Was für uns natürlich sehr blöd war, da wir uns darauf verlassen haben. Sie hat uns gebeten eine Stornierungsanfrage zu stellen, welche sie auch bestätigt hatte. Für uns war das dann stressig eine neue unterkunft in so kurzer Zeit zu finden

• Angelina (6/5): - Мне понравился номер, уютный, с видом на сад, кровать очень удобное, спать тихо и комфортно, номер достаточно чистый (вопрос был только к ковру, на нем были чужие волосы), есть общие зоны, где можно находиться, и особенно приятно, что можно проводить время и работать на террасе с видом на сад, на свежем воздухе, завтраки были сытные, хотя тем кто придерживается правильного питания может быть не столько по вкусу. Я считаю что было бы честно убрать из описания этого отеля наличие кухни и холодильника, кухня закрывается на ключ после 8-9 вечера, днем тоже часто закрыта на ключ, то есть фактически свободного доступа к холодильнику нет (в номерах холодильники отсутствуют), что крайне неприятно и некомфортно, ведь в соседнем доступе ресторанов и магазинов нет, на холодильник перестала расчитывать, после того как обнаружила что еду из доставки в 9 вечера я туда положить не могу. Чайников и микроволновок в номерах также нет, только на кухне, питьевой воды тоже нет. Также ужасно неприятно было после перелета и пяти часов сна столкнуться с тем, что требуют оплату в наличных, это было для меня полной неожиданностью, планировала сесть работать, но пришлось ехать в обменник (в быстром доступе пешком их тоже естественно нет), спасибо конечно что мне разрешили принести деньги ближе к вечеру в этот же день. Завтраки по расписанию строго в 9, можно прийти до 10, но тогда будешь есть остывшую еду, которая стояла с 9. Были проблемы со светом, два дня света не было значительную часть дня (но я понимаю, что это не вина владельцев отеля скорее всего). Также немного подпортило впечатление состояние сантехники, в ванной в раковине нет сетки на сливе, у меня туда провалилась зубная щетка, вытащить не получилось, в душе - то же самое, слив вырван и лежит прям в душевой кабине. Состояние санузла в принципе уставшее. Мусор из номера выносить надо самостоятельно, и просить потом новый мусорный пакет...

В этот раз мое пребывание совпало с праздником, и всех гостей пригласили на ужин с вкусным пловом. Было очень приятно — по-домашнему, искренне и с заботой. Настоящее гостеприимство

• Andrey (10/5): Отличное соотношение цена-качество - Останавливаюсь сейчас в этой гостинице — впечатления приятные. Завтрак сытный и вкусный, территория тихая, воздух чистый. Номер аккуратный и комфортный. Кафе поблизости нет, поэтому всё необходимое беру прямо в самом отеле — удобно, что это предусмотрено. В целом место оставляет очень хорошее впечатление.

• Darush.ka (10/5): The home is well worth the money. Great location. Great hostess. - The lady hostess was fantastic. Breakfast was very homely and filling. She even made little decorations on the plate. The atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet. Everything was clean and tidy. Love the furniture and interior. The flooring and bathrooms need some attention but that's due to the fact that the house itself is quaint. The owner needs to put some money back into the property and it would be perfect.

Не рекомендуем этот отель. Мы с мужем прилетели в Алматы вечером. Созвонились с отелем, предупредили, что в течение часа приедем. Когда приехали нас никто не ждал. Позвонили опять - минут через 10 спустилась женщина. С недовольным видом сфоткала паспорта, взяла с нас оплату и ушла наверх. В номере нет удобств. Есть общий санузел. Убитый. С плесенью в душе и старым унитазом. В номере и прихожей грязные полы. На кроватях лежали полотенца (с пятнами). В номере нет чайника, чашек, воды. Был стол с крошками и грязным немытым стаканом, видимо от предыдущих гостей. Мебель старая. Мы были после длительного перелёта, хотелось пить. Не найдя хозяйку, пошла на общую кухню. Там тоже грязь на столе, пустые фантики от конфет в вазе. Чайника, который можно вскипятить нет. Воды и чашек тоже нет. Персонала никого нет, попросить не у кого. Про гостеприимство и человечное отношение здесь ничего не слышали. Мы помыли руки и легли спать. Утром хозяйка орала на кого-то на кухне по телефону. Мы решили там не завтракать, поэтому по поводу завтрака сказать ничего не можем. Отель не соответствует ожиданиям. Отель настоятельно не рекомендуем. Фотки прилагаем.

Z niewiadomych przyczyn po moim wyjeździe anulował moją rezerwację, a na maile nie reagował. Byliśmy trzy noce. Widzieliśmy jedynie dwie pracujące Panie z poza Kazachstanu. Wyposażenie pokoi minimalistyczne. Brak szafy, jest tylko wieszak. Schody bardzo nierówne i niebezpieczne. Dodatkowo płatne korzystanie z pralki.

В комнате на удивление прохладно без кондиционера, идеальная температура в жаркий летний день. Отдельное спасибо Пакизат за гостеприимство и отличный,сытный завтрак! Понравилось все,но единственный момент, было бы хорошо в ванную комнату либо коврик либо полотенце для ног. Но в целом у нас были тапочки,так что не критично
• Denis (9/5): - В общем и целом - довольно хорошо. Место хорошее. Район сам хороший (зимой тут не будет столько смога, как внизу) Все старенькое, но терпимо. За эти деньги - именно то, что ожидаешь. Завтрак вполне съедобен. "Английский" так сказать. Очень хорошо. Кондей есть и работает. Вайфай тоже есть и работает. За окном висела витуха с разъемом- проверять не стал :))) Ступеньки на второй этаж реально для великанов или скалолазов... 40 см ступень?! Несколько шумно в номере на втором этаже от канализации с третьего. Вечером горячая вода не горячая, а весьма бодрящая... Видимо, бойлер мелкий.

• Azam (1/5): Pathetic, very rude and not at all hopitable staff don’t pay security as they won’t ever return it back to you as it is - Only the location It was a pathetic choice, as soon as we reached SWEET VIBE on 4th August they requested us to cancel the booking from BOOKING.COM and pay them direct cash,then they asked us for a security amount of 100 dollars which was wat above what was mentioned on the app.On our checkout they refused to return our security amount of 100 dollars giving us a reason that we disturbed their staff by coming na k late at night.The care taker was very rude and very there was no hospitality shown throughout the stay.It was more of a school hostel then a pleasure stay.Every day same breakfast was served and the timing was just between 9:00 am-10:00 am as it is in school hostels.They won’t make ur beds will show you arrogance if you ask for water or any other basic needs.Throughout our stay we were made to feel as if they were doing us a favour by letting us stay at this place.Will never recommend this to anyone if they are coming to Almaty for a pleasure trip.

The location was quiet and peaceful. The guest house itself was very cozy, especially during the cold winter months. Our room was clean and warm, with great heating that kept us comfortable. The host was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Specially Timur and the lady who made breakfast😍 you need to try her bread!!!!! 🥰 And the overall atmosphere was welcoming. It's easy to get around the area with Yandex. If you're planning a winter trip to Kazakhstan or any season of the year, this guest house is a great choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

• Kim (9/5): Heartwarming guest house - Shugyla is very helpful and accommodating as well as the owner of the guesthouse. The location is very good and the triple room is on the ground floor so good for us with big luggages. They have breakfast every morning and they also let us leave our luggages after we checked out. Last thing is that they let us experience going to their own yurt with the traditional clothes and archery. It's totally out of their control but the power went out one night so it's a bit hard to manage during the winter.

The rooms luxury and double I stayed in are spacious bright and clean, the confort is satisfying, it’s in a quiet area and close to nature, the garden is very pleasing. The breakfasts are copious and will keep you energised for the day to go discover the region. This is the perfect address to come back to, after a long day tracking with horses in the mountains. The disposable slippers were thin, But overall everything was great!
