• Céline (6/5): - L'emplacement pour les aurores boréales. Logement non chauffé alors que nous avions indiqué notre horaire d'arrivée. Seul un petit chauffage d'appoint portatif fonctionnait. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix
• Jochen (1/5): Nah zum Flughafen, aber sonst… - Nicht weit bis zum Flughafen. Keine Heizung bei 1 Grad Außentemperatur. Sehr funktional. Könnte sauberer sein. Vermieter nicht kompromissbereit.
• Mark Carus (7/5): - We arrived late and used the easy key release PIN. The shower was excellent and the bedroom was sufficiently comfortable for us. The property is close to the airport and the hire company drop-offs. There were n't any cooking facilities apart from a microwave, kettle and small fridge. It didn't matter this time, but we would have been stuck if we had bought food to cook
• Tim (8/5): Ideaal na pas aan te komen of te gaan vertrekken - Gemakkelijk binnen te geraken, goed contact met de host. Dichtbij luchthaven, auto kortbij zetten. Rommelig, er staat veel op een kleine ruimte.

• Stephen (6/5): Adequate for an overnight stay. - Good proximity to airport,quiet suburban area. Comfortable bed. Bathroom good size and very good water pressure. Adequate for an overnight stay. Shower tray overflows into bathroom area. Radiator did not work at all. Living area small.
• Carine (9/5): - Petit mais cosy! Tout y est dans un espace relativement restreint, mais bien pensé. Chaque emplacement est optimisé pour un gain de place. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut (sucre, sel, liquide vaisselle, etc..). Le lit est confortable, salle de bain propre et bien aménager, avec goût. Pas loin de l'aéroport (~10 minutes), et à 2 pas des phares de Garður. Parfait pour une dernière nuit, où l'on peut admirer un magnifique couché de soleil avant de devoir malheureusement prendre l'avion de retour, le lendemain... Mais cela laisse de belles dernières images dans la tête. Bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande! Peut-être la chasse d'eau bruiyante, mais ce n'est qu'un petit détail, sans trop d'importance.

• Mariana (8/5): - El sitio estaba muy cerca del aeropuerto y nos permitieron llegar muy tarde, el vuelo llegaba a las 1. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables. La casita era muy pequeña pero cómoda.

• Isabella Marianna (7/5): - L'autonomia. Il bagno! Troppo piccola la stanza se non si può usufruire dell'esterno per maltempo. La cucina non ha un piano cottura, solo microonde e pochi acessori. Il letto attaccato ad una parete.
• norine (8/5): Cozy place, updated bathroom, family neighborhood, - Updated had what we needed. Had a microwave and fridge. Close walk to the lighthouse. Cats visited us! Very friendly. Neighborhood was noisy. Kids playing, construction workers yelling. Didn’t bother us too much though, but was noticeable. The airport shuttle is not included in the price (maybe I misunderstood that in the description) and it ended up not working out for us in the long run and we ended up getting a taxi. Taxi was over $50 (US).
• Isabelle (8/5): Adorable toute petite maison (plus tiny que little) - charmante maisonnette, aménagée avec soin. Bien situé à deux pas de l'aéroport de Klefavik (10 minutes en voiture) et de la pointe de la presqu'ile. Vraiment chouette. Ca devrait plutôt s'appeler "tiny house". Ca avait la taille d'une chambre et en y mettant une kitchenette + frigo + micro-onde + table, les chaises étaient obligées d'être pliées pour ouvrir la porte, et difficile d'ouvrir une valise.
• B. (7/5): Ideal für eine Nacht vor dem Rückflug - Für 1 Nacht, 1 Person und 1 Koffer sind die rund 9 m2 in Ordnung. Infos zum Schlüssel gibt es erst am Anreisetag.
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - It had everything we needed for a quick one night stay before our very early flight .
• Christopher (8/5): A great 1-2 night accommodation with kind hosts for low key travelers - Blue Lagoon plans were canceled due to the volcano eruption, but our little house was ready for us to arrive earlier than stated. Our hosts were very quick with communication which made our disappointment in changed plans a little lighter. We were able to settle in and then go explore the area a little which was lovely. This place is low key and small. Its a great place to start or end your trip if you arrive late or leave very early (which was our case) and just want quick access to the airport. It has everything needed to make a comfortable night. While it was set up with everything needed, the refrigerator did not work, which was needed for medication to be kept cold. It also had a feel like it was someone's personal space while not being rented. Which isn't a terrible thing for a night, but might not be what you're looking for.
• Fiona (4/5): Disappointing - Perfect for Keflavik airport. Had a good evening walk to the lighthouse which was near by. Room tiny. door handle fell off bathroom door. Needs updating

• Alexandra (10/5): Cosy cabin with great location for the airport - We stayed here to be close to the airport and location was perfect - 10 minutes from the airport with parking outside. It’s a small cabin but has everything you need for one night. They had turned the heating on so it was nice and warm when we arrived at night (very cold and windy outside!) Nice hot shower with toiletries and hairdryer. Very easy check in with a key in a lock box outside and quick responses from the owner. We were lucky enough to see some beautiful northern lights from the cabin which was an added bonus!
• Heinrich (8/5): Very good - This an unusual property. It is essentially like living in a large shed in someone's back garden. Inside are the clean and warm basics of life. We spent an overnight only, flying out in the morning and it is ideal for this. Would I stay here again? Probably yes...

• Sabrina (7/5): Good for one night - - convenient check-in with clear instructions from the owner - very quiet area, close to the airport - nice shower - comfy bed - very tasty bakery cafe few kilometers away by car (Kökulist) - very small but Ok for one person - some amenities were missing, like soap in the shower or a little evening light - it faces the owner flat and there is no night curtains All in all it did not feel as cosy and modern as on the pictures and I just couldnt feel home, but thats probably just me.
• Enrico (9/5): Little but comfortable, in a great position - Little but really nice house. Close to airport so perfect for a day or a couple of days to stay. Clean room and bathroom. Free parking in front of the house. It was all perfect.

• Kylee (5/5): Not the welcome to Iceland I expected. - Easy entrance into. Communication. This locations airport shuttle. I always enjoy Booking.com host for their assistance and knowledge of the location I am visiting. That was not a priority at this site during my stay.
• David (9/5): Superb - Unit was comfortable, host very responsive. A nice, unique place to stay AWAY from Reykjavik. Only found one coffee cup. The unit is very remote. You need a car.
• Pak (2/5): I was planning to walkout but couldn't find a hotel available nearby. - None shower broken, one towel for two of us, it is dangerous to climb the steps to the room, heater was broken and still did not work after fixed( ?) and it was 3C degree outside, room is only big enough for one person, etc etc....; Should never put this room for rent.

• Karolyn (8/5): Really nice place to stay and just 10 mins from the airport. Well set up to be selfsufficient. - It was a very nice place, very well and thoughtfully set up with some food and essentials to cook with. My host called in the night to let me know there was Aurora outside which was thoughtful and a bonus. There was a damp smell in the room but that could have been because we gave very late notice we were coming and it was out of the tourist season so may have been shut up for some time before we come. The shower was pretty but there was quite a bit of water outside after we showered.

• Cem (9/5): Superb - It was a cozy place with a comfortable bed. We stayed there for one night for an early flight. It is close to the airport which we needed. The cabin actually has a lot of amenities, there is a fridge, microwave and other things that may be useful if you need to stay longer than one night.

• Yvonne (8/5): Very good - I liked Hunters little house very much! You're on your own, it's comfortable and cozy, there's everything you need and it has everything you would expect in a hunters house - except hunting trophies. :-) The hosts are very nice. I started and ended my journey through Iceland there. It is ideal to take a trip to Gardskagi and enjoy the sunset and the view of the breathtaking Snaefellsjökull. And N1 is only 2 Minutes away if you have to fill up your rental car for the last time. I will definitely stay there again. ❤
• Michael (7/5): Good - Good location near Keflavik airport, and -- for us as birdwatchers -- close to the Gardur lighthouse. A suggestion would be (even though it is a small space) to have a small folding table and a couple of chairs for guests to use if eating or wanting to write notes, use laptops, etc.

• Marleen (7/5): Cosy stay , needs only minor improvements and can definitely be recommended. - It is close to the airport (only 15 minutes) and you have a nice cabin all to your self. In the dark the entrance is a bit hard to find and the stairs hard to manage, because there is no light.

• In (9/5): Superb - Edgar's cabin is super cosy and well equipped! He's a super friendly host and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The only thing was that the wifi was gone but never mind with the EU tariff this isn't a big problem anymore.
• Meike (5/5): Good location but wouldn’t recommend - Close to the airport We felt a bit uncomfortable sleeping in someone’s garden shed. It was also incredibly cold the whole time even though there were heaters. The owner came by to take photos of our passports which was a bit confusing because in no other hotel they needed our passports. Both of us didn’t feel comfortable at all staying here.

The place has such a cool vibe and the bathroom is stunning! It's got all you need to make your own breakfast or a snack. And it was in a very quiet area, loved it!
