• Talita Dalla Vecchia (8/5): The most equipped place ever!! Host is amazing! - Francesca is amazing! She took great care of us and was available at all times! This is the most equipped place I was ever in. The apartment has everything you need. We had some issues with the hot water but it was our fault and she was the whole time patient to explain what we were doing wrong and kept asking if it worked etc. She is great, grazie Francesca per tutto!! nothing everything worked.

• AL (10/5): Great apartment, wonderful host! - Francesca was a wonderful host. She checked in on us regularly and made sure our stay was a delight. Plenty of space in the apartment for a family of 5. Close to public transport to get us to all the tourist sites. She even had some treats waiting for us to keep us going until we were able to get to the local supermarket. The lift was a very welcome addition, especially after a long day of walking. Nothing, we really enjoyed our time in the apartment.

Good size rooms with air conditioning. Welcome assortment of bakery items a nice touch Located on a busy street so street noise can be a little loud at times
• Elisa (8/5): - Appartamento super ammobiliato, con tutto il necessario per fare una colazione dolce ( marmellate, fette biscottate, caffè ecc) Ottima anche la posizione, dieci minuti dalla stazione e vicino alla metro. Gentilissima e super disponibile la proprietaria!

• Ilona (10/5): Einfach klasse!! - Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Lage ist klasse - schöne Wohngegend mit Geschäften für den täglichen Bedarf, eine sehr gute Bar in der Nähe, gute Restaurantmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe. Sehr vorteilhaft sind die verschiedensten Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Metro, Tram, diverse Buslinien), die sich in Laufnähe befinden. Die Gastgeberin ist jederzeit unkompliziert erreichbar und antwortet bei Fragen schnell und detailliert. Wir waren äusserst glücklich mit unserer Unterkunft. Schlafzimmer gehen zur Hauptstrasse, so dass auch nachts eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse vorhanden ist. Wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen.

• Alessandra (10/5): Consigliamo questa struttura al 100%! - Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Fiore, delizioso appartamento dotato di ogni cosa possibile e situato in una posizione strategica per visitare agevolmente ogni attrazione di Roma, le più vicine a piedi e comunque la presenza di autobus e metro ci hanno portato ovunque. Francesca ci ha assistito fin da prima di partire per le nostre richieste particolari, ed una volta arrivati, la sua disponibilità e gentilezza ci ha costantemente accompagnato per tutto il soggiorno. Grazie Francesca, torneremo sicuramente!

• Alice (10/5): Breve vacanza romana in occasione di 🎓 - Appartamento molto curato, pulito, stabile datato ma ordinato e con servizio di portineria. Non abbiamo mai incontrato altri inquilini. un po rumoroso il traffico, sopratutto il tram, forse in estate potrebbe essere fastidioso, ma a finestre chiuse non ce ne siamo quasi accorti.
• Piotr (9/5): Świetnie wyposażone mieszkanie w znakomitej lokalizacji - Miszkanie duże i wygodne. Trzy wygodne sypialnie. Bardzo pomagają dwie łazienki (byliśmy z żoną i trójką dzieci). Prosta i wygodna obsługa zamków za pomocą telefonu. Miła niespodzianka w mieszkaniu (słodkości). Wszystkie potrzebne artykuły w mieszkaniu (nawet żel pod pod prysznic czy szampon). Blisko do atrakcji i do stacji metra. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Właścicielką - Francesca. Miła, pomocna i szybko odpowiada Mogę zdecydowanie polecić. W mieszkaniu trochę słychać hałas z ulicy, sugeruję zabrać ze sobą zatyczki do uszu - przynajmniej dla osób o czułym słuchu (jak ja). Ale to chyba typowe dla mieszkań w centrum Rzymu, dla nas nie było kłopotem.

• Ana Belén (10/5): - La anfitriona encantadora, estuvo en contacto conmigo todo el tiempo. La entrada al piso muy cómoda ya que lo gestionas todo a través del movil. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas y cómodas y el tener dos baños completos es un plus. La decoración muy cuidada. Si volvemos a Roma, seguro repetimos! Nada.

• Mihaela (10/5): Would definitely return here when in Rome - It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and kitchen is fully equipped and with 2 bathrooms. It’s perfectly suited for a group of travelers. Access into the apartment is done very easily and it is contactless. The biggest plus by far is the host, Francesca, who was the most welcoming host out of all the places we’ve been in. Thanks to her, we felt the most at home we could feel while being away from home. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re a group. Everything was perfect

Francesca, la proprietaria, sempre estremamente cordiale e disponibile; ogni domanda o esigenza da parte nostra ha ricevuto risposta da parte sua, grazie. L'appartamento molto curato, pulito ed estremamente spazioso. Noi eravamo in 4 e anche il fatto di avere 2 bagni il massimo. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione. Tra l'altro check-in e check-out in automatico tramite link, molto pratico e veloce. nulla

• Astrid (9/5): Een prima en mooie locatie in een fantastische stad - Het appartement is ruim en schoon. Het beddengoed is ook schoon en bedden slapen fijn. Er zijn faciliteiten voor koffie en thee. Je kunt in het appartement eten wanneer je dat wilt. Alles is aanwezig. Het is een klein beetje gehorig aan de kant van de weg maar daar heb ik geen problemen mee. Goede locatie om vlot bij diverse bezienswaardigheden te komen. Metrostation dichtbij. Fracesca is een vriendelijke host!
