• Kristen (8/5): - This property is clean and as described and met our needs well. I will say it was absolutely freezing when we arrived. Truly frigid. There are only 2 heating/AC units in the home - one in the upstairs living room (the bedrooms just have heated mattress pads), and the other in the downstairs bedroom. We were comfortable sleeping, but it took 12+ hours for the upstairs to reach a remotely comfortable temperature. The owners need to have the heat on in preparation for a guest's arrival. Otherwise though, the kitchen is well equipped, all pictures accurately represent the property, and we would stay here again.

• Kevin (9/5): A clean, well equipped property. - The property was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. No heating in the upstairs bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom. Not acceptable for winter in Dunedin.

• Heidi (9/5): Comfortable home away from home. - Very well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and clean and comfortable furnishings. We felt very much at home. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Loved the view too! Waste disposal was a bit tricky as bins were in a communal area and other people were dumping stuff in them and not sorting their recycling properly.

• Angela (9/5): Lovely spacious, clean, modern and comfortable home with everything you need. - Good instructions and communication prior. The house is modern, warm, and comfortable, with everything you need. Beautiful home, very clean and set out lovely. Would definitely stay there again. Ther were a couple of things which we left a note for the owners, but unless you were staying there, you wouldn't be aware of unless we let them know. It was a bit hard to find even with GPS, as down a long drive with 12 other properties. It is a tricky drive, best for smaller cars. the garage is available for use, which was great.
• Gisela (10/5): Beautiful house in quiet neighbourhood - The house was spacious, clean and well equipped, with a beautiful view and in a very quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the host was excellent. We had a very comfortable stay and it was a great base for day trips in the Dunedin area. You do need a car for getting to shops and restaurants, but it takes only a few minutes to get to the nearest supermarket. Some of the lamps on the bedside tables were a bit tricky to switch on and off, with old style switches.

Superbly equipped in all respects. Easy access to Dunedin and the Albatross Centre on the Otago peninsula. Thanks for a perfect end to our NZ "road trip". Nothing at all - couldn't fault it. Only challenge was leaving after just two nights!

• Murray (10/5): Fabulous place to stay - This is a lovely home beautifully presented. We all loved it. Open plan kitchen/lounge with nice views and various seating options. Lavishly equiped and stocked. Not often you feel this comfortable away from home You do need transport for coffee, supplies etc The garage floor covering looked too nice to park on so we parked outside.

Comfortable furniture, large comfortable beds, all expected consumables (toilet paper, bin bags, washing up, etc) fully stocked. Only one small person dining table (there were only four of us, not sure if they have a solutoin for larger groups). Lengthy 'house rules' that you need to agree to are provided only after booking and are rather heavy handed.
