• Katia (8/5): - Les intentions de l'hôte, petit mot en français, petits gâteaux, eau fraiche dans le frigo. Maison typique de Séoul, très bien équipée. Le logement est sombre, avec les fenêtres opaques. Mais c'est typique des anciennes maisons coréenne.

• Alessandro B. (10/5): Lovely apartment in Seoul - We stayed at Midam Stay for 3 nights during our visit in Seoul and I have to say it was perfect. The apartment is located in a quiet alley and in a very strategic location that allowed us to visit many places in Seoul by foot. It was very clean when we arrived and it is very well equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen that we used every day to prepare our own food. The bed was very comfortable and together with the quiet location we really had good night sleeps. The host is just fantastic and the communication with them was great before and during our stay. There is no parking near the accommodation and they went above and beyond to help us find a cheap parking space. Definitely a place I would go back to if I'm back in Seoul! 100% recommended!

• S (9/5): - Mooie en schone woning. Duidelijke uitleg van de host. Dichtbij het openbaar vervoer. Er zijn twee een persoonsbedden die erg onprettig liggen, echter na dit bij de host te hebben aangegeven kregen we een topper voor erop waarna we lekker konden slapen. Het is erg gehorig (leef geluiden van de buren)

Owner is very friendly and caring. This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had when booking an apartment. Apartment is very clean, you can clearly see that it has been well maintained.

• Delajia (10/5): 非常好 - 地理位置非常方便，距离孔德站很近，6号出口出来大概步行15分钟。小巷子上楼梯就是韩民族日报社公交站。房东可以不见面直接安排入住，这点也非常好。另外，入住时收到了手写的便条和小橘子。非常感谢。住了五天，在寒冷的韩国，暖气开的非常足。三个朋友一起入住也是非常方便的。冰箱、洗衣机、微波炉、开水壶、吹分机等电器都有，基本的餐具也都齐全。再次感谢房主。 如果要说的话，可以考虑在室内张贴一个关于韩国垃圾分类的指南宣传画，特别是针对外国人的。中文的、英文的版本，这样的话对于垃圾分类的工作就会减少一些困惑。

• gabriele (10/5): Ottimo alloggio a Seoul - La casa era molto carina e accogliente (e calda), molto pulita, lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima perché si trova abbastanza vicino a due stazioni della metro, una delle quali direttamente collegata con l'aeroporto di Incheon.

Está muy completo y ha cumplido con todas las expectativas. Bastante silencioso para descansar bien. El anfitrión muy pendiente de si tenemos alguna necesidad y nos dio instrucciones para llegar desde el aeropuerto que nos ayudó mucho. Por decir algo que la lavadora nos costó entenderlo.

El anfitrión fue siempre amable y atento a cualquier consulta. La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable, con dos estaciones de metro cerca y muchas líneas de autobuses a sólo pasos. También hay restaurantes, bares y tiendas de conveniencia en la zona. La cama de la habitación individual es bastante dura.
• dongel (10/5): - This place had everything we needed and more! It was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. European-style power outlets, plenty of towels, a proper iron, and a fully equipped kitchen — nothing was missing. There was even a bidet-style toilet, which was a great bonus. The location is also fantastic, very close to both the bus and metro. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Compared to our stay in Japan, this place was far better in every way. Every room had air conditioning, and they had thoughtfully provided everything from laundry detergent to shampoo, shower gel, drinking water in the fridge, a sewing kit, and even games! Korean people were so friendly and helpful — we truly loved our time in Korea. If you’re planning to visit Seoul, don’t leave things to chance — stay at Midam Stay. You won’t regret it

• Yeshika (9/5): A very comfortable stay - The property was as described. Host made every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. The attention to detail by the host and a sweet gesture of keeping traditional Korean dress in the room for us to take pictures indoors as well as prompt communication and friendliness. Definitely recommended place to stay on your visit to Seoul.

It’s well equipped, spacious and the whole vibe made it feel like we were at our own home. The host was very warm, friendly and always there to help. She even made sure to keep a check on whether we needed anything. The locality is super safe and accessible to major areas. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and choose it for myself the next time I visit Seoul.

The space itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect—convenient and close to everything, making it easy to explore the city. We truly loved our time here and can’t wait to come back. If you're looking for a place that feels like home in Seoul, this is the one! Highly recommend!

The accomodation is clean and you can see the host is very thoughtful with all the room design and setup. There is a bus stop right at the corner so it is very convinient. You need to bring your own brush and toothpaste tho but there are convinient stores everywhere so there are no problems.

Location is great, easy to get to/from the airport by bus or metro, and is close to 2 metro stations, only 3 stations away from the center. Lots of places to eat around. Neighbourhood is a bit dark at night but I felt safe everywhere. We enjoy our stay there a lot
