• Ozlem (9/5): Clean, safe, well located apartment with a friendly host. I definitely recommend it. - Lovely host very kind. Free coffee, great location, sunny, pretty, very clean apartment. Quiet roommates. The pool image: it's not inside the building.

Las personas que estaban allí sonreían y saludaban muy amablemente, cada quien metido en lo suyo. Que la inducción para entender la dinámica del hostal fuera en persona, no vía telefónica.

Dekbed is veel te dik en warm- Roberta was wel behulpzaam en verruilde dat voor lakens

• Albiona (9/5): Great, very recommended - The flat is very nice and cozy, equipped with everything you need and it was possible to use everything from the kitchen, toilet. My room had a small colorful balcony which gave a plus to my staying! Roberta, great host, responsive, ready to help with my requests, she gave me many tips for places to visit, bars, restaurants. I also liked that the guest house is very close to a nice area full of bars and taperias. Other pros: free coffee and tea, different bording games if you want to hang out with other people! Thank you very much again for your welcoming! Little bit of noise from outside during late night

• OMRI (9/5): - Thanks a lot to Roberta, a very cheerful, professional, and helpful woman. The location is great close to the bus station and a bicycle station if you prefer cycling. I highly recommend staying at her residence, especially in the double bed room.

Proximité d'une place animée avec station taxi. Centre historique assez proche. Pas d'accueil physique, tout au téléphone dans un anglais rapide et impatient. Obligés d'envoyer en urgence nos fiches d'identité sur un Google form qui ne fonctionnait pas puis en word. Tout ça juste avant embarquement et dans le taxi à l'arrivée. Pas d'accès possible pour personnes à mobilité réduite car 2ème étage sans ascenseur. 1 seule douche pour tous les locataires (6 max), c'est trop juste.

I had a very comfortable stay after a long trip; the bed was quite comfortable and the space was quiet (I think there was only one other guest staying overnight, but I barely heard them from my room and our paths didn't cross). The wifi is fast (amen). The space was clean and tidy. It's also a one-minute walk from tons of restaurants, bars, nightlife. A perfect location. I can't really say anything negative about the space. It's a comfortable, clean, safe place to rest.

• Josemari (5/5): - Limpieza y ubicación El check-in nocturno era hasta las 22:00. Llegamos a las 22:05, Roberta llegó a las 22:15 y con esa diferencia de tiempo nos cobró 20 euros por los 5 minutos de retraso. Gesto feo.

• Paola (4/5): la prossima volta cercherò un altra struttura per albergare a Sevilla - l' arredamento della casa è carino e l'ambiente circostante silenzioso Ci sono due bagni, uno minuscolo ed un altro incluso di doccia. Quest'ultimo pero non ha una porta, ma solo una tendina che lo separa dal corridoio. Insomma, non c'è intimità e credo sia importante visto che è condiviso. Le lenzuola non sono particolarmente pulite ed i materassi fuoriescono dalla struttura del letto. Ho avuto difficoltà nella comunicazione telefonica von Roberta.

• Bella (8/5): I enjoyed my stay in general. The area is wonderful. - Great location. Very clean. Roberta is very responsive. I like the thoughtfulness and small details that I appreciated - e.g. towels, steamer, kitchen and cutlery, fridge, toiletries, coffee, tea. You are at walking distance to a lot of attractions, restaurants and shops. There was only a curtain for the bath and one of the toilets. You can only hope you can trust the people around. Although there was no issue with any of the other residents. Can get noisy in the day because the place is near a school ground where children play and make noise. Not an issue if you wake up early but not great if you want a lie in after a late night.

Camera e letto molto comodo e con tutto il necessario. Erano presenti anche shampoo e balsamo nella doccia. Acqua della doccia che ogni tanto diventava un po' fredda a tratti, ma il resto comunque molto fornito e ben funzionante.

Когда кто-то открывал входную дверь-ощущение будто ключ засовывают мне в голову, так как смежная стена была возле моей кровати С балкона к нам приползли красные муравьи. I didn't know there would be staff there 24 hours a day I found it off putting two gentlemen that never left the accomodation. They were OK but I would of liked to have known this before I booked

The shared bathroom was only curtained rather than having a door which is unacceptable. The bed was cheap and basic and the linen was very poor quality.

• Fedoseeva (5/5): Buena ubicación pero varias cosas que mejorar en las instalaciones - La ubicación esta bastante bien, se puede encontrar parking gratis cerca y al centro 20 min andando, cerca hay cafeterías y bares, la anfitriona recomienda sitios para visitar y comer. En el apartamento el cuarto baño no tiene puerta, solo una cortina. El segundo día nos cambiaron de habitación por una doble reserva; no hubiera sido un problema si la comunicación hubiera sido mejor. La anfitriona tardó casi todo el día en decirnos dónde estarían las llaves, a pesar de varios recordatorios. También tiene tres números de teléfono diferentes, lo cual resulta confuso. El check-out es a las 10:30, demasiado temprano considerando que solo les falta cambiar la ropa de cama en habitación para seguientes huéspedes.

I was uncomfortable about using a bathroom with a curtain instead of a door. There was also a half bathroom to use, that had a regular door.

• Laura (9/5): Estupendo. - Excelente ubicación, zona tranquila. Personal muy amable. La cocina compartida está muy bien también. Todo bien, solo que el aire acondicionado de techo no funcionaba y había uno portátil grande que hacía mucho ruido. Por lo demás muy bien todo. Lo recomiendo.
• Jan (8/5): Mooie locatie en goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding! - Locatie is fijn. Alles goed beloopbaar en toch heerlijk rustig. Binnen ziet alles er keurig uit. Je mag alles in de keuken gebruiken als je wilt. Gastvrij ontvangen en leuke tips gekregen van de host. Het was jammer dat de aparte wc eerst niet werkte, maar dat werd na een dag opgelost. Het gordijn i.p.v. deur voor de badkamer werkt wel, maar is niet heel fijn.
