• Derek (5/5): - It's situation. Swimming pool. Booked for 4 adult men and only 3 beds, there was a sofa bed but no sheets, pillows or blankets. No reception anywhere, we asked for a late checkout and it wasn't answered quickly, there is nowhere to store cases if you have a late flight, if we had known that we would have booked an extra night, we spent 6hrs at the airport before our flight due to this.

• Karen (5/5): The owner just wants your money, don’t care about customer service - The location is fabulous, the apartment is a great size This was our second time staying here, first time we loved it, this time not so much. Firstly I had to clean the apartment as it was all sticky We had cockroaches everywhere I texted the owner a few days into our 2 week stay and I’m still waiting for him to reply! The beds are so uncomfortable, lack of pillows, the couch has all springs coming up through it. A 100% week stay will never return the this apartment,

• Castellanos (7/5): - La piscina, la ubicación Hubo un problema más concretamente pq había cucarachas en la cocina y era bastante desagradable la verdad, se lo comunicamos a la persona que gestiono nuestra llegada y en definitiva el contacto que teníamos para el alojamiento y nos dijo que se ponía en contacto con " el equipo" para solucionarlo lo antes posible, y he de decir que pasaron las vacaciones y no volvimos a saber nada de él con lo cual Jorge ( que así se llama la persona en cuestión) o me estabas vacilando o cambia de equipo, por lo demás el sitio está muy bien yo le recomiendo al dueño que busque a alguien que lo gestione mejor

• Liivia (8/5): Great location to spend time with a family. - It was our second time in this apartment so it says a lot already. Location is perfect, quite in the center because we love Costa Adeje more than other places in South Tenerife. Great grocery store is in the next building. And depending on on which street your going you can reach many places quite fast. However there were cockroaches in the kitchen and bathrooms this time. And only 4 forks, even though the apartment can accommodate 6 persons.

Agreed late arrival due to flight times and was left stood in the street at 2am for an hour and a half as the contact with the remote key access was asleep and not answering WhatsApp calls as planned Property is very dated poor decor cheap and old uncomfortable beds sofa and the “view” was of the other block permanent residents washing feral cats roaming and screeching across the complex all night the best part was the pool size although there were very few sun beds and just plain concrete with no character. The complex was mostly poorly maintained cheaper residential apartments for local workers
• Joannetgamble (7/5): Good - Perfect apartment for the cost, spacious,clean and central location perfect for a few days away. Sunloungers weren't comfortable 😕 ended up heading to the beach most days.

• Lillepõld (8/5): Very good - The apartment has everything you need. It is clean and spacious. There is a private parking spot for the car. Shops, restaurants, and the beach are within walking distance. The pool was large and clean. There were enough of sunbeds and really few people. Getting the keys is a lengthy process. You need an internet connection and enough mobile internet data to download videos for each step. The videos and instructions were good, but they should have been sent the day before, not on the move-in process. Too noisy courtyard. Local children scream, use firecrackers, and play noisy football almost until midnight.

• Karen (9/5): Superb - The property was amazing , spacious three bed apartment with two bathrooms, a nice large kitchen and off that was your laundry room. I loved that you didn’t have to queue for a sunbed. It was nice and quiet by the pool. It is a residential block so just take in mind that people do live there but that did not bother us. these apartments are very convenient to the beach restaurant and pubs. Can’t wait to return next year.

• Lianne (2/5): Like shameless on steds - Central, the pool area was nice but no shade at all and NO MUSIC permitted not even a small speaker. Not much else. I recently had the misfortune of staying in this holiday apartment that was nothing short of a nightmare. It was like something from shameless and felt like I was in the middle of a rough housing estate, The listing portrayed it as a cozy and comfortable holiday home, but the reality was a far cry from that image. The nightmare started as I had checked into the airport I got a WhatsApp message from the company saying there had been an admin error and I had to pay an extra €225 on top of €537 for a 5 night stay as booking.com had told them the 4 children were 0 instead of all 16, I previously highlighted this and I was told by booking.com I had hired the apartment which had an occupancy of 6 but this was not the case. The company left it till I was boarding the plane to whatsapp me to say I had to pay extra by bank transfer or we couldn’t check in- I’m sure you can imagine the stress. The company then said I was trying to rip them off and cheat- who takes 4 zero year olds on holiday? I explained the child ages on booking.com is 0-17 and showed them screen shots but they wouldn’t have it. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place was not intended for holidays' but rather a makeshift rental crammed into a very very noisy residential block. The apartment itself was nothing like the pictures with neighbours who were clearly annoyed by the constant stream of temporary tenants. The walls were paper-thin, meaning I could hear every word of the loud arguments from the flat next door, and over the way as well as local children screaming outside, playing football until past midnight and the blaring TV late into the night along with hundreds of screaming cats, every balcony opposite had at least 2. Their was also building work that started at 9am till late in the afternoon drilling, banging and chatting. Privacy and peace were nonexistent. Its cramped and uncomfortable. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday home steer clear of this place.

• Kay (8/5): Stay costa adeje - Location was great. Swimming pool was clean and a good size. Place was clean and had everything you needed. Very spacous. Sofa in lounge uncomfortable, Cushons outside on bench made from crates thin hard. Neighbours arguing, no view from balcony. No info on site stating mainly residental complex with few holiday customers. Television no english channels.
• Cameron (5/5): Clean but very annoyed about cats and locals - Clean good location Neighbours are local residents so lots of noise and kids playing in the areas outside . Lots of homeless cats on the block that the locals feed , these cats whine and make noise all night , was a struggle to sleep at night because of the constant noise from the cats
