• Konstantina (8/5): Κεντρική τοποθεσία - Παρά πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο της πόλης και κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ και μαγαζιά. Ανακαινισμένο με ωραία διακόσμηση, άνετο κρεββάτι και καθαρό. Σαφείς οδηγίες και εύκολο να το βρούμε. Το ζεστό νερό που τελείωνε πολύ γρήγορα ήταν το βασικό μειονέκτημα. Επίσης για τα λεφτά που πληρώσαμε θα περίμενα και τα υπόλοιπα: Δίπλα στο ντουζ χρειάζεται μια κρεμάστρα για την πετσέτα. Το φως της τραπεζαρίας και ένα από τα πορτατίφ δε λειτουργούσαν. Μείναμε 2 άτομα για 3 βράδια και είχε μόνο 3 καφέδες. Χρειάζεται 1-2 καλά μαχαίρια και όχι μόνο μαχαίρια μαρμελάδας.

• Akis (9/5): Great location, great apartment, good value for money. - Beautiful and fully equipped apartment within walking distance to the old town and shops. The building wasn't that great and we had noisy neighbours. But we didn't let that spoil our vacation.
• Harshik (10/5): My favourite Apartment - This apartment is perfect, It has everything we needed. The location is amazing as it is very close to the center. Its a very clean apartment. The host replies very quickly for any enquiries.

• Papas (9/5): Overall satisfying, Dimitri was very helpful. - Very clean and comfortable, would recommend if staying in Xanthi. Short walk to the town square, and a 7 minute drive from “To Ktima” one of the best restaurants in Xanthi. The neighbours where very loud and caused a lot of noise, also there is a church next to the building and the bells rang early in the morning! Not a great way to wake up!.
