• Mark (10/5): Superb stay…… again. - Everything was as expected, stayed here several times and it never er disappoints. Brilliant location, stunning caravan would highly recommend.
• Wendy (6/5): Disappointing - Great location very near to the beach. The van was clean. Lots of toys and games. Verandas which caught the afternoon sun. Quite small with lots of owner's possessions so not much room for guest's items - particularly in the kitchen and small bedroom. No toilet roll. 1 mattress in the small room needs changing - very uncomfortable. Broken bathroom blind and grill door. Boiler had a fault on it and gas bottle needed changing. (We sorted it after a phone call to owner). After it was all fixed we had a gas bottle delivery the following day. He knocked on for the gas bottle security key but we had no idea where it was. No prior notification of delivery was given to us by owner. Whilst we were out, someone entered the van and performed a gas check and again, we were not notified in advance. No instructions for any appliances - including boiler. No leaflets on local attractions and eateries. We wanted to swim at the sister Lyon's park in Rhyl but on arrival, found you had to book in advance. Information regarding the use of facilities at Lyon's Robin Hood Park would be useful.

• Alison (8/5): Very good, will hopefully go again in the summer - Lovely caravan beautifully decorated for Christmas. Everything we needed was supplied. Very difficult to find. Better instructions on how to get there would good.

• Mark (10/5): Another super stay - The best caravan we have stayed in. Immaculately clean, (our 3rd visit this year) facilities superb everything you need and more. Arrived to a Christmas card, chocolates and prosecco which was a lovely surprise. The host is great at communication whenever needed. Already booked for Easter next year. Highly recommend this property. Nothing at all to dislike.
• Yvonne (6/5): Very disappointed - Cosy and quiet.. No tv signal. Was more aimed at children rather than adults. No microwavable dishes to use for cooking. Dvds were all childrens. So had to watch those. Bedding needed renewing. No emergency information at hand.. no information how to use appliances etc.

• louise (9/5): It is a beautiful caravan, we stayed in the summer and will be back for Christmas. Booking for 2026 - Beautiful caravan, perfect access to the bench. Clean and tidy. Key/box quite tricky. No WiFi which is a shame. Bedding was itchy. Key/box quite tricky. No WiFi which is a shame. Dvd player didn't work. Hair was left in sink from previous stay bit dirty too. But never had that problem before.

• Justin (10/5): Perf location…. Perf home ….. PERFECT in every way! Perfect host also! - Beautiful Home with plenty of private outside space, took our 2 small dogs and the place was perfect for us. Only 5 mins walk to a quiet beach, only 20 mins walk into the town with plenty of bars and restaurants and shops. Massive Tesco’s close by. The caravan had everything necessary …. Even an Air fryer! The terrace and wrap around balcony are a great feature . Lovely cosy place to stay . Nothing to dislike at all

• Katie (8/5): - Extremely close to the beach so it was perfect for the dog!! He absolutely loved being on the sand and in the sea!! We didn’t have great weather on one day so WiFi / Netflix would have been great as the signal wasn’t the best but didn’t spoil anything as it soon dried up and we were back on the beach!! The site was great but a shame there was no shops and the fish and chip shop was closed (closed down by the looks of it) so take supplies!!

• Kerry (9/5): - Caravan was close to all amenities , within minutes from the beach . Clean, little extras had been thought of such as dvds and games for the children . Lovely to be able to sit out at night on the decking . Host was friendly, easy to contact and always happy to help . Its a shame caravan didn't have a washing machine so we could travel lighter as we were travelling by train and a family of 4 . Gas ran out part way through holiday but was sorted the next morning and host was easy to reach to sort this ( it was lyons who were hard to contact to come out and replace ) .
• louise (8/5): It truly is a stunning caravan, well looked after, in a prime spot as I love the beaches,. - None included. But we had everything we needed, toaster, microwave, oven etc.... Beds and bathrooms were very clean and tidy. Was allowed in early when I asked if we could go in earlier due to myself not feeling well. The caravan itself is stunning, with the patio so we could sit outside it was wonderful We have booked for Christmas. Electrics - both bathrooms, both bedrooms, and kitchen light weren't working. Or would just turn on which was a nightmare at night for us. My dad is disabled so showering in the dark wasn't good! Even I struggled. Also-No WiFi, so I couldn't get prime/Netflix etc on tv, trying my accountcof course. Only limited channels, gets boring Work men outside all day.
• Adam (9/5): - Lovely clean caravan with everything you need. The beach is just a five minute walk. The site itself is clean and quiet, just what you want for a family holiday. Only had 1 slight issue on the first day and the host was responsive and helpful. Only thing is no real facilities on the site like a club or swimming pool but everything is near anyway.

• Long (10/5): Exceptional - We love Flower Bay! Gorgeously clean and fantastic facilities provided. We've rented a few vans on the site, and Flower Bay is still the best 💅 A short 2 min walk to the beach, which is fantastic for my disabled daughter who likes to come and go to the beach better than staying for the day. The beach is accessible by wheelchair too (she is pushed). Plenty of friendly people on the site, in general there's a sense of community 🥰 which is really nice to see. Plenty of smiles and good mornings, good afternoons. Our second stay, and you can tell the van is well looked after. We're booked again in the summer and can't wait 😍 Nothing 😊

• Long (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved our stay here, by far the best caravan we have stayed in 😁 the caravan is gorgeously clean and well kitted out. You can tell it's maintained well. Location is great, on quieter part of the park and a minute or so away from the beach. There's a real family vibe to the place and it was a lovely energy 💗 can't recommend flower bay enough 💗 host is very professional and friendly ☺️ can't wait to get back! Nothing! • Mark (10/5): Superb stay at Flower Bay - Superb 3 day break at Flower Bay at Lido Beach. Super clean, super cosy, fantastic location with the beach 5 minutes away through a path. Great location on the site. The best caravan we have stayed in for many a year. The host could not have been better, always available whenever we needed, on time with messages about our stay. Great balcony which we wanted as we have a small cockerpoo, so was great he could go out without worrying about him. Facilities in this caravan were superb, we will be 100% booking this again.,was We can’t say enough good things about our stay and the host. Thank you so much. Mark and Jayne
• Marshall (8/5): Holiday by train. - I picked this caravan as it was within walking distance from the train station. It was a great base for a short seaside getaway for me and my dog, close to the shops and right by the seafront. The place was clean and well stocked, and the side patio was a fantastic afternoon sun trap, great for people watching. Fab holiday all round.

• Rhiannon (10/5): Exceptional - Caravan was lovely, and in a relatively quiet area of the park. Shops are within walking distance, and it takes a 5 minute very leisurely stroll from the caravan to get to a quiet part of the beach.

• Diane (9/5): Weekend in Prestatyn - The caravan was very clean. The host had left supplies in the cupboards and there were games for those with children. Communications with the host were very good. The only thing I would change would be to tidy the outside up. New chairs under a cover maybe. Also the site need to review speed of vehicles, especially with children's safety in mind.

• Musa (8/5): Very good - Perfect location for a stay if you're going to the beach,beach is 5 minutes walk away,really clean with all the facilities that we needed the kid loved it and with free on site parking it was brilliant. The only thing that bothered us was that we couldn't take a shower on our trip as the shower was broken .

Hosts were easy to contact and communication was great throughout. Perfect location for a stay close to Prestatyn beach Nothing!

• Lyn (10/5): The owners were very easy to contact and very accommodating. We were very happy with everything about the property, part - The caravan was in a very good position on the site. It was scrupulously clean and had everything we needed. The heating was excellent and very easy to work. Shower was a decent size with everything provided. Bedroom was clean and cosy and very well laid out. Plenty of room in the living room with a full sized table and good sized corner couch. The owners had gone to great lengths to ensure we wanted for nothing. It was obvious that they take great care with the comfort of their guests - they even put up Christmas decorations in preparation for our Christmas visit, which was a warm and welcoming touch. The standard of cleanliness was 10/10. Thanks to the owners for making our stay a lovely experience. We will definitely return. There was nothing at all not to like about the property. It was perfect!
