There was a squeaky/exhaust fan on the roof for most non f the stay. This got fixed just before our last night. The service at the adjoining restaurant bar was terrible.

- CHARLES (9/5): Lovely spacious and airy room, excellent location - Location was fantastic near the boat terminal and seafront, the room was large and had great light, was very comfortable. Staff were very courteous and helpful. I would say the nicest place I stayed in my 6 week tour of Australia, and certainly the best value. No gym but not a big issue

- michelle (1/5): $300 to stay and feel uncomfortable all night, would have asked for a refund and change hotels that evening if there was - It was close to everything and had been done up The room was quite dirty with the previous persons drink stains in both the bedside and the other table. The hotel is not sound proof at all and was weakens by slamming doors. The worst was there was an adjoining room and you could hear their loud music and smell the cologne from their shower. Was most uncomfortable feeling.

- Syarifah Norsyafiqah (5/5): - Front Desk and Staff tried to help with my mold situation and were eventually helpful. Thankfully there was a room available with a balcony I could change to. Room Number 331 - smelt strongly of mold/mildew. It didn't have windows that could open to air the smell out. When I alerted front desk about it, they treated the room with an Ozone generator while I waited for an hour. Unfortunately, it then smelled like chemicals and was starting to hurt my chest. I feel like this needs to be addressed for the health and safety of visitors. Book a room with balcony. Many tourist groups stay in this hotel - if you are a light sleeper or are there for work, the noise might keep you up.

The hotel itself is a bit dated with the interior halls needing some attention. The parking was overpriced considering it is not undercover, the staff member I delt with was pleasant but not very helpful

- Leah (10/5): Excellent with very helpful accommodating staff. - Our friend passed away during our stay so we had to change our flights and leave early due to the circumstances , the staff were so accommodating and told us to contact booking.com and request a refund for our lastnight which the hotel accepted and processed. Could not thank them enough.
