• GIOVANNI (10/5): Soggiorno piacevole con ogni comfort. Appartamento comodissimo per acquario e centro storico. - Ottima posizione a due minuti dall'acquario. Per la colazione cucina a disposizione con moka, caffè e bollitore. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, arredamento moderno e curato, stanze luminose e ampie, cabina armadio. Non trovo nulla da migliorare, la struttura ha superato le mie aspettative sotto ogni punto di vista.

• cristina (9/5): - Todo. La ubicación el espacio, lo limpio q estaba, la amabilidad del anfitrión. Nada. Solo para lo siguientes huéspedes cuando busquen el número 6 que sepan que por una parte está la numeración de casas y por otra la numeración de locales. Nosotros nos liamos. Por pedir, una almohada de más (dos en vez de una para los que sufrimos de espalda) no estaría mal.

• Monika (9/5): Genua warta jest poznania! - Dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie bardzo blisko, do kawiarni, sklepu czy pięknego zabytku. Gospodarz bardzo miły.
• dvales (9/5): Grosszügige und schöne Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt. - Obwohl die Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt war, habe ich die Wohnung als sehr ruhig empfunden. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Hafen und es hat in der Nähe alles was man braucht.

• Ana Carolina (10/5): Maravilhosa! Gostaria de ter ficado mais. - O local é incrível! Lindo, limpo, decoração bonita, com muitas facilidades... Além disso, localização ímpar, perto de tudo. O host foi adorável e nos ajudou com tudo que precisamos, nos sentimos ótimas escolhendo essa acomodação. Valeu a pena! Não houve nada que eu não tenhamos gostado. Talvez, uma observação válida seja de que é necessário subir algumas escadas para chegar ao apartamento, para nós isso foi tranquilo, mas para uma pessoa com mobilidade reduzida pode ser um problema.

Federico was very nice and helps us to lift our luggage up to apartment Because it's the city center close to port it's a lot dubious peoples on the street. Better not get out later then 10 p.m.

Estremamente gentile e a disposizione. La struttura è andata molto oltre le nostre aspettative. Pulitissima e molto fornita!!

• Norbert (10/5): Tökéletes szállás, bármikor szívesen visszamennénk. - A szállásadó végtelenül kedves, rugalmas és nagyvonalú volt. A lakás csendes, tágas, tiszta. Minden szükségessel felszerelve. Ajándék palack behűtött víz bekészítve, ajándék pipere csomagok és tiszta törölközők az ágyra készítve. A lakás klímával felszerelt, de nem volt rá szükségünk. Apró figyelemességek mindenhol, érződik, hogy a házigazda szívvel-lélekkel törődik a vendégeivel. Ha erre járunk, biztos, hogy megint itt fogunk megszállni. A kulcsátadásnál kicsit nehezen lehetett megtalálni a címet, mivel a Google térkép az épületek aljában lévő sorszámozott üzleteket veszi figyelembe a navigáláskor. A 6-os számú bolthoz visz, ellenben a szállás kb. 30-40 méterrel odébb van. Ezen az apróságon kívül mindennel meg voltunk elégedve!
• Cristiane (9/5): - Quase tudo. É um apartamento muito bem equipado, limpo, bem decorado, iluminado e silencioso. Cama muito confortavel com boa roupa de cama. O proprietario é muito atencioso. Para chegar no apartamento tem uma escada grande, o que nao chegou a ser um problema já que o proprietario nos ajudou com as malas e nao tinhamos problemas de mobilidade.

• Maud (10/5): Geweldig! - Hele vriendelijke host en perfecte kamer! Het was erg schoon en had alles wat je maar kon bedenken. Het appartement ligt midden in Genua en vlakbij de haven, waardoor dit zeker een aanrader is!!

• Pascal (10/5): Propreté, confort, calme, décoration, équipement et hôte très sympathique. - Quand on arrive dans l’immeuble, on craint le pire, et quand on arrive dans l’appartement on est ravi. Tout est bien : la propreté, le confort, l’équipement, la décoration, le calme. Et Federico, le gérant, s’occupe bien de nous, il est parfaitement aux RV à l’accueil et au départ. Il y a des petites attentions dans l’appartement qui sont tout à fait sympathiques. Je recommande vivement. Rien.
• Sally-Ann (10/5): Gorgeous apartment in an excellent location with a great host - Excellent location in the old town. Very near the port, and all the historical sites and museums. Also close to lots of shops, cafes and restaurants, but very quiet inside. Gorgeous, spacious apartment, very stylishly decorated, with some lovely antiques mixed in with the mainly contemporary decor. The large kitchen was well-equipped, and complimentary toiletries were provided. The bed was very comfortable, with beautiful Egyptian cotton sheets and there were lots of guide books and information available about the city. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the 30 plus degree temperatures outside. Our host Federico kept in touch with us and met us at the door to let us in and show us around. He also kindly helped with our bags and took us to the taxi rank on the day we left. Just be aware that the numbers on the residential buildings and the shops don’t run in order. The apartments have their own numbers in black, and all the shops have their own numbers in red, so it’s confusing when you are going down the street, trying to find the address. It is actually opposite the church of San Luca. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, so quite a few stairs to climb. The only extra thing I would have liked is an iron, as we were travelling to quite a few cities and I was washing clothes as we went along, but this was a really fabulous place and we would love to have stayed longer.

• Gesine (10/5): We enjoyed Genoa a lot! - It was a nice central location. The apartment was spacious, tastefully designed, and comfortable. Be ready to climb two sets of steps with luggage but the host was very helpful with carrying our load.

Очень учтивый и гостеприимный хозяин, в целом, в квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания (правда, не оказалось утюга), она чистая и достаточно уютная. Ничего критичного. Не было утюга, немного неудобно расположены вешалки в ванной и некоторые выключатели. Если оставить окно в спальне открытым, то ночью довольно шумно. По навигатору квартиру не найти (как и многие другие места в старой Генуе), но хозяин нас встретил и провел.

Apartment was spotless and roomy Shower was good Bed was a little hard for our taste.but we would be happy to stay again. You should be aware that there are a lot of stairs but that didn't worry us. Es un edificio muy antiguo remodelado a nuevo en su interior pero con detalles, como el techo abovedado de ladrillos en la cocina, que lo hacen crear una atmosfera muy pero muy agradable. Y Federico 10 puntos!...cuando dejamos el lugar nos acompaño y hasta nos consiguió el taxi para ir a la estación. Muy, pero muy bien!!

Volendo per forza trovare qualcosa: il bagno senza finestra e un leggero odore in sottofondo. Ma niente di esagerato e comunque gestito bene (magari un buon profumatore per ambienti potrebbe fare la differenza, non so).

Totalmente recomendable El agua caliente para la ducha, se termina pronto hay que ser cuidadoso y no darse baños largos

• Marcel (9/5): Die Unterkunft war ein sehr positives Erlebnis, ich werde bestimmt wiederkommen. - Hervorragende Lage in der Altstadt; Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Trattorie usw. in nächster Nähe. Äusserst sauber, gut eingerichtet. Herzlicher, sympathischer und pünktlicher Gastgeber. Etwas kühl um diese Jahreszeit (März), die Luftheizungen brachten keine behagliche Temperatur zustande.

• Maria (10/5): Marvelous place in Genova - A wonderful apartment to stay in Genova! Very cozy, very clean and peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped, so if you want to cook anything, you can find everything you may need. The bedroom is spacious, equipped with air-conditioning/heating, the bed is super soft and comfortable. The location is superb, 5 minutes walking to the port, aquarium and museums, as you exit from the building you end up on a vivid street with shops and restaurants.

• Saskia (10/5): Sfeervol - De sfeer van het appartement was geweldig ❤️. Mooi ingericht, gezellig! Goede airco, fijne bedden. Alles was aanwezig, zeep shampoo, koffie, zelfs een setje met oorstokjes en nagelvijl. De eigenaar was heel vriendelijk en de communicatie verliep vlot. Héél fijne ligging dicht bij alles. De stad Genova zelf viel ons wat tegen. Dus niets met de accomodatie te maken 😁.
