. It doesn't sound very important but the first day we used the coffee machine the water went everywhere and we had nothing to clean it up with except the kitchen cloth that we used to wipe surfaces, or toilet rolls, or bathroom towels none of which was not a good idea. We rushed to the shop to buy some and had to buy a huge roll. We left it behind in the apartment and informed the owner about the situation. We suggested that they put this in as standard! I would also suggest that they provide an ice tray in the freezer as we had to go and buy ice!

Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности! Магазины, кафе - все в 100 м. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, достаточно посуды для сервировки стола, и для приготовления еды. Остались в полном восторге!

• Marie-Claire (10/5): - L'appartement est très bien situé : bus et gare a proximité, des commerces proches (Mercadona , rue des "bolets* avec de nombreux restaurants), la plage , les parcs ( je vous conseille d'aller en train voir la palmeraie d' Elche - site déclaré à l'UNESCO) et au parc El Palmeral en bus) - Accès au bâtiment et à l'appartement via une appli sur le tél, pas de risques de perdre ou d'oublier les clés - l'appartement est très propre et bien équipé ( lave vaisselle, machine à laver...), le ménage et changement du linge a été fait au bout de 3/4 jr - les 2 salles de bains sont très pratique - Le plus est la conciergerie au sous sol ( Dépose des bagages dans de grands casiers si besoin avant de rentrer dans l'appartement et idem au départ , des sèches linge, machines à laver, salle de sport sont également prévus ) - Le personnel à été très réactif et à l'écoute Tout était parfait

Our apartment was street facing and on the first floor — but the ear plugs I always travel with helped overcome this fact.

• Alberto (1/5): Nos cancelaron por overbooking 48 horas antes de nuestra llegada - Nada 48 horas antes de nuestro check in, nos cancelaron la reserva. Éramos dos familias con dos niños de dos años cada uno y una mujer embarazada. Habíamos reservado un apartamento de dos dormitorios y dos baños hacía más de 2 meses para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad de Alicante nos habíamos estado enviando mensajes con el alojamiento hasta la mañana que nos cancelaron solicitándoles información de los parkings y sobre el alojamiento y nos cancelaron sin previo aviso dándonos como única solución reubicarnos en un apartamento de un solo dormitorio y un sofá cama donde obviamente no entrábamos las 6 personas. Obviamente llamé al alojamiento y todo hay que decirlo la chica que me atendió que no tenía culpa ninguna nos dijo que era por overbooking…. ¿Cómo es posible que haya overbooking en un apartamento? ¿Qué hacen, lo alquilan varias veces y el que más paga se lo queda y dejan tirados a los otros huéspedes? Esta práctica nos parece vergonzosa por parte de la empresa que gestiona estos apartamentos turísticos, booking nos reubicó a 40 km de la ciudad ya que no quedaba nada con las mismas características, espero sinceramente que booking os penalice en su buscador por hacer una práctica rastrera cuanto menos y por supuesto nos estamos informando a través de consumo para saber si al igual que las aerolíneas cuando tienen overbooking o te cancelan el vuelo sin una razón de fuerza mayor el pasajero tiene derecho a una indemnización si en el caso de los apartamentos turísticos u hoteles sucede lo mismo.
