• Abhijit (5/5): Comfortable, but a lot left to be desired - The rooms were exactly as shown on the site. Beds were comfortable. The heating was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 1. The biggest let down was the food. The breakfast options were just passable. We ordered some snacks and they were also just average. If a hotel can't serve a good omelette, I feel that the kitchen really needs to work on their staff. 2. Location : while it's on the main road and easily approachable, the hotel doesn't get any sun. And frankly when we travel to the mountains, that's a big pre-requisite. 3. The water boiler system has some flaw. At a time when water is precious, especially in the hills, we had to keep the tap open for a long time before we got warm water. Yes, hot water was still elusive. 4. Just advertising itself as a 4* property doesn't work. There was no open places in the hotel, nowhere where one could sit and relax. At least people like us wouldn't want to stay confined in a hotel room when holidaying in the hills.

• Manik (4/5): People are humble and nice but because of no guests they are struggling - Apart from the breakfast, the only thing nice was the size of room and its washroom. We booked it for 2 days but the same night we had to ask for cancellation and refund the next day. The balcony is just a standing one and of no use except to smoke. The property had no other guests therefore they struggle to make dinner.
