We were only two of us and had the entire appartment for ourselves, but it's possible to share the flat and kitchen if someone else also booked it for the same period. Great for family or group of friends. Nothing.

Тихо през ноща. Апартамента (ако го наемете целия) се състои от 1 спалня с двойно легло и баня и голям хол с кухня, в който има също двойно легло, единично легло и диван. Към хола има още една баня с тоалетна, което сметнахме за изключително удобно. Подходящ е за 2 двойки или до 5 човека. Домакинът е страхотен, посрещна ни въпреки късния полет след полунощ. Помогна ни с насоки и указания и винаги беше насреща за нашите въпроси. Препоръчвам това място, тъй като е с прекрасно местоположение. има капсули за кафе, няма кафе машина :)
• Nina (10/5): - Wonderful stay in Valencia! We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this apartment in Valencia. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was excellent — close to the city center, public transport, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring Valencia very easy and enjoyable. At the same time, the area was quiet and peaceful, so we could really relax. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful, always available for any questions and recommendations. Communication was smooth and easy, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Valencia and would love to stay here again!
• Rene (4/5): De ligging is echt geweldig , alleen de boeking was niet correct - De locatie , het appartement was schoon. Ik was not amused over het feit dat we donderdagavond bij aankomst maar een twee persoonsbed tot onze beschikking hadden ipv de afgesproken twee tweepersoonsbedden. Bovendien stond er geen water of iets anders klaar in de ijskast. We dienden ook nog een gedeelte van het appartement met een andere bewoner te delen . De volgende dag is - laat in de middag- na een telefoontje nog wel water gebracht en schone handdoeken maar het is allemaal niet zo gegaan als we afgesproken en geboekt hadden. Ik wil dan ook graag een overnachting gecompenseerd zien.Dat lijkt mij wel fair!

• SIDNEYA (5/5): Me senti enganada, e entendo que a Booking é responsável pelos anúncios que comercializa, portanto deveria checar os anú - O endereço do anúncio não é o da hospedagem . O anúncio oferece 2 camas de casal e 40 metros quadrados, mas quando cheguei no local fui informada que a locação era apenas de uma suite e que o restante do espaço poderia ser locado para outro hóspede. Não tem estacionamento conforme o anúncio . O mais próximo fica no Mercado Central com cerca de 10 minutos a pé Não tem funcionários, muito menos 24 horas por dia conforme anúncio Não tem serviço de quarto, como troca de roupa de cama e banho, e nem retirada de lixo. O anúncio entra no filtro de hotel, mais na realidade é um apartamento, onde você pega a chave e fica responsável pelo mesmo durante a hospedagem .
• Elena (8/5): bell'appartamento in pieno centro a Valencia - eravamo in 3 e ci è stato assegnato l'intero appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni con addirittura il bidet, quello che è ottimo davvero è la posizione, a 2 passi dal mercato centrale, basta scendere per trovare bike rent/ristoranti e bar, si è in pieno centro storico, comodo a tutto la pulizia è decisamente migliorabile, capelli in bagno, box doccia non pulito, pieno di schizzi e goccioline, sanitari puliti velocemente, asciugamani pieni di detersivo il cui profumo non copriva del tutto l'umidità e la conseguente sensazione che non fossero completamente asciutti

• Duncan (10/5): Couldn’t have asked for more. - Lovely Apartment in the centre of Old Town, Valencia. Immaculate and the bathroom has a big spacious shower. Perfect for a few nights/week in the city. Five minutes in any direction gets you to several eating and drinking spots, clubs and historical monuments. It’s an easy 30 minute bus ride down to the beach. Our host Rosario was in touch throughout if needed, but not intrusive, and was happy to share some of the best spots to see in town - all great recommendations. Thank you!

• Kerry (9/5): Beautiful city break - The room was perfect. Clean, comfortable and ideally situated for the historic centre, transport links for the beach and many bars and restaurants. It was really handy having shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and cotton wool pads provided as we only brought hand luggage! The owner had been in touch throughout, met us from the taxi to show us to the room. He even went as far as booking a restaurant for us one lunchtime and left us a gift. He was available for any questions via WhatsApp for the entire stay.

We arrived early and the host was so kind as to meet us so we could leave our luggage in the room. The room was very clean and comfortable and the host thought about all kinds of attentions to make the stay extra special. The bed was very good and we slept very well. The room is located in a new appartement building and everything inside the room is also very new. The room is located in the old part of the city and is very easy to reach from the airport. It's at walking distance from the metro and a just next to to the Mercado and many places to eat.
