• Amith (10/5): A package deal accomodation - The host of this place is just amazing, He didn't just greet us personally at arrival but also took time to explain how and what we can do during our stay. Where can we have best food and the cafes, sunset point and what not. It was like we got a package deal. Rosario was always available when messaged for some information. The cleaning couple were amazing as well and very helpful. I sincerely recommend this place for a relaxing and amazing time.

Le départ des ferry se trouve de l’autre côté de la rue. Personnel très serviable et réactif. Une seule casserole de 3 litres pour chauffer une tasse d’eau. Une seule cuillère. • Andreas (10/5): Idealer Ort zum Trapani zu erkunden. - Die Unterkunft ist so wie beschrieben, sehr kompakt und ideal um Trapani zu erkunden. Guiseppe war ein äußerst freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben uns in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind mit dem Bus an und abgereist. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nahe der Busstation, was praktisch ist.

Niedaleka odległość od plaży miejskiej. Miła i pomocna osoba przyjmująca nas na miejscu. 3 piętro, ale to nie do końca problem. Można się było poruszać 😉 . Trochę mała łazienka, brak korkociągu do wina, i kieliszków. Bardzo słychać osoby za ścianą.

Inoltre a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Appartamento vintage in un palazzo d'epoca. Aria condizionata potente e Netflix. L'host molto gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei sicuramente. • Martina (10/5): Esperienza top! - Siamo stati in questa struttura per 5 giorni e ci ritorneremo volentieri. Rosario, ci ha accolti e fatti sentire subito a casa, è stato disponibile in ogni momento e soprattutto ci ha inviato tutto ciò che potesse essere utile sia per organizzare un itinerario che sulle regole riguardanti il parcheggio dell'auto. La posizione è centrale, vicina alle fermata bus per l'aeroporto, di fronte all'imbarco dei traghetti ed è circondato da diversi servizi. Anche locali e ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi.

I only asked the owner of any nearby phone service, though he had returned an hour later with SIM slot opener so I was able to fix it eventually. The earlier check in possible in our case. We could even leave our luggage in the appartment, since our departure was in the evening hours. bed mattresses were too soft for our liking, noisy neighbours, mosquitos

Rosario is an amazing person, he gave us so much varied information about everything we could visit in the city and the surrounding areas that if we had tried to find it ourselves, we would have only seen a tiny fraction of it. We are incredibly happy that we had the opportunity to spend a few incredible days in Trapani and nights at I Normanni.

Also perfect for using the bus to and from Palermo or San Vito lo Capo (if there are no Easter processions...). Very comfortable bed, very quiet at night. Extremely kind and helpful host, responding quickly and very flexible. He even helped me with my luggage! My room was on the 4th floor and Rosario was so kind and carried it all the way up and down! Amazing! He also helped me with finding public transport, which is a big challenge! Maybe a tea towel for drying the dishes. I forgot to bring one. Otherwise I was very happy!

The ferry to the Egadi Islands takes off a couple meters from the doorstep and there are convenience stores, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants all in walking distance. The host is knowledgeable about all there is to do and see in and around the city and very friendly . The apartment is charming and has all the amenities you need.

• Harry (9/5): Great apartment in the centre of Trapani - Giuseppe was a lovely host, that was always available when contacted on WhatsApp. Location was great, very close walk to everything, lovely spot right downstairs for breakfast croissants and ice cream! The room was perfect with everything you need in a kitchen, a nice balcony and lots of natural light.

Also the advice on places to visit, dining, parking and etc. I also love the cute kitchen. The complimentary with white wine is so nice! The bathroom, bed and wifi. These are 3 area that I will give a score up or score down because it's very important for me. The bathroom here is nice, but there is smell came up from the toilet. This is a killer when I have to be there and breathe in the horrible smell. (I hope the host find the way to fix it) Bed is ok for most people, but I have lower back injury and knee surgery. I can notice the good and the bad of the bed while sleeping. Wifi here is not stable. I need it for work and also plan my trip.

• Thompsmith (6/5): Live like a local in Trapani - Great location, straight from the ferry port and very close to the heart of Trapani. The decor was lovely, nice to see classic pieces of furniture being put to good use. Really liked staying around the locals and seeing the non-touristy areas of the city. The rooms are a good size, especially the bathroom/shower and nice to have a balcony overlooking the street. Really nice touch providing cold water in the fridge and a bottle of local wine. Guiseppe was very friendly and helped us with our luggage up the stairs as well as provided us with local recommendations and great communication beforehand. Lack of attention to detail, the kitchen could do to be more equipped, it was fine as we were only there one night and didn't need to cook, however we had to visit a local shop to buy a lighter in order to light the hob to make coffee. The aircon wasn't great, it was 34° outside and the aircon didn't make much difference inside at night, we had to run the fan provided alongside to try and keep cool. The slats on the bed were also slightly broken and wonky.

• Pia (9/5): Lovely stay in traditional equipped appartment. - It is small, but has everything you need, even for cooking. The host knew English, so we had no problems communicating, we could leave the bags there when we went to the beach on the last day. There is not much room for legs when you sit on the toilet.
• Sharon (10/5): Exceptional Host - Apartment is very centrally located, just opposite of port and close to all amenities - bus office, ferry for islands, groceries and cafes. Loft was very clean and rooms larger than usual. Hosts are exceptional, gave us a lot of pointers for where to go and what to do. We arrived earlier and they opened for us to leave bags. Totally recommended!
