• stéphane (10/5): - Le logement est petit mais très bien agencé, tout neuf, très propre et très bien équipé. Il se situe dans une résidence au calme à partir de laquelle le centre ville est accessible en 30 min à pied. En parallèle, les transports sont disponibles à proximité. Le quartier est commerçant et tout est à disposition. Madrid est une très belle ville ; nous reviendrons volontiers y compris dans le logement ! Il manque juste une raclette pour la douche.

• Leila (10/5): Agradable, cómodo y práctico - Apartamento acogedor muy cómodo y práctico, con todo lo necesario para pasar una agradable estancia. El barrio donde está situado es ideal y es muy agradable, en los 8 días que estuvimos allí no utilizamos el metro en ningún momento! Sin duda volvería a reservar este alojamiento!!
• Christine (10/5): Logement très agréable dans joli quartier avec tous commerces - Le logement très propre et bien équipé, le calme de la résidence et sa situation en centre ville à proximité du métro (500 m environ) et tous commerces. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme de l'hôte. Point sensible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite : logement situé au 3ème étage, en cas de panne de l'ascenseur (c'est arrivé durant 2 jours).
• Alexander (10/5): Excellent value for money in a winning neighborhood - An amazing studio in a great area. The neighborhood is quiet yet not far from the city center, and it has everything you could want within walking distance — shops, restaurants, and more. The studio itself is well equipped and very clean. The studio has everything needed for comfortable living: a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bathroom, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV, and high-quality internet. There is even a work corner with a dedicated workspace. There is occasionally an issue with the electricity tripping due to overload, but after we contacted them, a technician came to check it.

• Julie (8/5): Clean, modern facilities in great location. - This is a clean, modern apartment in a location so conveniently located within easy walking distance of several metro stations. It is thoughtfully fitted out with the inclusion of a small step-ladder which is very much needed given the height of some of the cupboards The property owners communicated well and were very responsive in attempting to resolve a couple of maintenance issues that arose. Given that guests are expected to take responsibility for their own rubbish removal ( due to local rubbish collection arrangements) it would be helpful if replacement bin liners were provided. The issue with frequent power outages in the apartment really needs to be addressed.
• Meredith (7/5): Very comfortable and great location, I would stay again! - Excellent location in one of the best neighborhoods of Madrid, with a Carrefour conveniently right across the street and a cute cafe next door. Very nice size with a fully stocked kitchen and very cute/ cozy living space. For several days there was not hot water due to a municipal issue, which didn’t make things so comfortable but it seemed to resolve itself.
• Michael (10/5): Great base for exploring Madrid - Great contact and introduction from the host Gustavo, who met us at the location to explain everything. The apartment was clean and as described on the website. The location is great if you prefer to be outside of the tourist area but still in easy reach of the city centre (we walked in on a couple of occasions and took the metro on others). Good shops and facilities in the immediate area. The team in the supermarket across the road are super friendly. The local area feels very safe.

• Samuel (9/5): Comfortable modern studio in Madrid - A small but very clean and modern apartment in the west of Madrid. It is a short walk from several metro stations and there many shops and restaurants nearby. Communication with the hosts was very easy. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay (hair dryer, washing machine, heating, good shower, etc.). Highly recommend! As with many places in Spain, the walls are quite thin.
• Wayne (10/5): Nicely located, great food and activity close. Quiet building with friendly locals. - The property is very well located close to two metro stations. Very clean and in a nice building. The studio apartment can be a little tight in the kitchen area. We do not recommend for more than two people. Nicely equipped and the washing machine was definitely a plus! Very good wifi for working if necessary. Two thumbs up and would stay again! The kitchen was tight and the kitchen table very small. View from window was of everyone else’s back windows.
• Mairi (9/5): Small apartment with all amenities. - Very good location, in a quiet neighborhood, on the outskirts of the centre, served by several metro and bus lines. It has everything a house needs. Clean and convenient for a couple. I would like it to be bigger, with a bigger bed.
• Amparo (10/5): awsome - Everything but the supplies, not toilet paper, no soup, no garbage bag. the supplies, only one toilet paper roll for 9 days.
