• Elke (6/5): Hatten mehr erwartet - Die Lage war zentral. Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist direkt an einer extrem lauten Hauptstraße, die Fenster sind nicht schallisolierend. Deshalb nachts extrem laut trotz geschlossener Fenster. Die Betten/Kissen sind alt bzw. zu hoch, nicht sehr gemütlich. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine und keinen Wasserkocher. Obwohl das in der Beschreibung anders steht. Das 3. Schlafzimmer ist kein Schlafzimmer, sondern das Wohnzimmer, mit einem Schlafsofa, auf dem man fast ebenerdig liegt. Sehr unkomfortabel. Wir konnten so das Wohnzimmer gar nicht nutzen und mussten uns ständig in der Küche aufhalten. Wir waren echt enttäuscht.

• Alla (8/5): - We were five people, and there was enough space for everyone. The apartment is large and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We did have a problem finding the magnetic device to open the main building door. We ended up entering with other residents and then collected the keys, including the magnetic key, from the lockbox at the apartment door. There was no towel provided for the fifth guest, but the issue was resolved very quickly. Thank you to the hosts for that. What we really didn’t like were the beds. On one bed, you sink into a dip in the middle, and on another, near the edge. It’s very uncomfortable, and your back hurts the whole next day. My advice to the hosts: please replace the mattresses.

• ALI (7/5): Nice apartment, too much noise. - It was spacious, great neighborhood. The bedroom window opens to a main street, with not enough sound proofing, hence the noise was unbearable during night, with constant sirens and trams. We had some hiccups for check in as the photos weren’t updated.

• Rebecca (10/5): Fab location, lovely warm, welcoming apartment. - Beautiful apartment. Well equipped and perfect location with easy access to all of the city. Would definitely recommend to others. It was a little complicated working out how to access the property but we worked it out in the end.
• Maria Giovanna (8/5): - Appartamento molto grande e caldo. Appena sotto al palazzo si trovavano le fermate di pullman, metro e tram per raggiungere le attrazioni. Posizione ottima e buon appartamento. Per entrare nel palazzo, non c'era un codice , fortunatamente è arrivata una persona che ha aperto il portone e così siamo riusciti a raggiungere l'appartamento dove c'era la cassetta con le chiavi. Non è stato possibile lasciare le valigie lì in quanto il proprietario non ci ha fatto tenere almeno un mazzo di chiavi per recuperare le valigie mentre loro pulivano e ovviamente non avremmo mai lasciato le nostre valigie senza sicurezza di poter rientrare a riprenderle nell'appartamento.

• Keren (9/5): Family vacation - הדירה במיקום מרכזי וקרובה לאטרקציות, מסעדות ותחבורה ציבורית. נקיה, נוחה ומרווחת, מאובזרת היטב. בעלת הבית מאוד נחמדה ותקשורתית. הניקיון והתחזוקה טעוני שיפור. למשל באחד הקירות היה חור בקוטר 60 ס"מ שהוסתר ע"י שקית, באחד החדרים היה מסטיק דבוק לקיר, וונטות מלאות אבק, סיליקון במקלחת מאוד ישן. חלונות הדירה יוצאים לכביש סוען ושומעים הכל גם כשהחלונות סגורים (המון ניידות משטרה/אמבולנסים עם סירנות עוברות בתדירות גבוהה, ברמה שזה מעיר משינה).

• Milka Nankenova (9/5): - Местоположението е топ. Удобно е за семейства . Няма смисъл да си купувате билети за градският транспорт ,всичко е на пешеходно разстояние . Има и опция да ви запазят паркинг ,но се спира на него след като се настаните . Минус е ,че няма паркинг ,на който може да изчакате настаняването . Внимавайте в района има паркинги ,които са доста скъпи.
• Daren (10/5): Great central spacious apartment. - Lovely big apartment in the Astoria area of the city. The rooms are huge and it is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to messages asking for help or advice. The location is fantastic for exploring the city with the metro station right outside the apartment. Lots of fantastic restaurants nearby and plenty of grocery shops and takeaways if you want to eat in. The road is noisy but totally to be expected in a busy central area of the city. It would be good to have somewhere to store clothes for the back bedroom.

• Sara (10/5): Excellent stay at GDE apartment - Everything. The apartment is fully kitted out with Everything you could possibly need. It's in a perfect location, with all main sites being within walking distance. The beds are also unbelievably comfy!! The only slight negative is how loud the main road is that runs outside, I would recommend earplugs. However you can't hear anything from the back bedroom just the front two. Also there isn't a safe so if you do like to lock away your passport a padlock on a case was what we did.

• Lindsay (9/5): Great spot in Budapest - The apartment is huge and exactly as pictured. Great location. It was very clean. The instructions for check-in were very clear and made check in easy. We took the 100E shuttle from the airport and the stop was across the street. I appreciated detergent for both the washing machine and dishwasher being provided. The apartment sits on a busy road with lots of emergency vehicles going by at night which were very loud.

• Agnieszka (10/5): spuer apartament - Lokalizacja świetna. Nie było problemu by znaleźć klucze do apartamentu bo była szczegółowa instrukcja. W budynku jest winda. Duże, przestronne mieszkanie. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone, niczego nie brakowało. Przyjazny dla zwierząt, nie było z tego tytułu dopłaty. Parking załatwiony przez gospodarza, około 9 min spacerem od mieszkania, 20 euro za dzień. Szczerze polecam !!

The second bedroom was quite hot (summer months) at night. The light in the corridors was not working for the first few nights.

• Ihor (10/5): Convenient location and helpful host - We stayed here for one night between connections - two adults with three small children. The apartment was clean and well prepared. It is in a very convenient location. Even though the building is old, there is an elevator. The host was always available and allowed us to check in a bit earlier, which we really appreciated. There are two bathrooms. It can be a bit noisy in the rooms facing the street, but there is also a quiet bedroom, so it was not a problem for us.

Despite localisation in city centre we havent noticed any problems with the noise coming from the street, it was acceptable. • Sean (10/5): Great location, beautiful apartment! - The property is in such a convenient location!! We took the 100E shuttle from the airport and it arrives across the road from the building. There are fantastic bus / train and tram links from right outside your door! Every part of the city is accessible from there. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a family of 5, including condiments / washing machines powder etc and most importantly coffee pods. The air conditioning was such a great asset as we visited during the August heatwave.
• Gesi (10/5): Nice stay, would go back if needed - Location is perfect, right at the Underground and very close to the bars. Apartment had everything we needed. Easy to communicate with host. Would definitely recommend. A little noisy from the traffic, but not a big issue. The only thing I would improve is to have a safe for storing personal items.

Also advertised a swimming pool at the property which doesn’t exist. We couldn’t find any TV channels for uk guests.

Very comfortable including the 3rd bed which is a bed settee in the living room.. The apartment had everything we needed and we would stay again. Easy to communicate with host. Would definitely recommend. It is on a main road so traffic at night was noisy, particularly with sirens.

• Kathy (9/5): Superb - Loved the apartment. It was very clean and excellent facilities for a family of 5. Kitchen was well equipped and we loved cooking as a family together. There was also a courtyard where we could take out dog. Check in was tricky because we were on international flights prior to arrival. It would have been helpful to receive the check in details prior to our flights while we still had good internet. We also only received one working exterior door fob. This made it tricky for our group of 5 to enter the building if we explored separately. We did receive 2 keys to the apartment which was ample.

• بدر (8/5): Very good - City center area walking distance to from airport express bus station, really no need for car hire middle of the city All attraction is walkable, clean apartment and private access large apartment and kitchen is fully geared. The front rooms is bit noisy from the street perhaps improvement on the window isolation will make everything perfect.
• Anna (10/5): Super appartment for family or friends with all famous places nearby. - Appartment was very clean, fully equipped with two bathrooms, spacious, comfortable. Location was perfect, close to public transport and important city points, surrounded by street food, groceries shops and coffees. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Some people might find location a little bit noisy due to cars on the street, but it was ok for us. We all had slept well.

The location is fantastic and in easy walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and shops - it is on a main road but on the 3rd floor so didn't really notice traffic too much if the windows were closed - but the convenience more than makes up for that. Communication with the agents was great - answered my questions straight away and sent very detailed instructions for keys etc. And all for a very reasonable price! I would highly recommend this property. This isn't really a dislike, just for information, but it's not 3 separate bedrooms - there are 2 bedrooms and there is a sofa bed in the living room.

• The (10/5): Perfect city break location - The location is fantastic, right in the centre with a scooter park directly outside, access to the underground and easy to walk to local restaurants and bars and shops. Theres a tesco and some other local convenience stores also close by. The flat is larger than it looks on the photos, it had literally everything you could need, nice and clean and air con for the hotter days. The host was really responsive to messages and couldn't recommend this place any higher than a solid 10/10.
