The pool was underwhelming to say the least. It needs some greenery, more beds and umbrellas and some service staff. It feels very stark and concrete.

• BookiProfi (6/5): - Great staff and wonderful selection in the breakfast buffet with everything you could think of with specialised egg dish orders, several types of breads, waffles, pancakes, toppings, fruit, fresh juices and several warm dishes. About 15 minute walk to the main street in Old Town. There was some very loud music playing for both the two nights that we were there even past 2 am in the night which was a little disturbing and you could hear both the music and specially the base from the music. The beds were not that soft/comfy and a little on the harder side. There was also some mold(?) or something growing in the bathroom and the curtains didn't cover until the floors and fully to the walls so in the morning the light came in from outside.

• SANJAY (7/5): We had a comfortable stay that could have been better for the price we paid. - 1. The room offered an excellent view. 2. The bath and toilet area was nice and interestingly, the most spacious section of the room :) 1.. The cutlery was not up to our expectations and could be arranged in a more spacious manner in the room. The water kettle and tea/coffee sachets, mugs, cups were all placed in a cramped manner on a single shelf, where it was difficult to use these items. 2. The room could be more spacious and include a larger table/space to keep guests' luggage and other items. 3. The mirror should be above the desk placed in the room and not at the entrance. 4. The refrigerator could be bigger to accommodate more items. 5. We were asked to deposit 4000 bath at check-in to cover room-service expenses. However, this is a strange practice that we have not come across anywhere in the world to date. It is understood that if we use room service, we pay for the same; therefore, the concept of deposit for this service is strange.

Par contre l'hôtel n'est pas au standard attendu pour un Novotel : une réfection des équipements est nécessaire, notamment piscine et spa. Le restaurant Rooftop est très agréable, avec un très bon service La qualité générale de l'hôtel, une réfection est necessaire pour etre au niveau attendu d'un Novotel.

• Maria (10/5): Amazing hotel - The hotel was amazing, super clean, the room was big and the bed comfortable, breakfast was also really good and they have a spa where we got an amazing 90 min massage with Annie and Pani. They have a rooftop with a view of the city and the sea and the food and cocktails are very good. Really recommend!

The ladies at the spa were amazing and that I highly recommend. They were really sweet and the massage was definitely well worth it.. We had hired a car and parking was free. Overall a lovely hotel away from the busy beach hotels. Their mango pudding highly recommended.

Informed reception but they couldn't fix it. It was overwhelmingly heavy smell. It was only in the bathroom but same at Pool area. People smoke cigarettes and grass in pool area. Since there is no staff around, nobody warns them. Besides reception and breakfast area, all the rest of the hotel is old. Furnitures are worn out. Definitely not a 5* hotel.

Staff were fabulous, very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of foods, some dishes were different every morning. There was some soundproofing in the room (not very good though). Loved the view from my room at the 12th floor. Big Swimming pool, and warm water. It wasn’t a big let down for me, but my room was right in front of the lifts - soooo you could hear the lift bell going on all the time. I had my earplugs, it didn’t bother me much.
