ALEKSEI (9/5): Excellent, memorable stay. - Very spacious, nice and clean. Great location - just few steps from Augarten or the kanal, perfect for morning walks or runs. Two toilets - convenient for a bigger family. Well equipped. Easy check-in, responsive stuff - although I haven't met them in person. Extra sets of bedsheets and towels are in the cabinet - convenient for longer stay, you can manage your laundry easily. I liked everything

Florian (6/5): Wieder ein weiteres seelenloses Zimmer... - Das Badezimmer war sehr modern und sauber Das Bett war durchgelegen und eine Latte gebrochen Ich habe bereits bei der Buchung darauf hingewiesen, dass ich eine Rechnung benötige (Geschäftsreise) und die Firmenadresse angegeben, welche auf der Rechnung erscheinen sollte. Dazu wurde mir zugesichert, dass dies kein Problem sein sollte. Nach mehrmaliger Aufforderungm, (beim letzten der Vermerk, dass dies auch meine Bewertung bei booking beeinflussen wird) kam die Rechnung nach über einem Monat, natürlich mit der falschen Anschrift

Arturas (10/5): Excellent apartment - Spacious apartment where you can find everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. Good location, easy to get to the city center. We would stay here once more with pleasure. The only thing we missed because of hot summer is air condiotioner.
Nicolas (9/5): Great apartment for good value with minor issues - The apartment is very nice and spacious, the building is also beautiful! the location is also okay, and the parking garage brigittenau is quite affordable. I think the price for the apartment is definitely worth it and we would stay here again. Check-in/Check-out was unproblematic The apartment was clean overall, the bathroom could use some more love. There was mold on the wall around the window and also inside the shower around the shower door. Another thing that could be improved is the amount of coffee available, there were only 4 coffee capsules for a 2 night stay for 4 people.
Martin (7/5): Overall Ok, but needs to be taken care of better. - Spacious and most of the furniture is nice. The floors are new and very nice. 1.) The floor heating seems to have been broken as it kept working even when the thermostat was on min value. The staff were not very helpful about this and just told me to wait although I turned the thermostat off already the night before. 2.) The remote for the TV did not work, and 3.) when the TV was turned on manually there weren’t any channels. It looked like there wasn’t any cable connected to the TV except for electricity. 4.) I also found dishes in the dishwasher and cigarette leftovers on the balcony upon arriving, although otherwise the apartment was clean. 5.) The ironer is not working properly (possibly something got burned at some point and is now leaving marks).

Vicky (9/5): A great base for our trip to Vienna - The apartment was stylish and comfortable with plenty of space for 5 of us. It's in a quiet neighbourhood but with tram and underground stations a short walk away, travel to different parts of the city was easy. Check-in was easy and the host was quick to resolve an issue with the WiFi.

Sean (7/5): Disappointed - Close to tram and tram links. Spar near train station. Quiet accommodation. Lovely shower. Didn’t receive code for lock box to collect keys, had to make phone call and was given inaccurate information. Had to re contact at end of stay to get code to leave keys. Unable to flush toilet paper down toilet, not had this issue anywhere else in Austria and didn’t enjoy this at all, wouldn’t have booked had we known of this. Cleaning only just ok, curtain in bedroom stuck to bed headboard by chewing gum, presumably by prior guest but cleaning hadn’t resolved this. Beds not very comfortable. Usually find some things like dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets but not in this property. Nasty smell in kitchen, again possibly from previous guest.
Maximilian (6/5): Big spacious apartment with a terrible bed. - Big spacious apartment, nicely decorated in a beautiful building. The check-in process was poorly organized. The bed was a bad choice—not just too low to the ground, but also completely impractical for sleeping. While it may look nice, the flimsy bed slats couldn’t support the mattress properly, causing us to sink through repeatedly. We had to fix them almost every time we used the bed, which is unacceptable for an short-term rental apartment accommodating many different guests.

Orestis (10/5): Totally worth. Clean, Good, Beautiful. Everything you need. - The property was exceptionally clean, with everything inside feeling brand new and of high quality. The underfloor heating is a fantastic feature, keeping the house warm and cozy even in very cold weather. It did take a little longer to heat up on the first day, likely because the house hadn’t been used for a while, but once it warmed up, it stayed perfectly comfortable. So, if it feels a bit chilly at first, don’t worry—it just needs some time. Everything else is just as great as shown in the photos. Highly recommended! The only thing I didn’t love was the key for the elevator. Either I wasn’t using it correctly, or it wasn’t working properly—it felt a bit tricky to figure out. A keyless system, like a chip, would be a much more convenient option.

Alex (7/5): Simple apartment with a good transportation nearby - The location is in 30 min walk from the city center and just 3 metro stations. Besides it is quite close (20 min walk) to the S7 train which is transfer to the airport. The building is gorgeous, high ceiling, gorgeous architecture around. When we arrived there was a full garbage bin and there no empty garbage bags so we couldn't take away the trash by ourselves. The host promised that cleaners will come and fix it during out stay, but no one came. The chair in the living room was broken when we arrived, but it wasn't a big deal for us.
Ann (9/5): Superb - The host was very helpful by providing a sample itinerary of tourist attractions and clear instructions (with visuals) of how to do self check-in. They replied promptly when I needed help during my stay. The apartment was clean and spacious. It was very warm which was great because the weather was extremely cold when we visited Vienna. There were plenty towels available. The kitchen was well equipped. The lift was tricky to use at times. A microwave would’ve been handy.
Pinnaangelica (2/5): Shameful - I booked this accommodation for my father and my sister because it offered two separate bedrooms. When they arrived at the accommodation (late in the night), only one bed in one bedroom was prepared, while the other room's bed had only a (very old) mattress. There were no bed sheets available in the wardrobe. This is totally unacceptable. If they had wanted to share a bed in a bedroom, they could have gone to a nicer hotel for the same price. Furthermore, the Wi-fi did not work and the kitchen did not have even one coffee capsule and was lacking basic equipment. When I reached out to the property (obviously this was not possible during the night on the first day), I received useless sentences such as 'thank you for your understanding'. As the second day we messaged when none of their staff was available anymore, they did not offer any further solution nor a compensation. I later noticed other reviewers were complaining about the same issues.

Nina (10/5): Amazing apartment close to district 1 - The apartment was on the first floor, modern, new and very clean. We had 2 rooms apartment, each with very comfortable double bed. The bathroom is also new, with big shower and a washing machine. The kitchen area is also very big and clean, with an electric stove and a dishwasher. We also appreciated some kitchen essentials: salt, sugar, oil ect., dishwasher tablets….The apartment is also close to U Bahn, but we also walked to the city center, 1. district ( approx. 30 min light walk along the canal). In the neighbourhood you will also find Spar, Billa and Penny grocery shops, Bipa and DM, Aida cofeeshop ( amazing cakes and vienna style coffee). Would recommend this nice apartment to families and couples. We used covered garage at Brigitta Platz, costs only 8 eur/ day ( through app, otherwise 12/ day) Everything was great. Thank you!

We really enjoyed this overnight stay and the opportunities provided by the place while going on a small boat trip. Great place to stay. Thanks! Staying in these apartments for several days, there are no convenient options to wash the dirty dishes. It causes some inconvenience.

Alex (9/5): Spacious and Bright Apartments with Great Amenities - We had a very positive experience at this hotel. The apartments are spacious and bright, with a separate room, separate toilet, and separate bathroom. We loved the large mirror and the abundance of decor, including vases for flowers. The new entrance is well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. While the apartments are spacious and bright, there are a few areas that need improvement. It would be nice to have conditioner in the bathroom in addition to the shampoo. A bedspread and more comfortable pillows would enhance the experience, and it would be great if disposable slippers were provided for the apartment.

Doris (8/5): Nice but not exceptional - The apartment is very spacious and bright. It is located in a quiet street close to the metro stop and various bus and tram stops that take you to the city center in less than 30 min. We missed the attention to detail as one would expect in such a lovely apartment. There are no hooks for your towels in the bathroom, we only got one key for the apartment, the kitchen equipment is very basic, no cleaning products, ... With some small changes and details the experience could change from good to exceptional.
Riccardo (5/5): Flat with potential but not properly managed - Furnitures, style No blinders, hair dryer was not working, not the safest area in Wien according to local people. We arrived and only a bedroom (out of the 2) was properly prepared. I called the management company and they told us where the bed sheets where without apologies. There wasn't even a bottle of water, which is pretty standard nowadays.

Roosa (10/5): Perfect home to stay in Wien, reccomend! - The apartment was so beautiful and well equipped. I felt like home! The location was perfect, it felt safe and there were enough places to eat out. More cleaning supplies for the guests like dishwasher tablets, garbage bags etc, we were staying for 5 nights and I would have wanted to clean it myself a little bit during the stay.

Janice (4/5): Quiet and clean, but inconvenient. - The property was clean and and the surrounding area was quiet. Shower was nice and relaxing and having two bathrooms was a plus. Prindl Bakery was right at the corner and a good spot for a morning treat. The guest bed was broken underneath on one side and the wood legs were all tilted/broken and wouldn't sit straight so we kept having to adjust the bed at the slightest of movement. We had to contact the host to get instructions on how to get into the property as nothing was sent to us via email even after we filled out all the information required before check in. The elevator was quite a hassle to deal with the key. There were no instructions on how to access the WiFi once in the property, no access to Netflix, no instructions on how to work the television and which remote works with what item and it took several phone calls and texts to get a response on how to access WiFi, all the kitchenware was missing from the drawers and cabinets until we opened the dishwasher after already being in the property for over 24 hours and everything was sitting in there. But we didn't know if it was dirty or clean. There was no washer onsite. Checkout instructions were given after we had already left the property. Overall, I would suggest a binder or some paperwork on the kitchen table about how to access the wifi, work the television, and leave clear check-out instructions. No microwave, no basic food staples to cook with (spices, oil, etc...)

There are small restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Instructions for entrance the apartment are clear and precise, with pictures. Building is old but well maintained. Minor things are missing from the apartment, like dish cloth, washing machine for those who stay longer (we stayed for two nights so didn′t need it). There are no wi-fi credentials in the apartment, you need to contact owner. All pillows are thick, would be nice to have a choice.

Very responsive host. Clear access instructions were left for us before arrival. Great food and drinks recommendations. Nice cafe, Boro nearby serving coffee and a large variety of pastries. Tram stop nearby. Metro station about 5-7 min walk away.
Jan (10/5): Nice and cozy apartment - The apartment was spacious. The kitchen had all the required tools. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet needed a window to be opened, which in low temperatures made it pretty cold.
