• Nico (3/5): - Das Apartment ist insgesamt akzeptabel, entspricht jedoch in keiner Weise einem luxuriösen Standard. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist starker Schimmel im Badezimmer. Zudem befinden sich die Schränke in Küche und Bad in einem schlechten Zustand und blättern teilweise ab. Auch die Lage ist aus unserer Sicht für Touristen ungeeignet. Die Umgebung wirkte auf uns sehr unsicher – selbst tagsüber haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt und die Unterkunft gar nicht verlassen. Aus diesen Gründen können wir diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

• siphokuhle (8/5): - Rooms are fairly clean upon arrival. Good location. Good wifi connection. No housekeeping services were offered during our 4 night stay, and there was no waste removal. I hope they improve on that,its crucial for hygiene purposes.
• Liban (1/5): Felt Owners are careless - Room was cozy and clean. Elevator not working didn't help instead was at 11th floor. Stairs dirty and dark. Smelling of smoke was a put off. Location terrible failed to finish my evening walk as felt dangerous. Conclusion can put this place as my worst hotel ever.

• Kelebogile (10/5): I had an amazing and peaceful staycation. - It was clean and security guards were amazing too. No Netflix and DSTV The lift wasn’t working for 2 days so we had to use the stairs and the host didn’t bother to send us email to notify us.

• Josef (1/5): Bad experience at Franklin Appartments - Nothing to write home about I was on the 11th floor, the lifts were not working except for one, which got stuck on of the floors and rest of the days had to walk all the stairs from11th floor. With luggage!! The owners didn't seem bothered even though the facility seemed sold out meaning that they are making money but not willing to feed the cow. Cleaniliness too is compromised

• Michael (5/5): once is enough - the parking was now free If only one of five elevators works and you can only call it by phone! That means you call reception every time. Hope that someone is there and can send you the elevator to the 11th floor. Bring plenty of time and patience. The area is not the best, you don't want to go for a walk in the evening.

• Zonke (7/5): It could have been better - Convenient location, furniture is nice The host was not so proactive in making sure we had water during water shortages at the property which made things difficult. After sending a personal message about the feedback of my stay, there was no reply or any apology about the inconveniences we experienced

The space was incredibly spacious, quiet, and peaceful, making it the perfect environment to unwind or focus. The user-friendly activities and facilities added so much value to my visit. The sound bar was impressive, delivering high-quality audio, and the soundproofing was top-notch, ensuring a completely undisturbed atmosphere. Overall, everything was thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience—I can’t recommend it enough! While I had an overall positive experience, there were a few things I didn’t like. The lack of an air conditioner made the space uncomfortable at times, especially now, as it is summer. The dishcloths need an upgrade when wiping, they tended to leave residue on the cups and plates, which was frustrating. These small changes would make the experience even better.
