• 007 (3/5): 清掃が出来ていない　管理が出来ていない　とにかく汚い - ハンガーがたくさんあり良かった 清掃が行き届いていない テーブルの上　椅子も　髪の毛が落ちていた フローリングも汚い　髪の毛が落ちており、埃も点在していた 椅子のシートも汚れが目立ち　汚い ベットの下は埃だらけ　 テレビの位置も最悪 洗濯機がベランダにあり、時間指定の為 日中しか使えない　 ベランダも汚い　干せない シャワーのヘッドを変えた方がいい 水量が多いものに変える 備品も安物ばかり チェックインした時から　部屋の清掃を行った それと壁が薄いので生活音が聞こえる
• carly (8/5): Great location - We loved the proximity to Benchento station for our visits to Universal Studios, Kyoto and Osaka. The apartment was spacious and the toilet was separate from the shower room making it easier for 3 os us to get ready. Nothing, it was great for us.
• Ana (9/5): - La amplitud del apartamento, todo limpio, camas cómodas, a 5 minutos de estación de metro con la que llegas a cualquier lugar. La comunicación, pero en realidad es poco importante por que todo se hace automáticamente.
• David (7/5): Buena ubicación para coger el tren cada dia - Muy buenas ubicación cerca del tren, lo usamos.como.base para visitar otros pueblos, habitación muy grande y camas grandes. Poco menaje de cocina, aunque como comíamos siempre fuera no nos hizo falta. Al finalizar nuestra estancia recibí un correo del propietario quejándose de que habíamos juntado las camas y que eso no se podía hacer que me habían informado en un correo, no recibí nada de eso, simplemente empujamos las.camas para juntarlas sin más, éramos 4, dos adultos y dos niños, no entiendo qué sea algo tan grave como para mandarte un correo quejándose de eso, por lo demás, es un hotel que sirve para alojarte cerca de una estación de tren para poder moverte y es económico, nosotros estuvimos 6 noches y por lo general bastante bien.

Nous avions une serviette de toilette déjà utilisé dans la penderie Appartement pour 4 mais il n’y avait pas le nécessaire pour 4 en vaisselle c’est vraiment dommage.

• Yoichiro (7/5): とても使いやすくて良かったです。 - 今回の滞在目的に適した立地でした。 駅が近く、近場に飲食店やスーパー等ありとても良かった。 食卓とトイレの近さ。（しょうがないですが。） お風呂の排水場所にプラスチックカバーの破損があり、危ないと感じた。

• YAYOI (5/5): 残念 - 駅に近かくコンビニも近い お湯を沸かそうと電気ポットの中を見たら、水アカではない茶色いきたない汚れがあって洗ったけどとても使おうと思う状態ではなかった。なのでガス台でお湯を沸かそうとしたらの電池が切れててつかなかった。 洗面台の排水溝が流れてない。外してみたら掃除してない感じ！ 3泊を5人で泊まっているのにトイレットペーパーが2個しかなくて足りなかった。 六階の601に泊まったのですが玄関開けたら701が存在してて、共有玄関でドアが2つあってそこも鍵をかける感じ。 会社の名前が書いてあったから他の人が泊まる事はないのだと思うけどちょっとって感じました。 立地と作りは悪くないのでもっと掃除に重点をおいた方がいいのではないでしょうか

• Masanobu (9/5): 必要なサービスだけがそろっている快適な宿でした。 - 弁天町駅から近いこと、家族4人で快適に過ごせ快眠できたこと、お風呂・トイレが別々、ダイニングテーブルとイス4脚、キッチンや冷蔵庫など一通りありました。宿泊代と比較しても文句なしです。機会があれば、また利用したいくらいです。 エントランスのオートロックが壊れたままなところ、ここは管理組合さんに頑張ってもらわないといけないかもしれませんが・・・。あと、衛生上の問題もあると思いますが、調味料が一切なかったので塩・胡椒だけ購入して利用しました。洗濯機はあるのですが、夜~朝にかけて音の関係から利用できない点は現地で知りましたが、できれば先に知りたかったです。
• Dixie (10/5): The best place to stay for a family who plans to go around Osaka and USJ - The rent was very affordable for its location. The location was also accessible and very quiet. The room itself was very clean and big. It’s ideal for family stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

• Jan (10/5): Velký byt na strategickém místě - Poměrně velký byt na jednom z nejstrategičtějších míst v Osace. Je to kousek jak na Osaka/Umeda, tak na Tenoji + přímé spojení do Nary a na letiště. Pokoje byly poměrně velké. Každá postel měla rozdílnou tvrdost matrace, takže se dalo vybrat podle preference. Byt byl celkově čistý a problém, který jsem způsobil, byl s hostitelem vyřešen velmi profesionálně.

• Kojima (8/5): 万博利用に便利な駅近なのに、とてもリーズナブルでした。 - 鍵の受け取りや入室が不安でしたが、事前案内の通りに進めるとすぐに入室でき、簡単でした。 キッチン、トイレ、風呂の水回りが清潔で快適でした。 Wi-Fiも快適でした。 お風呂の排水溝カバーが割れていて、子どもが誤って踏むと怪我をしそうで危ないと感じました。

• Megumi (8/5): - 駅から近く、部屋も広くて快適でした。 ちょうど15時少し前に到着し、荷物が多く手間取っていると、オーナーさん？が荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。また、子どもを入れて４人で泊まったのですが、あとからイスを持ってきて下さいました。 ホテルよりも広く、調理も洗濯もできてとても快適でした。 ひと通り必要な物は揃っていますが、トイレやキッチンのタオルがあると良かったです。 また、調理をしたので、使い捨てなのでもいいので、台拭きや食器用のふきんがあるとさらに便利だと思います。

• aya (9/5): 快適＆リーズナブル！ - 駅から近く、滞在に必要な調理器具、食器、洗面、洗濯等は全て揃っていて快適。ベットの寝心地も良かったです。弁天町駅にセブンイレブン、ドラックストア有り。駅から、施設までは徒歩5分ほど。途中ローソン有り。周りにお夕飯に良さそうな、飲食店多く有り。セルフチェックイン＆アウトの案内はメールで分かりやすく説明してもらえて安心。 浴室の排水がゆっくりなので、浴槽のお湯は少しずつ流しました。キッチン水栓が一部グラグラしていたように感じました。

• Greta (8/5): Experience Apartment Life in a quiet neighborhood - It was fun to experience living in an apartelle in Japan. It was our first time to cook with a stove and have a washing machine in our own room. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, albeit walking distance from convenience stores and restaurants and also the JR Loop Line (Chuo Station). The bed was also very comfortable There were no English instructions in the apartment like in using the aircon or stove or washing machine. All controls are in japanese. Google translate is helpful but can only do so much. There are some nooks and crannies that need more cleaning but nothing major.

• April (9/5): Recommendationed as a central location for those doing USJ & Expo whilst in Osaka - Close to UJS, City centre & Expo. Big rooms. Good for multi day stay as it allowed room for our family to spread out. Kitchen was a bit old, and could do with an upgrade. Having a fire inspection while we were staying there was disappointing and could have been arranged on our check in or out check out days as we arrived very late at night and left very early in the morning.

• Aldina (8/5): Good apartment located close to metro - The apartment is basic, clean and comfortable. There is a system for self check-in and check-out. Hot water, A/C and laundry machine were all working. The location is quiet. There are not many things around but it's a 5 minute walk to the metro. As a suggestion, we think the decoration was a bit dull. It would be nice to add a sofa and some details to make it more cozy and pretty.

Needs more signs explaining how to use room Light remote , A/c etc…it’s a bit dull and stuffy WiFi was so slow it was not usable to plan out our time during our stay
