• Akakde (10/5): Fantastic ocean front property with great view - Great location and property. Close to most attractions and popular beaches. Fantastic view. Large space and well equipped kitchen that is more than sufficient for a family. They also have beach accessories to use during your stay. In all, Great property to stay at. Only 1 bathroom and if traveling with family/ kids, it can become an issue.

• Willem (9/5): - Locatie is prachtig. Is wel ietsje uit het centrum maar kan bij appartement gratis parkeren. Alles wordt goed en schoon onderhouden. Als enig nadeel misschien als je wat slecht ter been bent er is geen lift

Toller, grosser Kühlschrank und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Auch die Nähe zu Kona und zu vielen interessanten Punkte auf der Insel ist grossartig! -
• Dennis (8/5): Comfortable, cozy place to stay after a long day exploring all the big island has to offer - Good location. Well-stocked with cookware and kitchen items. Well maintained unit and property. Good amenities on property (e.g. grills) You have to remember you’re in Hawaii where electricity is expensive (therefore limited AC) and buildings tend to be on the older side. Not problems, not anyone’s fault or anything to change, just things to keep in mind.
• Nory (9/5): Great place just double check TV is working and A/C for upstairs . - TV was not working but when we called Sellise she addressed it immediately and finally had to get the owner of the Condo involved. Worked the next day. The A/C upstairs loft was not working. My daughter and husband on the last night of our stay found using the fan and the A/C in the living room and blowing the air up into the loft finally cooled it off so they could sleep.

Granddaughters said this is the best 'hotel' they have ever stayed at, even better than the 'hotel' with the pink chairs. That is quite a compliment! The dishwasher was broken and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable with a worn out mattress.

Only issue we had would not be something that could be changed by where we stayed as we knew when we booked for six people. It was at its capacity with one bathroom that that would be a tight situation.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Great view, great value! - Great value for the location. We sat out on the balcony a lot and watched the whales and dolphins. Town was about a mile / 20 minute walk. The unit was well equipped including beach towels. Not a problem for us but should be noted it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator so not a good option for those with mobility issues.

• Dmitry (10/5): It was a great stay, definitely one of the best we had on Hawaii. - Extra high ceilings, large balcony, nice ocean view, large bathroom, everything is clean and recently renovated. There was beach gear included, such as an umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, snorkelling gear, cooler. Good central location, but we mostly drove north about 30-40 min for the best beaches. It would be nice to have a kettle to boil water, not just a coffee maker. Also, the included beach chairs are very small and uncomfortable.

Workout room is limited so if one really wants to workout, consider a nearby gym. Curtains in living room only covered half of the sliding glass door, which did not allow for privacy at night which is my only complaint. Other than than, wonderful place. It was quiet and cozy and the host was available for any questions.
