• Billal (10/5): - Berce Hotel is honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed in Istanbul! 🌟 The location is perfect — quiet, elegant, and super close to all the main attractions, most of them within walking distance. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, with great attention to detail. Breakfast is excellent and varied — every day something fresh and delicious 🍳🥐. The staff are extremely kind, respectful, and professional — they really make you feel welcome. Overall, it was an amazing experience that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul ❤️

Se escuchaban todos los cantos para ir a la mezquita desde las 5 de la mañana. No he estado en peor alojamiento nunca.

• Laura (4/5): Necesita actualizarse… - Está bien ubicado, a 5 min andando de la Mezquita azul. El personal es muy amable y te intenta ayudar con todo. Pudimos hacer el check in tarde sin problema y marcharnos temprano por la mañana. A las instalaciones le falta mucho mantenimiento, nuestra habitación tenía muchísima humedad. La silicona del baño estaba negra y se desprendía, faltaba limpieza y el edredón nórdico es muy pequeño así como las almohadas muy muy incómodas. El desayuno no tiene fruta y el café es soluble… para una estancia corta lo recomiendo pero para muchos días no.

Lo raccomando a chi è giovane (molte scale) e vuole un appartamento essenziale in Centro Istanbul ad un ottimo prezzo

• M (10/5): The best value for the price, clean and very good staff!! - The staff was so helpful, accommodated all our needs, good breakfast and also helped me with transportation to and from airport. The place was perfect for our stay, cozy and the location was walking distance to Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia. We took a walk at night at those tourist packed places. It is also close to the public tram which will take you other parts of the city.

• Maria (1/5): Stay away!! - They cheated us! While we booked a beautiful room in the hotel, with a full description of the specific room and photos of it, they took us to another building, dirty and unfinished in construction. When we complained, they did not accept to help us, saying that the room I am referring to is too luxurious for the price I paid. The 24-hour reception that they supposedly have, was not working, resulting in us knocking on the door and calling them for 1 hour at 6 in the morning in the cold. In the end a neighbour’s hotel helped us to find them. When I contacted booking and told them what happened (with photos for proof), they were shocked and immediately refunded my money.

• Marie (1/5): Great location. Everything else extremely poor. Did not get the room we paid extra for. Very dirty. - The location was very good and within walking distance to most attractions. We arrived with the hotel door locked and no one at the front desk. The contact numbers on the door didn't work, but thankfully the taxi driver and a neighbour helped and called the owner for us. We were waiting outside in the cold, at midnight for 20 minutes. Very worrying for two females. We were made to stay in a different building down the road, with a different hotel name for the first night. There was no prior information about this at all, and it was very worrying and stressful for two females arriving at midnight, with a large language barrier (the man at the desk had poor English). This felt very unsafe. If I was on my own, I would have left and moved to a different jowl that felt safer. The shower didn't work at all and it was cold through the night. There were no extra blankets provided. We booked a room in the Berce Hotel, so we should have been given a room in the Berce Hotel. We were moved to a very substandard room in the Berce Hotel the next day. When we came to check in at 2pm, the room was not ready for us and we had to wait half an hour for the room to be cleaned. When we were given the room it was very dirty and it seems only the bedding was changed. The sink was disgusting and we were given dirty cuttlery. We booked and paid extra online for a Twin Bed and a deluxe room with a balcony - we were given a ground floor, dirty room next to reception, which was incredibly noisy at night, with other late arrivals complaining at the desk. We did not get the room that we paid extra for, and it seems many other guests had similar complaints. It seems if you do not arrive for check in time, you do not have a room in the Berce Hotel saved for you and your room will not be ready for you upon arrival. The turtle in a green pot by the front desk looks like it's nearly dead.
• Yaro (10/5): Exceptional - We received absolutely all the benefits we expected and it was especially pleasant to communicate with Mustafa, who is always very polite and friendly in any request, we highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely stay there next time small things as very low lighting and some windows closed permanently
