Abde (9/5): Très bon séjour à refaire. - La piscine est juste devant le balcon de l'appartement, vraiment super. La propreté, la personne qui nous a accueilli était avec une femme dans l'appartement et les draps étaient mouillés et pas secs et mis sur le lit. À voir ???

Zainab (1/5): Bad - PLEASE DO NOT USE BOOKING TO BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION. I was in marrakech for 3 nights this months. I made an online booking and paid same via my international credit card immediately. Once arrived, I called the person who should deliver the key for our place, only to find out that Palmera was fully booked and that there is no availability to stay for the 3 days I booked. After few calls, the manager/agent contacted me to say that I must cancel this reservation and I will be refunded. To my surprise, when I wanted to cancel the reservation, the cancellation fees were similar to the initial fees paid for the 3 nights. We spoke to the manager who confirmed that I should just wait for the monies to reflect and he will refund me. The refund came but the hotel still deducted a commission fee even though this was not my mistake. I don't think this is fair as the booking was managed by booking and not myself. Booking should have never allowed reservation if the hotel was fully booked.
