Everything is easily accessible from the accommodation. The staff is very kind, reliable, and helpful. The nearby Kokraki Brunch is just a few minutes’ walk away and offers excellent service.

Zum Kiessrand 5 Minuten, zum Hafen 5 Minuten, zur Altstadt 5 - 15 Minuten, abhängig davon welchen Eingang man nutzen möchte. Beachclubs 5 Minuten. In der Unterkunft hat mir nichts nicht gefallen. War alles perfekt.

La chambre était parfaite et sans parler de la salle de bain qui était vraiment superbe avec une baignoire qui fait également jacuzzi. Le ménage était fait tous les jours, un vrai plus. Konakladığımız 4 gün boyunca bizi kendi evimizde hissettirdiler. Onlarca ülke gezdik ve konaklama yaptık abartmıyorum bu kadar güler yüzlü ve ilgili tesis sahipleri tanımadık. Yaptıkları jestler ve sürprizleri unutmayacağız. Umarım bir daha geldiğimizde boş oda bulabiliriz😊

• ΑΝΝΑ (10/5): A gem in Rhodes with genuine hospitality! - We had a wonderful stay! The owners, Melina and Konstantinos, are truly kind and helpful, embodying the real meaning of hospitality. The room decoration and ambiance are modern, stylish, and very well maintained. Everything was spotless clean, with daily room service and free supplies/mini bar that made our stay extra comfortable. All amenities worked perfectly, and we especially appreciated the instant hot water available 24/7—ideal for enjoying the hot tub. Melina and Konstantinos went above and beyond to help us arrange a late checkout due to our night flight, which we greatly appreciated. The location is just perfect, right in the heart of Rhodes, yet we had no issues with parking nearby. Overall, an excellent stay that we highly recommend!

• Kristina (10/5): Super sauber und sehr luxuriös! - Es handelt sich um ein kleines, familiäres Hotel mit 4 Suiten. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, neu, top modern und funktional eingerichtet. Die Inhaber sind UNGLAUBLICH freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Minibar wird sogar täglich neu aufgefüllt. Hervorzuheben sind neben der Sauberkeit auch das Frühstück, das im benachbarten Brunch-Lokal eingenommen wird und wirklich herausragend ist. Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts, aber durch die zentrale Lage und „Johnny‘s Pub“ gegenüber war es mitunter nachts recht laut - mit Ohropax ging es aber. Am besten vorab nach einem Zimmer zur Seitenstraße erkundigen.

• YONATAN (10/5): מקום ומיקום מעולים, צוות מצויין, וניקיון מצויין. ממליצים בחום - הכל היה נקי ומצוחצח, כל המתקנים עבדו, המיטות היו ממש נוחות והצוות היה מדהים והתייחסו אלינו ממש יפה. יש מקרר עם יין ומשקאות שהוא בחינם לגמרי ואפילו עושים לכם ריפיל לבקבוקי מים שזה ממש נחמד כי אחרת אתם כל הזמן מבזבזים כסף על מים. המיקום היה ממש טוב, יש מלא חנויות ומסעדות באיזור והמקום גם במרחק של 10 דקות הליכה בערך מהעיר החדשה ועוד מלא מיקומים מרכזיים ככה שלא תרגישו שאתם תקועים בשום מקום.
• ALPEREN (10/5): One of the best experiences we’ve ever had! - It was a truly wonderful experience! The location is perfect, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. They are partner with the nearby brunch café that serves amazing breakfasts. The minibar is free and refilled daily. Even on the days we didn’t request cleaning, fresh towels and drinks were left at our door. Parking is available about 8 minutes away for €7 per day, and several beach clubs are just a 3–4 minute walk. The owner, Melina, is such a kind and friendly person. This was not only the best stay we’ve had in Rhodes, but one of the best experiences we’ve ever had in our lives. In one word: outstanding! -

• Chaggy (10/5): - Wir waren acht Nächte in den Jensen Luxury Suites und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft hat nur vier Zimmer, dadurch ist es angenehm ruhig und man fühlt sich weit weg vom Trubel der großen Hotels. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Zum Strand läuft man fünf Minuten, auch die Altstadt erreicht man gut zu Fuß. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es viele Restaurants, kleine Läden und Supermärkte. Das Frühstück war im Preis dabei und wird den ganzen Vor- und Nachmittag in einem Café in unmittelbarer Nähe serviert. Bis zehn Uhr findet man eigentlich immer sofort einen Platz. Danach kann es etwas voller werden, aber wir mussten nur einmal ein paar Minuten warten. Das Essen war super lecker und die Bedienung immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Unser Zimmer war genauso wie beschrieben: groß, sauber und richtig schön eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Bad geräumig, und im Kühlschrank standen Wasser und Softdrinks bereit. Obwohl direkt gegenüber ein Pub ist, war es bei geschlossenem Fenster absolut ruhig. Durch den kleinen Vorhof läuft auch niemand direkt am Haus vorbei. Insgesamt war es sehr entspannt und angenehm still. Ein echtes Highlight waren die Gastgeber. Sie sind unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und gleichzeitig sehr diskret. Als ich leicht erkältet war, wurde mir sogar angeboten, etwas aus der Apotheke zu holen. Das war wirklich eine tolle Geste. Alles in allem: Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt, würden sofort wieder buchen und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

I felt very safe here too because of the access to the building arrangements . The hosts were very thoughtful too ,and left me a beach towel each day . The suites are located close to restaurants and supermarkets too . The suites are within walking distance to the port, the beaches, the bus station , and the old town . Nothing I didn’t like about it

Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, 10 minutes from the bus stop that takes you anywhere, and only 2 minutes from restaurants and shops. A pleasant walk along the seafront brings you to the medieval town in 15 minutes. The suite is spotlessly clean, fully equipped, very comfortable and cozy. The owner is extremely kind and very helpful! She even helped me arrange the room for my partner’s birthday.

Went out of their way to assist and make sure we were comfortable and happy. Pros - change towels and clean room every morning. Change sheets every second day. Provide free breakfast. Provide free drinks in room. 5 min. walk to the beach. Great restaurants within 5 mins. Great bar across the street for drinks. Cons - Noisey outside but rooms well sound proofed.

Their hospitality went above and beyond — always available to help, offering great local tips, and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly want. The attention to detail was amazing — from the comfortable bed and fresh linens to the thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location was ideal, close to both the beach and charming local spots, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. This was one of the best booking experiences we’ve ever had, and we are so grateful for the host’s genuine care and generosity. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rhodes — you won’t be disappointed! We hope to return again soon. Everything was PERFECT !!!
• Lara (10/5): Best place to stay in New Town Rhodes! - We had an amazing and comfortable stay here! It was exceptionally clean and Konstantinos and his wife were such a pleasure to talk to! They even recommended a lot of great restaurants nearby and in the old town! The location was only 10min walk to the old town and like a two minute walk from the beach! Taxis are hard to book but they were able to arrange one so quickly for us! We had a great time and relaxing time in Rhodes thanks to our stay! :)
• Erdem (10/5): A Flawless Hotel in Every Detail - Getting to the hotel from the port by taxi is quite easy (10€ as of July 2025). Walking during the summer wouldn’t be a very sensible choice. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the check-in process was completed very quickly. The property owner is incredibly attentive and helpful, sincerely answering all your questions. I had asked for a restaurant recommendation, and since he couldn’t send it via message, she kindly printed it out and left it at our door — such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s location is perfect. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the sea, and just as close to great places to eat. The hotel and rooms are designed with a very clean and thoughtful aesthetic. Every detail has been carefully considered. Each room has a minibar, and all drinks inside — both alcoholic and non-alcoholic — are complimentary. If we ever have the chance to visit Rhodes again, staying anywhere else wouldn’t even cross my mind. This is definitely the right place to enjoy the island. None

On our departure there was some issue with the taxi which didn't come or was very late, but Konstantinos looked after us and even gave us a ride to the port by himself! I cannot image a better service! Their friendliness left such nice memories for us!

The attention to detail is amazing and the owners, Melina and Konstantinos were fantastic hosts and couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning! Nothing!

Location is very good. 10 minutes by foot till the beach or till the old town, castle. Lots of bars and restaurants around. But what makes a difference is a lovely Melina. Thank you for making our trip even more comfortable 💕.
• Pınar (10/5): I will come back! - Everything! Melina was the best and made our stay perfect! Location is perfect. < 500 meters to the Elli Beach and really close to the restaurants, bars and groceries. Cleanliness is best and top which is really important. And rooms and furnitures are new. Breakfast is so delicious which you have at a brunch spot named Kokoraki until 16:00 pm (hotel has an alignment for brunch). I and my mom got a bit sick during our stay and Melina was really concerned about us and helped a lot! Melina also recommended some nice beaches and restaurants around the island. We tried 4 Rodies restaurant and it was really nice! Tamam restaurant is really hyped one and food was delicious but if you want to try something fancy I recommend Nomad. We also had a dinner at Paneri which is in old town and also food was delicious. Not about the property but since it is summer season some nights street was a bit noisy :)

• Ok_go_love (10/5): If you are looking for a hotel on Rhodes - 100% this is the place you are looking for! - Melina and Konstantinos are exceptionally good hosts. I felt like home. We got a list of great places/restaurants. The room itself is pretty good. We had an iron, all the necessary bath supplies, free mini-bar (which was refreshed every day), got a free bottle of wine. Location is great, ~5 min to the sea. Breakfasts. This is something unbelievable. You have to go to a branch restaurant in a minute from the hotel and these guys really know what they do. That was the best breakfast I've ever had in a restaurant. The owner is also very friendly. Nothing at all.

• Antikainen (10/5): Suberb boutique hotel at Rhodes - Owners Melina and Kontantinos are super friendly and professional, they has been renovated hotel and rooms completely few years ago with very good style. Rooms are even better than in pictures and everything is super clean and rooms has also very good big bed, fine air condition and soundproofing. Big bonus is also that Jaquzzi is suitable even for two people:) Location is very central, you walk in 5 min. to everywhere; Elli Beach, good restaurants and shopping areas, only10 min to old town. We have been travelling around the world a lot and I have to say that Jensen Luxury Suites is very high on our list. If you choose this hotel, I am sure that you will be satisfied because the price quality ratio is really good! • Christina (10/5): Exceptional in every way possible. - My partner and I stayed at Jensen Luxury Suites for three nights, and we can genuinely say that our experience with Melina and Konstantinos made our visit to Rhodes exceptionally better. Their friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel so welcome and well treated. They helped us look us bus timetables (even walking down to the bus stop to double check times themselves), gave us fantastic restaurant/cafe recommendations, and were just genuinely lovely people. They remembered little things we told them (such as my boyfriend going diving on day two) and enquired about it at the end of our stay, which we found really considerate. Everything about our room was curated to maximise comfort and convenience. We loved the free amenities (including a beautiful complimentary bottle of wine), the thought that had been put into the decorations, and the ease of access. The property is well located - we were a 5 min walk from the closest beach, and 10min away from the nearest sights. There are some great cafes and restaurants located nearby. Soundproofing in the room is exceptional. We had the bathroom window open throughout the night, but the door closed, and it wasn’t until a 5am bathroom visit that we even realised there were garbage trucks operating outside. It was pitch quiet inside. Absolutely nothing.
• Earthshaking (10/5): It was the best accommodation we ever had. The people are incredibly nice on this island. - The room was enough big, and the bathroom was huge. The bed is very big. The air conditioning is perfectly designed and feels very natural, which you can easily adjust to your needs. It was really comfortable and everything was so so clean. The materials, the surfaces are perfectly made and give a fantastic atmosphere for the people. All places are just perfectly clean and bright which was very calm and pleasing to the eye. They clean the rooms very properly whenever you need it. All the equipments, furnishings and rooms have a very uniq and luxurious feel. The breakfast place was in a separate location in a real café not far from the accommodation. It was simply amazingly gourmet. Believe me, it will satisfy all your needs, all your tastes. The hosts were super nice people who were great to talk to and very people-oriented. They deserve every kindness! Last but not least, this place is very close to everything, the beach, the new town, the old town, the harbour, etc. Oh, and the jacuzzi...it was so big and relaxing. The towels were incredibly clean and what really surprised me was that there is a separate little black towel for your face, which is super handy for ladies. I have absolutely nothing to say, it simply gave me much more than I imagined. You really felt like a luxury here...

• Venus (9/5): Luxurious and comfortable stay, great location with very attentive hosts - I was in Rhodes for the marathon with my partner and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel to stay. We felt relaxed and comfortable from the very beginning as our hosts welcomed us at the airport with transfer included. We could sense the high level of thought that went into designing the space, with tasteful and high quality modern furnishing, well placed sockets, shelves and storage, and decor that life’s your mood. The room and common areas were cleaned to a very high standard daily. Many unique things you don’t often find in other hotels: an en-suite jacuzzi (much needed after 42km), free minibar, a larger than usual smart TV and the highlight: all-day breakfast/brunch at nearby local cafe Kokaraki (2 mins away) with lovely outdoor seating, delicious menu and very good service. Situated right in the heart of Rhodes town, it’s a very convenient location surrounded by lots of great amenities and restaurants as well as walking distance to old town and coasts. We could get around very easily without a car. Our hosts Melina and Konstantinos went above and beyond to make us feel as comfortable as possible and made our trip amazing with great restaurant and sight recommendations. They are highly responsive and attentive to our needs, and also very friendly and personable. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time we’re in Rhodes Nothing at all! Brilliant stay

• Amaana (10/5): I can’t emphasize enough how amazing it was. - The accommodation is quite new, but it’s so perfectly worked out in every detail. The bed is amazing, there is great airconditioning, drinks awaiting you when you arrive. There is more then enough room and everything is so aesthetically pleasing. The bubble bath (with waterfall shower) was super relaxing and the rooms gets cleaned everyday. The breakfast/brunch is generous and tasty as well. Even taxi service from the airport is included! The couple who runs it, are both amazing and friendly hosts. They really put in extra effort to make you feel at home. I loved it. Literally no complaints.
• Julia (10/5): Exceptional - It's a gem. I know next year there will not be an opportunity, it will be booked, fully and in advance by travelers who get lucky as me this time. This has been my best stay in Rhodes, a most convenient, comfortable, luxurious you can think of, in the very centre of the city, still quiet and within minutes to anything you need from eateries to beaches. The apartment is newly renovated and tastefully furnished. The hosts are a wonderful family couple, friendly and hospitable. I got picked up from the airport and got a ride back too, all for free, by the host himself in a most comfortable way. I was kindly given a very late checkout at no charge at all. A bottle of good local wine was another sweet compliment from the hosts. Melina made me a full list of great places to eat in the area, they did turn to be wonderful and reasonably priced. Breakfast was offered at a nearby restaurant of Kokaraki, and was most delicious, with a good variety, served , if you like so, right on their lovely terrace. Loved my stay and wish Melina and Konstantions' business to thrive.
• Maine (10/5): A real gem - We loved our hosts. They were so welcoming and provided excellent suggestions for local non tourist dining. Breakfast was provided at a local restaurant called Kokoraki with great service local food. Jensen has only four suites so our stay was intimate and personal. They are all on the ground floor. Book early cause once the word gets out it will be difficult to reserve. Absolutely nothing
