• Aslı (7/5): - Konumu çok iyi. Teras keyifliydi. Temizlik iyiydi Erken check in rica ettik. Kabul etmediler. Kabul etmek zorunda değiller ama daire check in saatinde de hazır olmadı. 20 dk kapıda bebekle beklemek zorunda kaldık. Daire göründüğünden çok daha küçük. Bebek yatağı istemiştik ama bebek yatağının tabanı sabit değil. Yani bebek yatağı bebeğin yatması için uygun değildi.

• ALİ OSMAN (10/5): Denize ve merkeze sıfır ev konforu - Merkezi konumda olması, zevkli döşenmesi ve 2 balkonun da deniz manzaralı olması çok güzeldi.Mutfak malzemeleri banyo malzemeleri oldukça yeterliydi. Aşırı temiz ve ev sahibi çok ilgili hemen yönlendirme sağlıyor. Tesisin değil ancak Dedeağaç’ta park problemi mevcut gündüz zor park yeri bulunabiliyor.
• Vahdettin (10/5): Harika bir seçim - Niko çok yardımseverdi. Evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz herşey var. Tüm ev gereçleri çok temizdi. İkramları çok ince düşünülmüştü. Konum mükemmel şehrin merkezinde. Tekrar konaklamak isteriz.

• onur (10/5): - Harika konum, harika balkon. Rahat bir yatak. Niko ikramlarıyla da fark yarattı. Dairenin içinde bir konaklamada ihtiyacınız olacak neredeyse her şey mevcut. 2 yetişkin, 2 çocuk aile konaklaması yaptık ve kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

• Tamar (10/5): - I liked how tidy and clean it was. The location was nice. Communication was easy and fast. The owner left us very nicely made orange flavored cake in the fridge as a treat. We loved it so much asked for the recipe. We would definitely visit again.

• Aleksandra (10/5): - Відпочивали в березні це просто чудова квартира з чудовим балконом і ідеальним розташування у центрі. Поруч в Лимані платна стоянка де можна залишити свою машину. Особливо уважний господар , який залишив смаколики для моїх дітей. Найбільше моє здивуванння це була аптечка, ми мали негативний досвід коли у дитини була температура , аптеки були зачинені в неділю, і аптечка це було те що треба. Дякую. Все було чудово.

• Duygu (9/5): - Konumu güzel kahve ve ikramları da güzeldi, genel anlamda temiz de diyebiliriz, balkonu çok keyifli Apartman çok eski asansör bizi biraz korkuttu kalıcak mı diye ama en üst kat olduğu için bavullar yüzünden inerken de binmek durumunda kaldık, banyo bu fiyattaki bir yer için iyi durumda değildi bence

• Sinan (10/5): Keşke daha uzun vaktimiz olsaydı - Konumu harika. Çok özenilerek herşey hazırlanmış. Tertemiz bir ev ve eşyaları vardı. Bizim için meyvalar ve meyvesuyu almış, buzdolabına koymuştu. Teras ve manzarası muhteşem. Keşke daha uzun vaktimiz olsaydı da terasta daha fazla vakit geçirebilseydik. Eşim salıncağa aşık oldu :) Işıklandırma çok güzel düşünülmüştü. Ev sahibi de evi aldığımızdan itibaren bizimle temastaydı ve ilgilendi.

Teşekkür ederiz. Herşey cok güzeldi, tavsiye olarak söyelyebileceğim yatak odasındaki güneşlik tüm camı kapatmadığı için sabah güneş biraz rahatsız etti. Tamamına güneşlik yapılırsa daha konforlu olabilir.

Kolayca eve girebildik. Merkezde herşeyin içinde, süper bir konumda. Buna rağmen gürültü duymadık. Çok sıcak bir havada gittik, balkonu kullanmadık maalesef. Gece bile hava çok sıcaktı. Keşke başka bir mevsimde tekrar Ziyaret imkanımız olsa dedik.

Odanın balkonu muhteşem:) bazı günler denize gitmeyip balkonda keyif yaptık:) oda çok geniş ve her türlü imkan var. Üstelik harika bir ev sahibi var. Buzdolabında bize ikram ettikleri, tatlılar harikaydı. Bundan sonra başka bir yerde kalmayacağımı düşünüyorum.. Bana ait değil :)))

• Tuğba (10/5): The location of the house, both terraces with sea views, and waking up with natural daylight. A stylish and functional h - We found a last-minute booking with same-day reservation in mid-February. The location of the house is so great, it’s right next to all the attractions. We walked everywhere. Although there is no parking, our host Niko took us to a public parking space, and our car was safe there throughout our two-day stay. Niko even made a reservation for us for Valentine’s Day. He was very helpful. The bedroom has a terrace with a direct view of the sea, and it was amazing to sleep without closing the curtains and wake up with natural daylight. There’s also a large terrace accessible from the living room. Even in the middle of winter, it was beautiful. The house was heated very well with the air conditioner. We would love to plan a longer trip in the summer. Both Alexandroupoli and this house will be even more enjoyable in the summer months. There is nothing we didn’t like.

• Burcu (9/5): Beautiful apartment with seaview at very central spot - Very nice, beautiful location with sea view and full amenities. It has a lift also. Was easy to check in thanks to contact from the owner. Nice thought they had teabags or biscuits

• Mericv (9/5): Superb - The apartment is just in the middle of city center. You can walk to main restaurants and to the see to swim (don't expect beachclubs, they are a little far from the center) Niko, the owner helps you with everything you ask, give suggestions about where to eat, if you want. He arranged some fruits and wine in the fridge for us at our arrival, nice touch for summer. Two balconies, each of them have excellent sea view. The place is clean. Overall we loved the experience. Can be noisy at night (in the center, so there are some bars nearby, totally understandable) not a big downside for us. No proper reception (not a hotel, if you are seeking that kind of accomodation not for you)
• Bedia (10/5): Amazing - We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect with amazing views at the heart of the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We really loved the decoration and especially coffee corner was perfect. Niko, the host, was incredibly friendly, and accesible all the time. We highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future. Nothing.
