• Julia (10/5): Super fin de séjour - Nous avons conclu notre séjour en beauté dans cet établissement! La chambre est agréable, les repas sont bons, et surtout le safari que nous avons réservé par Mango Villa était top. Les propriétaires proposent également le trajet en taxi jusqu’à l’aéroport.
• Lisa (10/5): Good cabin, disappointing safari. - Great cabin set in an orchard with good A/C. While the cabin was great, I wasn't too impressed with the choice of safari company they use. The driver drove like an idiot and the vehicle was very old, so old in fact we broke down in the middle of the National Park and had to hitch a lift with another jeep. This turned out to be MUCH more comfortable than the original jeep we'd been on. Maybe just a bad day, but we spent most of 3 hours in a queue and saw no animals
• George (8/5): Ideal for Wilpattu National Park - The owner and his staff - the meals and the relaxed atmosphere . Early morning tea to our room . Owner arranged the safari into Wilpattu National Park very smoothly and gave us a good boxed breakfast to take with us

• Sarah (7/5): Overall nice - Room was clean Beautiful area Lady who hosted us was lovely - Breakfast was cooked egg on bread with some fruit - Did not tell us we needed cash to pay for everything (safari, accommodation) - 3% charge to pay by card - safari person does not speak English so we didn’t get much interaction during our 12 hrs with them - if you aren’t keen on bugs, maybe the place isn’t for you as you will find creepy crawlies in the bathroom

• Lensen (10/5): - The staff were friendly and helped us organisted our meals around our very early safari plans. The room was lovely and the food was brilliant. im so ashamed that i have forgot his name to mention.

Hay un lago cercano que es precioso para dar un paseo al atardecer, lleno de aves de todo tipo. El baño podría estar mejor, pero es acorde al precio.
• Christina (8/5): - We spent the night in a hut in the middle of a mango grove. Sometimes elephants even come there at night. The owner was very caring and always made sure that we were accompanied to the hut by a member of staff after dinner so that we wouldn't be in danger. The staff looked after our children very lovingly. We booked a safari there. It was very impressive. Our driver knew the name of every bird and animal we saw. It was a fantastic experience. I would recommend a full day safari as you see more and don't have to rush.

• Kirin (10/5): Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft mitten im Freien ☺️🤗 - Die süßen Stelzhütten mitten im Mango tree Garten, direkt im Freien, waren super gemütlich und das Abendessen für 2000 pro Person. Auch der Besitzer und sein Team haben uns den Aufenthalt so gemütlich wie möglich gemacht und sind uns sehr entgegengekommen, was Frühstück in unseren Fall Tee und Instantkaffee plus leckere Butterkekse zum mitnehmen, obwohl wir die safari mit einer anderen Agentur gebucht haben. Also auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert und sehr gemütlich 🤗🙏🏼☺️ Danke für eure Mühe

• De (10/5): Fantastic stay and safari - We stayed for 2 nights at the Mango Villa and we had a wonderful time there. We came late in the evening and they still could arrange a nice dinner at the villa for us. Next morning there was a breakfast ready exactly on time as we requested. We did a safari the next day which was the best! Very kind and helpful people.
• Edward (10/5): Great stay with super team for a smooth safari experience - Really good location close to the national Park. We were originally supposed to stay in Green Sapphire but they let us down a few hours before we were due to arrive (seems they’ve done it a lot looking at the Google reviews), but the Mango Villa team had everything sorted even though we booked just a few hours earlier that day they were still able to organise 2 full day safaris for the following 2 days where we saw all sorts of great wildlife. Staff are all really friendly, especially the man who brings the food across in the evenings (unfortunately I don’t know his name). The food is good especially considering the remote location and nice packed lunches for the safari each day. Definitely the place to stay if you’re planning a Wilpattu safari! No wifi and minimal phone service but that can’t really be expected in such a remote location in a tent, so not really a problem
• Kathryn (10/5): Peaceful Stay - Such a peaceful place. The host and staff were so very friendly and super accommodating. I would highly recommend the forest cabanas. Such a unique stay in a beautiful location. We also booked our Safari here and our Diver Asiri was great! You are in a jungle must be okay with bugs and animals.
• Elaine (8/5): Great start to our trip - Perfect location for a safari into Wilpattu. Ask for Senith as a guide, he has a passion for the wildlife and is very friendly too. Our accommodation was a tented room on stilts. They cooked us a fabulous dinner and supplied some beers too! Good air con, ok shower. Take snacks/drinks if you want them as nothing much around the area. Fabulous bird watching and butterflies in the garden. Not really a dislike, more an adventure but the elephants were on the rampage during the night so the local residents had to let off firecrackers and make noise to try get them off their mango trees etc. The elephant eats loudly! This meant we didn't get much sleep before our 6am safari!
• Fyzee (10/5): The best Wilpattu experience ! - Excellent accommodations. The rent we booked hosted 4 of us and had plenty of room. Washroom and bathroom was big and had good hot water ! The patio allowed us to relax in the evening. Kumara and Pravin were excellent cooks and chefs and we had some fantastic meals set outdoors by a fire! We also had a superb safari driver who took us to Wilpattu. And the highlight we seeing not one , but three Leopards! One about 20 feet! We all had the best time!
