• EBY (8/5): - The location is fantastic being opposite to the train station Instructions to the place were clearly stated. The room size, its spacious. The bed is comfortable The staff were quite unresponsive, The bathroom doesn't have much air ventilation so it gets very hot and humid after a few showers and no iron Kitchen workstation is limited.
• Felicia (5/5): - the sofa and bddrooms were nice and the location was close to the waters and there were many towels provided. The staff were quite unresponsive. The check in details were quite unclear for foreigners I’d say, especially the way you have to park if the outside spots have been taken was very unpleasantly communicated. The floor was not fully swept clean. The bathroom doesnt have much air ventilation so it gets very hot and humid after a few showers. It gets very loud outside bc this apartment is located next to the main road, so I recommend earplugs!

• Georgios (1/5): Bad - Proximity to city center. Good connection to city center with the tram. The property was not clean. In the flour you could find hair of previous tenants. You could also see many ants. This is for me unacceptable, especially I this price class. The payment process was troublesome. (Double charge from booking and the hotel). Needed some emails to get it sorted.

Good to lay on, too wide to sit confortably.. many wine glasses which is good, add more mugs, Read many comments about bathroom. We did not have any issue..It is not on you that water spreads out.. We suggest to hang a reminder on the wall and tell customer not to turn on knob %100. 60% is sufficient. It worked for us…

• Joyce (8/5): We had a good short stay at the apt. My friends and I appreaciated the space. - it was in a quiet neighbourhood, well kept and clean. Instructions to the place were clearly stated. When we shower, the whole floor was wet. It may be better if the shower curtain touches the floor and if possible having a shower door is better. Also there was no place to put the washed plates and I guess the owner would have wanted us to use the dishwasher.
• Archit (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is easily reachable from Zürich HB with a 10 mins train ride and is located a short distance away from the train & bus stations. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean having all modern amenities and it perfectly matched the provided description & pictures. All the cutlery required, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, washing liquid & sponge, washing machine were available. Coop is nearby and easily accessible on foot. All the instructions were provided before our arrival on Booking.com, Daniele was easily reachable, hospitable and answered all queries over text. We had a wonderful time in Zürich & beautiful Switzerland and can’t wait to visit again! Nothing, everything was perfect.

• Lina (8/5): Very good - almost everything.....the room size, its spacious. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is furnished with cooking items, like salt, oil, ect. The location is fantastic being opposite to the train station. since the weather is warm when we stayed there, we had to open the window in the evening, but it was so noisy as too much traffic from the main road. We could not sleep well. window closed- too warm. window open-too noisy.
