The location was beautiful, the facilities excellent, breakfast extremely tasty and nothing too much trouble to accommodate our Irish Setter. Huge thanks from all three of us! - Horack (10/5): Exceptional - We booked last minute. Still traveling in the car. The host was fantastic, and reacted to our plea for an inn! The place was gorgeous, so tastefully done up. Unfortunately we couldn't spend much time there, due to other commitments. A beautiful setting with horses, and paddocks and lovely countryside views. A definite must. Rural area, so one needs a car.

- Richard (9/5): Comfortable studio - Clean, comfortable room and bathroom. The Wi-Fi was slow and erratic. Melanie did apologise in advance for this.
- Mercia (10/5): I would recommend Melanie's beautiful B&B - We were welcomed at short notice with a cup of tea on arrival. It was a beautiful double room with clean bathroom. Breakfast was lovely. Melanie was a super host and suggestions for dinner at Hook Norton 5 mins away.
- Philip (9/5): A simple apartment with all one needs for a short stay. Welcoming & accommodating host - It’s in a unique setting giving an insight into a world removed from ours. The host is available if needed giving reassurance & peace of mind. Nothing that matters.
- Mark (10/5): Beautiful and Tranquil Location - Very clean and tidy Bathroom was spotless Very quiet and peaceful even though it is attached to the property It is self contained and a lovely breakfast in the morning Lovely scenery 5 minute drive to a lovely little village of Hook Norton which has a couple of pubs that do food The Sun Inn which was perfect Melanie is a perfect host and very friendly and approachable for anything Also there is a Pub just 2 minutes away Overall perfect would recommend
