• Brenda (10/5): - The Host Glenn was great and quickly responded to questions. We loved the location and the big spacious home, It had plenty of beds and space for spread out with a large group and had everything we needed during our stay. Parking is tricky :/ We were not able to use the parking space available behind the house due to its small space for a large van , but found a rented space 1 street over with spot hero.
• Beal (10/5): - I loved that it was big enough to have all my children there! It was close to public transportation and had an deck for outside space:) The common spaces were comfortable and large enough for us all! The parking was tight.

• Jones (9/5): Great location, easy access to the T and very walkable our group felt safe walking around at night and it is a huge spac - The property was in a prime location - it had a ton of space for our group of 9. Glenn is incredibly responsive and does everything he can to make sure you enjoy your stay. We loved the back patio it was a great spot to hang out when the weather was nice There were some left over cans from previous groups - however it wasn’t a lot
• Daniela (8/5): Very good - The house is spacious, fully equipped, and perfect for gathering the family, as well as being very well located. The entrance doors require repairs as they were not closing properly. I would like to emphasize that I did not request the host to carry out the repair during my stay, so this observation should not be considered a defect of the house, as it may have already been fixed.
• Luke (8/5): Large space for a group, easy to walk around the area - Location was great. Sparse furnishing but adequate.
• Nina (10/5): Comfortable Brownstone living in the City! - Glen was great to deal with leading up to and during our trip. He is responsive and kind. The house accommodated all 15 of us well. The tv room is relaxing after a long day walking around.
• Michelle (8/5): Very good - Parking, I understand it’s the city however the guest should be told about the nearest parking garage or an alternative lot to pay and park without getting a ticket! 3 of my guest got $60 tickets for parking on street on a Friday night. When you are renting a huge sleep 10 house you should expect guests to have multiple vehicles.
• Larkin (8/5): Lovely old brownstone - The house was very beautiful and much larger than we were anticipating. We were a group of former colleagues attending a conference and the place had everything that we needed for our stay. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful. We'd recommend it to other travelers. I think it's clear that this place has only recently become a short-term rental. One of the door handles kept falling off and needed to be secured again. The drains were fine but could probably be cleaned. There was a small but noticeable smell in the kitchen. I think overall the things that would take the rental from an 8 to a 10 would be more attention to detail, but it's still a nice place now!
• Joanna (10/5): Beautiful well kept house and very accommodating owners! - The house was beautiful and very accommodating to our large family! The owners were gracious enough to let us check in an hour before our check in time since we arrived in Boston earlier than expected. We were traveling with three children, and one of them is only two years old. We enjoyed everything about the property. Since we were a large family, we were traveling with a large van and a smaller minivan. There was only enough parking for the smaller van in the back of the house. Thankfully, we did find parking, but it was very limited since there is a lot of permit parking in the area.
