• Alexandra (10/5): Een oase van rust - De riad is een oase van rust in de drukke medina. Het is een waar paleisje. Er komt je niets tekort. De host, Silvio, is zo enorm vriendelijk! Helpt je met alles! Wat een topper!!

• Carmen (10/5): Las vacaciones que todos merecemos :) - Este ha sido mi quinto viaje a Marrakech y puedo afirmar que Riad Jalma es único. La magia del trato y hospitalidad marroquí no se puede explicar, solo sentir. Tener el riad completamente para nosotras fue sin duda el gran acierto del viaje. Éramos un grupo de cinco amigas y cada una disfrutó de su propia suite, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuese aún más cómoda y exclusiva. La cena en la terraza con el fuego encendido inolvidable, uno de esos momentos que se quedan contigo para siempre. Lo recomiendo al máximo. Omar y las señoras de la casa son la guinda del pastel, consiguen que todo sea aún más especial con su cercanía y cariño además de que cocinan riquísimo. También mencionar a Silvio siempre atento a nuestras necesidades y disponible cuando lo necesitas. Un equipo 10 en un alojamiento de ensueño. Gracias una vez más de las chicas de Calpe :)
• Frits (10/5): Een echte aanrader als je een riad in het hart van Marrakesh zoekt - Dit riad is een echte aanrader. Prima ligging in de oude Medina. De prachtige smaakvolle entourage en inrichting, het heerlijke terras op de rooftop, de hygiëne, elk van de vijf kamers een eigen badkamer, goed werkende airco. Het servicegerichte en vriendelijke personeel, directe en snelle contact met de eigenaar. Ons gezelschap wist niets te benoemen!

• fabrice (10/5): Séjour exceptionnel - Riad très très beau, décoré avec goût , calme, petits déjeuners exquis , repas du soir délicieux , Omar et Meryem sont très gentils, attentionnés, et très serviables , Sylvio est très sympa aussi et nous a bien aidé !
• Regine (10/5): Super! - De riad is werkelijk schitterend: super schoon en met veel zorg en smaak ingericht, precies zoals op de foto’s. Je voelt je er meteen thuis. Het personeel was fantastisch – ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en altijd bereid om te helpen. Omar sprong er echt uit; hij was zo behulpzaam en zorgde ervoor dat ons verblijf extra bijzonder was. Het ontbijt was elke ochtend heerlijk en met liefde vers bereid. De locatie is ideaal, alles ligt op loopafstand en de sfeer in de omgeving is heel prettig. De lokale bevolking is vriendelijk en je vindt alles wat je nodig hebt in de buurt. Silvio was ook ontzettend behulpzaam en betrokken. Hij gaf ons veel fijne tips en de communicatie verliep snel en heel prettig. Je merkt echt dat er met aandacht voor de gasten wordt gezorgd.

• Oscar (10/5): Un pequeño paraíso en la ciudad. - Es un Riad precioso, ideal para ir un grupo de 10 personas y ocuparlo completo. Está a muy limpio y las habitaciones eran muy cómodas. Los baños no tienen puerta y dan poca intimidad.

• Ana (10/5): Joya en Marrakech - Absolutamente todo. Es precioso, la ubicación es perfecta y el personal no puede ser más amable. La habitación que se encuentra encima de la piscina es muy ruidosa. Hay que cambiar los cristales porque se escuchan hasta los pasos, por no hablar de las motos.

• Frédéric (10/5): Notre adresse pour nos prochains séjours à Marrakech - - Le style du Riad et sa décoration étudiée avec beaucoup de goût, - Son calme absolu alors qu'il est situé dans la Médina, d'ailleurs à un super emplacement - L'équipe (Silvio, Omar, Myriam, Annas) très attentionnée qui n'a fait que chercher à nous faire plaisir. Aucun point négatif. Etant nous-même hébergeurs en France nous avions un oeil professionnel, et les rares défauts que nous aurions pu évoquer sont des détails insignifiants qui ne méritent même pas qu'on les mentionne. Ce Riad est vraiment fantastique.

Bellissima la terrazza dove fare colazione al mattina e la piscina dove rilassarsi dopo la visita dei mercati. Posizione comodissima per visitare la Medina ma allo stesso tempo molto silenziosa per riposarsi e rilassarsi. Silvio, l'host, è stato gentilissimo e si è mostrato sempre disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi nostra esigenze, con consigli molto preziosi (es. l'Hammam). Anche il resto dello staff è ottimo. Quando torneremo, verremo sicuramente qua. Consigliatissimo. Nulla.
• davina (10/5): Best Riad in central Marrakesh!! - The property itself was amazing, the decor was beautiful, there was so much space throughout the Riad to utilise (amazing for group stays), the pool was a great size, all the bedrooms had ensuit bathrooms. And the rooftop space was stunning, so many seatings areas and lounges! Omar and Mariam were amazing and would help with anything we would need, including making breakfast and making lovely Moroccan tea, 5 star service. Nothing we did not like

• melissa (10/5): Amazing # Sippin & Trippin - What a Riad🤩 we are just home from a lovely staff in this beautiful riad were we needed for nothing. Big thank you to Maeco, Omar and the lady. Amazing staff and Omar came to meet us from our airport taxi and seen to anything we needed at night. Full 24/7 support from taxi, restaurants,tour guides, massages, hair dresser etc. We were group of 10 girls and felt safe at all times. Its about 20 min walk to souks. We 100% stay in this riad again and would recommened to anyone. Holiday was amazing from start to finish and cant wait to return. Not a thing

The staff were wonderful and they couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and at home. It is also walkable to all the main Marrakech sites and wonderful restaurants.

• mimie (10/5): Breathtaking beautiful - I will definitely recommend Riad Jalma without hesitation! From the moment we arrived, everything was beautifully decorated—the room, the living area, and especially the stunning rooftop. Despite the very hot weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts prepared by Mariam and Omar on the rooftop. They both went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and we really appreciated the afternoon tea Omar provided—it was such a nice touch. We also had a dinner at the riad one evening, and it was absolutely delicious! Silvio was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Riad Jalma is a perfect place for a family or a group of friends. Thank you again, Silvio, Omar, and Mariam, for making our stay so memorable!
• Emma (10/5): Immaculate and beautiful house with personal service and staff that made the trip unforgettable - Excellent breakfast with Miriam's cooking. Our visit was in August which was cray hot!!! Riad Jalma was the oasis we needed to escape the heat with great airconditioning and relaxing pool, next time we come back will be in winter

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and made how you prefer. Good location, only 10 minutes walk from Jamaa el fnaa. Locals are very friendly and everything you need is at the doorstep. The hosts managing the property are very helpful and informative. Communication was good and prompt.

• Nicolette (10/5): Serene & beautiful Riad in the center of Marrakech - Riad Jalma is an exceptional space, perfect for spending time with friends and family. The Riad is newly renovated and has beautiful & peaceful decor. There is plenty of space for big groups. We had 9 people in our group and spend our days lounging by the pool or sunbathing on the rooftop. The staff onsite were so helpful, providing us with delicious breakfasts & help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this beautiful Riad and will definitely be back on my next trip to Marrakech.

• Caroline (10/5): Beautiful villa great for a group - This Riad is just gorgeous from top to bottom. So chic and special. 5 beautiful double rooms with ensuites, all equally appealing. Fantastic spacious roof top terrace with plenty of comfy spaces to spread out or gather. Another cosy dining and lounge area downstairs. All very luxurious with the most stunning decor. Enjoyed the warm pool after a busy day sight seeing. Our extended family group had a wonderful time here including a delicious home cooked meal. An indulgence for us but well worth it. Marco was very accessible and great to deal with. Omar was a wonderful on site host. Highly recommend! Lots of steepish stairs to be able to access and enjoy the whole villa, so a consideration for less mobile people.
• Kamikazi (10/5): A beautifully designed Riad with exceptional hospitality- an unforgettable stay in the heart of Marrakech - The riad was absolutely stunning! Every corner felt like a page out of an interior design magazine. It was a peaceful oasis right by the medina making it easy to access the souk several times a day. But the real highlight was the staff: Omar and Maryam were incredibly kind and welcoming. They made us feel completely at home even taught us to make an authentic beef tagine- the best I’ve had in Marrakech!

Sense of luxury and - The riad is absolutely beautiful, 5 stunning rooms designed with great taste. The roof top is amazing, with sun beds, a big diner table, a little bar and plenty of places to chill. the pool is nice and heated! Myriam and Omar took very good care of us. Lovely breakfasts and they also gave us a feeling of safety and taking care off. Also Silvio was very helpful and nice and attentive in communication! the riad is located very close to one of the entrances of the medina making it easy to sometimes taking a taxi back as they can get very close to the riad. Very good located! nothing. everything was nice and felt luxurious and managed with love.

• Ron (8/5): Very good - The Riad is quite beautiful with loads of room for a family of seven. It is located within the Mendina of Marrakech which is very handy to everything. We were there for four nights. We thought we had access to the whole house. After we arrived, we were told the kitchen within the home is not for our use & that if we wanted to prepare anything, we had to use a tiny make shift kitchen three flights of stairs up on to the roof, in a corner down another set of stairs. This is where the coffee maker was located which is quite rediculous. Our ages ranged from 78 to 18 & it is dangerous to expect older guests to run up & down the stairs night & day. We requested to use their kettle in the main kitchen & ended up moving the coffee machine to a convenient area within the main kitchen. We noted that the main kitchen was not very clean. We also became aware of internal cameras in the riad. In our country, this would be classified as a privacy issue? Our breakfast was alright, if you are happy with bread, spreads & cake. I did request fruit & mainly we were served older fruit which was not very palatable. There was also a young man who came at 8pm & stayed all night. We also were not aware of this before we leased the riad & were not sure why he was actually required when we had seven adults staying?
• Gail (10/5): Exceptional stay in a stunning Riad. - A luxurious oasis in the middle of all the bustle of the Medina. Situated just inside the wall gates makes it easily accessible for taxi’s and easy to navigate to. This old but recently renovated Riad respects the old style and is stunningly decorated (by a French interior designer). Each bedroom is colour coordinated (sheets, towels, soft furnishings, etc). The bed was extremely comfortable and everything you could possibly need was at hand. The two staff, Miriam and Omar, were incredibly attentive and made our stay all the more special. They keep the place spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious every morning (fresh fruit & homemade yogurt, juice, freshly baked cake, mint tea, breads, cheese, honey, etc.). We had dinner prepared by Miriam one evening at the Riad and it was wonderful. There is a pool in the central courtyard to cool down (water is changed after every stay) and a beautiful roof top terrace with lots of space to eat, sun yourself or just chill out after a busy day. The wifi works perfectly. Marco was attentive and quick to reply to questions and provide assistance if needed. I highly recommend this Riad and will stay there again when I return to beautiful Marrakech ! Everything was perfect !
