• Ramon (10/5): For the one room that we used, it was great. - The venue had all my 3 bookings in their system Booking.com only had one of my bookings on their system I tried to change dates on the other 2 but could not get help from booking .com - disappointing I finally forfeited the other two rooms booked.

Black mould on bathroom ceilings, stinky ducted aircom system, no maintenance being done leaving the facility in a delapidated state

• Shu Kai (7/5): Cozy quiet casino hotel - It was a cozy little stop over for us on a trip. It was a lovely stop. Although it was quiet and not many staff or people around, we found it just enough to provide just enough service. When we went it was during the week and perhaps a little quiet. There were not many staff around but it was adequate for us. The people we did encounter were quite friendly.

• Zinhle (7/5): Stay was to be expected for a hotel in Secunda - Hotel was as expected, and had a functioning gym. My room didn’t come with a chair for the workstation, which was unusual and I had to request from reception specifically.
• Collin (6/5): Pleasant - Spent a night for our anniversary and was upgraded to the presidential Suite. The reception staff was unbelievable amazing and we were really impressed . The unit was exceptionally well sized . As an Architect, I was very happy with the layout . The general upkeep needs attention. Carpets were dirty and furniture was very dated and in dire need of an upgrade . Breakfast was very unorganised and limited for a buffet. We however made the best of it as it was our special day
• Nomusa (1/5): Dirty, noisy, and pricey for nothing - The hotel is not well kept. It has extremely ancient furniture that is not in excellent condition. The toilet basin is rusted. Tge carpet is soiled. The hotel was noisy till 3:00 a.m. The only item that was clean is the linen and the bed was not awful either. Everything in that place needs to be modernized and thoroughly.

• Pradesh (4/5): Awful and Disappointing. - Hotel was clean and comfortable. Its what we expect from Peermont. Noise and loud music from Room 326. Complained twice and had be moved at 9:30pm in my PJ's and still the noise and music continued. No managers on duty and was left frustrated. Never expected this and still awaiting a response.
