Guest Reviews
- Calvo Muñoz (10/5): Muy recomendable - Ubicación perfecta, relación calidad precio Que no había jabón ni de manos ni de ducha, no me importó porque compré en un supermercado, pero si llegas de noche, es un fallo

- Goh (3/5): - The apartment address is confusing, we ended up to only get to the right location with the help from the local. The location is right next to local market, noisy market operation started since 4:30am. Cant sleep well.
The worse part is the apartment double charge me the city tax, when I ask for refund, there is no reply from email and zero respond from whatsapp. Just silence and no action. Very irresponsive and unprofessional at all. Leaves a very bad remark for my experience in Firenze

- Zai (10/5): - The house!
- Zoe (8/5): Great Base for a day or 2 - The apartment was very spacious and the pull down bed (in the front room) was surprisingly comfy. The location is easy to get to from the train station (only a 5 minute walk) and easy to get to other tourist sites in Florence. The check in process was super easy but please be aware there are stairs to get up to the apartment so if you have a heavy suitcase bare that in mind! The apartment itself was clean and was a great base for us to just rest after a day of walking round Florence. There are supermarkets and restaurants underneath and around the surrounding areas of this apartment so it was a bit loud at first at night but it wasn’t overly loud.
- Gutzwiller (9/5): Superb -
- Eno (7/5): Good -
- Olga (9/5): It was a grate state. - Our stay at the hotel in Florence was absolutely perfect. Everything we needed was provided, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.
We were particularly impressed with the bathtub, which made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was an ideal experience, and we would gladly return. The apartment was in a convenient location, but the neighborhood had a large number of immigrants, which led to additional noise during our stay. While the apartment itself was great, the surrounding area was a bit busier and louder than we had expected.
- Ammar (9/5): Great apartment that is very cosy and close to the city center. -
- Fernando (6/5): Maybe just one bad experience. - The apartment was clean and equipped with a good amount of towels, linens, and kitchen equipment. The place was close to several restaurants and cafes. I was informed in very short notice that the A/C was not working and that it couldn't be fixed until after my departure. I was offered the chance to cancel the reservation less than 2 days before my arrival, giving me no chance to make a new reservation anywhere at a decent price. The owner mentioned in a comment that he would provide 4 fans to deal with the heat, suggesting that this could be enough. At our arrival, the thermostat was already at 36.6 °C (97.8 °F) and climbing; we only found 3 fans, and only 2 actually worked for this purpose. It was simply miserable inside the apartment with the high temperature. I neither live in Florence nor knew how bad the heat was inside that apartment, but if the owner could not get a repair man to fix the problem prior to anyone's arrival, it would have made sense to get a portable A/C as a temporary solution instead of 2 fans, because they really made no difference at the end. I understand there are things that escape from our control, but being the owner of a vacation rental and providing a comfortable environment for customers must be the priority, and it didn't feel like it was in this instance. As a summary, when I did my reservation, the place offered A/C as one of their features, and we didn't get what we were offered, nor a suitable replacement to mitigate the heat (not even close).
- Christine (6/5): Good option if airconditioning is in working condition?!? - It is a large one bedroom apartment located within short walking distance from the train station and other main attractions. It has been cleverly furnished for guests, and bedding is comfortable. NO AIRCONDITIONING - prior to our arrival the airconditioning units failed and we stayed in the apartment with only two fans during extremely high temperatures, which made sleep difficult. The hostess explained that the technician was not available until after our stay.
NO LIFT - guests should know that the apartment is on the second floor (narrow and long flights of stairs) which makes carrying luggage to and from apartment difficult.
- Melvin (5/5): Very close to train station and walking distance to almost everywhere in the city. AC doesn't work. - Very near the train station and easy to get food/groceries. Everywhere is within walking distance which was great. Not easy to find the place as there are 2 addresses with number 57 on the same row. Wasted almost 20 mins trying to find this place and finally open the building door and unit which has a virtual key. If you don't have roaming data, best to get the pin in advance from the host. When we arrived, we were invited with 2 big blue sacks in the kitchen. Had to drag them into the store room after informed host. No kettle to boil water. No iron and iron board. Both Aircond doesn't work in the summer. No lift so had to carry 3 big suitcases up 2 floors. Mosquitos in the unit. Host reminded for city tax to be left before checking out. Did not get a receipt for it. 5 of us. Only one double bed in the room and one double sofa bed in the living. My other child had to sleep on the couch.
- Sally (3/5): Broken Aircon in heatwave - Good location and modern decor Owner did not inform us aircon was broken in 37 degree summer could not spend any time at apartment as too hot and sleeping was a nightmare due to no aircon little sleep lots of sweat. Room was non refundable otherwise we would have moved out to other accommodation
- Usher (8/5): Very good - Apartment was clean and spacious Check in.process was poor. Only received the Vikey check-in code's when we arrived. This could have been sent well in advance.
Both air-conditioning units were not working..
- Shui (4/5): Clean place but in general disappointed stay, highly not recommanded - Location is good, 10 mins walk from the train station No air con when it is 30 degrees in Florence. WiFi is so poor . If you have big suitcase, don’t book this hotel as there is no lift.
The code of entrance is not that user friendly , we need to figure out 10 mins to open the door. Also, prior check in, we need to upload photos with our passport, make sure you have great network before check in.
- Anca (10/5): Excellent - The apartment was perfect and right next to the train station and the city center. Everything was very clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. The apartment was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect with only a 5min walk to Duomo and everything else in the city center. Great restaurants downstairs as well. We totally recommend staying here and we'll definitely come back.
- Wengkee (7/5): The bed are good. Good location. Simple kitchen. - It is using virtual key to open. One incident at night, the virtual key cannot open the door. Luckily the owner was quick to respond with the code to enter the building door. I would suggest the owner provide the main building code to the guests upon arrival to prevent such incidents may happen again. Virtual key to access the building door.
- Rudi (9/5): Nice central locstion - The location was very central. Access was easy to get into and out. That there was construction work starting early even on good friday and 2 flights of stairs to climb with luggage
- Lucia (9/5): Superb -
- Sabrina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elena (10/5): Great host - Very clean, nice apartment in the center of the city Nothing
