Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing but great location - The location was great There were ants in the living room area. We complained about it and asked for bug spray to be delivered to the apartment but it never happened and when I requested later check out to have time to ensure no ants were in my suitcase, I was told I couldn’t be accommodated and a cleaner arrived whilst I was still going through my case. I felt bad for her as she hadn’t been clearly communicated with but I wasn’t about to take the ants with me. The bed was also super uncomfortable and the space is advertised as a 1 bed with a sofa bed but there was no extra bedding for the sofa bed (which was also very uncomfy and covered in dark stains anyway). I asked about extra bedding but was told it couldn’t be provided either.
