• Jane (9/5): Excellent location, great apartment. - The apartment was exactly as advertised, very quirky, comfortable and in an excellent location. The management were amazing, really helpful really went the extra mile. The apartment is very open plan and surprisingly spacious. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is small but well equipped, the shower is good although doesn’t have a door so bathroom ends up a bit of a wet room😊. The area is excellent, everything within walking distance and feels very safe. The only thing we didn’t like is in the smaller bedroom there was a constant noise like a heating system, it was only a background noise and wouldn’t bother most people but was the only thing stopping us giving a 10. A mirror in the small bedroom would be a nice addition.

• Alexandra (9/5): Óptimo apartamento em Roma - Foi uma óptima opção. O apartamento é diferente. Com vários níveis e escadas. Em família achamos engraçado. A localização é espetacular. Junto à piazza Poppolo. Fizemos os principais atrativos da cidade a pé. O quarto de cima é muito querido mas cabe bem 1 pessoa na cama e 1 criança. Para 2 adultos melhor o sofá cama que também era óptimo. O processo de check in foi super fácil e deram/nos logo indicações de restaurantes, supermercados, atrações. Muito conveniente. O apartamento tem bastantes utensílios para cozinhar e tem o básico tipo sal, máquina de café, etc. Camas óptimos. Ar condicionado. Voltaria a escolher outra vez. Tudo óptimo

• Annetta Visaggi (10/5): Sentral, ren, koselig og velutstyrt leilighet - Sentral og ren leilighet og vertinnen hadde satt på AC så leiligheten var deilig sval når vi ankom i verste hete i juli. Vertinnen var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom og tilgjengelig hele tiden. Vi fikk mange gode råd av for hvor vi kunne spise og innsjekkingen var superenkel. Vertinnen sendte god forklaring og video på whats app slik at vi enkelt kunne komme oss inn når vi ankom. Parkering var en liten gåtur unna i et parkeringshus. Vi reiste med bil og det hadde vært enklere for oss å komme inn fra motsatt ende av veien av det google maps viste oss. Siden vi kom fra den andre siden fikk vi høre av en lokal av vi hadde kjørt gjennom "zona limitata". Det kan kanskje ha trigget en avgift som vi vil motta senere.
• Alfredo (8/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Roma e, nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata positiva. L’appartamento è accogliente e abbastanza pulito, situato in una buona posizione. La proprietaria è molto gentile e sempre disponibile a rispondere rapidamente alle richieste degli ospiti, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Con qualche intervento mirato potrebbe diventare una sistemazione ancora più confortevole..... Consiglio di installare uno scambiatore d’aria o un sistema di ventilazione, perché se l'appartamento non viene arieggiato adeguatamente si avverte un odore di umidità....peccato perché un po'fastidioso... Aggiungete un telo alla doccia sarebbe un'ottima miglioria!

• Magali (10/5): Grand appartement bien équipé particulièrement bien placé. - Grand appartement idéal pour notre famille de 4, très propre et très bien placé pour visiter Rome à pied. Ida est très sympathique et elle est venue en personne nous accueillir et nous a fourni plein d'informations utiles, entre autre sur ses coups de cœur en matière de restaurants. L'absence d'un verrou qu'on puisse fermer depuis l'intérieur. L'accès de plein pied directement dans la rue est un peu surprenant.

• Lorraine (7/5): Good - Location was very central to sights. The noise at night from the outside streets was terrible! We didn’t sleep well at all. Road sweeper outside front door at 1.30am, constant noise of traffic. First night there was hammering from the property above at 3.30am!
• Nambu (3/5): Highly recommend who don't mind using wet towels while stay and don't mind not getting money back - For us, a typical Japanese family, Look like the medieval retreat room was a charming creation. We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of April on a trip for our family of four. We are a couple and our daughters, ages 20 and 17. I am a Marriot Platinum and Hilton Diamond status holders, and have traveled abroad about 20 times, both business and personal, and have traveled to all continents except Africa. This stay was about €630 for 2 nights. Of course I understand it is not a luxury hotel, but still the bad points are as follows. 1. the water heater is small, but when we tried to use the shower, the 4th member of the family always got only cold water. It seems that heater is suited for maximum three people. 2. The electric breaker tripped every times when family member tried to use the hair dryer and air conditioner at the same time. 3. After staying one night, on the morning of the second day, there was no towel change, even though I requested it and the owner accepted it. She explained that the standard of this apartment is usually one towel change every 3 days(there is no statement in the description of facility or the previous explanation), but she promised to change the towels upon request, but in the end she never showed up to change the towels. 4. At check-in, a lodging tax of €48 had to be paid directly to the owner in cash. I paid with a €50 bill and the owner said she would bring change for €2 the next morning, but never showed up. The amount of money is not the issue, but not returning the customer's money without our agreement is very problematic in terms of common sense, good faith, and compliance.
• Mpittman (9/5): Great unit for our family vacation - close to metro and walkable to all the sights! - We loved our stay in Rome. Location was great, easy walk from the metro station and less than 10 minute walk from the Spanish Steps (our kids favorite place to go in the evening), shopping and restaurants. Centra Market close by to stock fridge with waters and snacks. The in unit laundry was also helpful as we used carry ons for our 10 day trip. Our 13 year old son slept on the pull out couch and said it was SO comfortable - as were the other beds. Would definitely recommend this unit to family and friends and stay again if we're back in Rome. Ida was a gem of a host - super responsive, and had great recommendations for our time here. Thanks so much!

The location was perfect—close to public transportation, restaurants, and major attractions. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. The only thing we missed was having a mirror.

The beds and the couch were very comfortable, the location was very good and you can visit the Piazza Del Popolo and the nearby park on foot. The owner was very kind and hospitable. nothing everything was perfect

Would have been helpful to have flat number or guide as to where it was on street!! Otherwise amazing !! Only slight grumble could have done with another mirror!! Also whilst appreciated host texting restaurant recommendations whilst we were there, a little pack at flat with this info plus other stuff would have been extra great!!
• Danny (8/5): Great Home - The home itself was very beautiful and characteristic with the stone design on the walls. The bathroom and shower were good and the bedrooms were also a good size. The kitchen was a bit smaller but only the fridge was used to store drinks during our stay. The washing machine was also good. I would definitely recommend. The host was also very helpful, she provided us with recommendations for restaurants and made sure everything was okay with the home. The location was very nice and quite during the night. Only downside would be that there are lots of small steps throughout the home. Going into the two bedrooms it is a small narrow stair case for each room. For us it wasn't a problem but for small children or elderly people it may be.
• Paulina (10/5): Comfortable, Lovely, Convenient! - We were a party of 4 people, 2 couples. We normally like to stay on corso so when all other properties were booked we were excited to see that this property was extremely close! The beds were so comfortable, even the pull out couch beds! This place had everything we needed for a 3night stay like washer/ dryer (2in1) iron and ironing board, multiple towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen much it was fully equipped! The property manager was very attentive, if we had any questions they answered immediately! We thought we had a problem with the water being cold and they instantly came to the property to make sure everything was working correctly! They also gave us great recommendations to go and try! I have stayed in Rome 6 times and would 100% stay here again! If you are thinking of booking go ahead and book it! n/a

• Daniel (10/5): Cute, Quaint, and very Comfortable Stay in the heart of Rome walking distance from most Everything - We loved Everything about this property! It was small and compact but also allowed personal space. The host was more than you can ask for. She was very kind and attentive, and was proactive in making sure we were comfortable. She helped make out first trip to rome all that more special. Also the location was fabulous. Morning cafes and markets very close by, key historic sites a few blocks away. There isn't anything I can say that we didn't like about our stay.
