• Martyna (8/5): Pobyt bardzo udany, świetny kontakt z wynajmującym. W mieszkaniu niczego nie brakowało. Lokalizacja blisko dworca kolejo - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko zabytkowej części i dworca kolejowego. Łóżko w sypialni mogłoby mieć wygodniejszy materac i nieco większe poduszki.
• Nathan (8/5): It was a good place for a few days. - It was a good size and had nice lights in the living/dining/kitchen area. The location was very convenient to the train station and city center. The appliances were new and worked well. The weather was getting cold in early October, but the building had not yet started its heating system. The shower temperature control was a struggle, requiring significant twisting back and forth to gradually change it from super hot to tolerable (it really needs to be fixed). There should be hooks near the bathroom sink and bidet for towels.
• Rafael (2/5): - La ubicación La falta de mantenimiento del apartamento. La dejadez de la propiedad, el grifo de la ducha lleva roto desde Marzo, es imposible regularlo solo sale agua hirviendo. La ropa de cama y las toallas están muy gastadas. El acceso al propio apartamento es peligroso verja y luces fundidas. Las puertas a las terrazas tienen piezas rotas y hay numerosas humedades en las paredes de las terrazas. Y para colmo hacia algo de frío al llegar la tarde y no había calefacción por ser comunitaria y se negaron a llevar un calefactor o radiador eléctrico. Uno de los peores apartamentos en los que he estado.

• Joni (8/5): Visita agradable a Bolonia. - Ubicación y trato agradable. En las necesidades de este viaje, donde apenas usé el apartamento mas que para dormir, no eché nada en falta.

• Nedyalka Peneva (9/5): - Отлично местоположение, просторен апартамент - кухня, спалня, дневна, хубави тераси. Твърде много формалности по регистрацията - поименно чекиране на всички гости, подписване на договор, задължение за гостите да си изхвърлят боклука на тръгване.

• Karolina (9/5): - Apartament bardzo przestronny, byliśmy w 5 osób i odpowiadała nam jego wielkość. Świetna lokalizacja, praktycznie naprzeciwko dworca kolejowego więc super dla kogoś kto traktuje Bolonie jako bazę wypadową do innych miast. Do centrum Bolonii też bardzo blisko. Oprocz tego na dole czy w okolicy sporo fajnych restauracji. Emma z personelu była bardzo pomocna. Na plus możliwość przechowania walizki w razie późnego lotu. Apartament nie oferuje moim zdaniem klimatyzacji a wentylatory, znajdują się przy łóżkach więc był to trochę problem w nocy, ciężko się tym startowało. Apartament był dobrze wyposażony, jedynie uważam że powinno być zapenione więcej papieru toaletowego i worki na śmieci

• Aida (4/5): Die Wohnung ist zentral und für zwei Personen geeignet, aber für vier Personen im Sommer wegen unbequemem Schlafsofa, de - Die Lage Nur für 2 Personen Für kältere Jahreszeiten perfekt Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und für zwei Personen gut geeignet. Für vier Personen ist sie jedoch nicht empfehlenswert – das Schlafsofa in der Küche ist sehr unbequem, was zu schlechtem Schlaf und Rückenschmerzen geführt hat. In der warmen Jahreszeit ist es zudem problematisch, da die Lüftung nicht funktioniert und bei offenen Fenstern viele Moskitos in die Wohnung kommen. Unsere Meldung dazu wurde erst nach zwei Tagen beantwortet, sodass die angebotene Lösung (ein Ventilator) zu spät kam. Auch die Dusche war nicht regulierbar und lieferte nur heißes Wasser. Für zwei Personen in der kälteren Jahreszeit okay, für mehr Personen oder bei Hitze nicht geeignet.

• Nick (6/5): Passable crash pad - The location was great, easy to get to Piazza and trains and the airport (marconi express is a different story though...) Clean and spacious with functional amenities. Marcello was great. The air conditioning was not appropriate for the apartment, nor the weather. It would be a good move to upgrade this. The shower temperature control was very hard to turn down, so recommending a plumber gets onto that one too. The sliding doors onto the balconies appear to need some maintenance as handles are broken/missing. Is there underfloor heating in the apartment? Some of the floor felt quite warm to bare feet, and we were trying to work that one out too. Also, more of a question, is it normal to have a lengthy contract to sign for holiday accommodation in Italy?

• Raluca (8/5): Ok but beware of the noise - The location is perfect for travelling outside of the city and also within walking distance of the main square. Pretty good bed & couch, you can see all the planes landing in Bologna from the balcony. It’s an ok place to stay for just a few nights. If you sleep in the kitchen on the sofa and you have the misfortune to have people staying the apartment next to you, you are screwed. You can hear EVERYTHING. I could not sleep for 3 nights cause there were people yelling late at night and early in the morning. We had an issue with the shower, we could only get boiling hot water. I wrote to the host but they replied a day later only saying they informed the office and that was it. Same about the noise from next door. There could also have been some coffee pods for us but nothing was provided and we could not find the right size at the supermarket nearby.

• Joanne (7/5): Apartment full of slightly unmet potential - Na It was a self catering apartment which needed a bit of love and care. The welcome pack consisted of 4 coffee capsules not even enough for breakfast over 3 days. No washing up liquid, 3 dishwasher tabs. No milk, water, biscuits. When you arrive by plane you can’t bring these things with you, and so it was impossible to do basic things without a big shop first. The comfy beds saved this apartment .
• Alexandra (9/5): Superb - I loved the location, the proximity to the city center and to the train station. The bad in the bedroom was very comfortable. The bathroom is very nice and spacious. The bed in the living room wasn’t as much comfortable as the one in the bedroom, but it was ok.

• Мариела (10/5): Great place in Bologna - Very clean. Very warm. Spacious. Close to the train station (1 minute walk). Tidy and comfortable. We loved our stay.
• Bozhinova (8/5): Good Location - The location is nice, just in front of the Central Station at the edge of the old town, and a walking distance to the center. Nice complex of buildings with coffee bars and shops in the middle. The apartment is spacious and bright and freshly renovated. It has everything you might need. The sofa bed was dirty and not comfortable to sleep on. Since we were 5 people 2 of us had to sleep on the sofa. We contacted the rental company and the next day a cleaning service came and cleaned up the sofa and changed the sheets that were on it. All the sheets and towels had a bad smell of vinegar.
• Violet (6/5): A comfortable apartment in a good location that had difficult access - Location close to railway station and to city Access to the apartment via 3 keys was problematical. Getting into out of the apartment / buildings was extremely stressful as invariably the keys wouldn’t work .
