Bardzo dobry hotel, dobrze zlokalizowany, jak ktoś przylatuje samolotem i dojeżdża metrem do Ernakulam to od stacji ledwie 2 minuty, od głównej stacji kolejowej Ernakulam Jn 5 minut, blisko wielu restauracji i sklepów, do promu do Fort Kochin ok. 20 minut pieszo. Jak na indyjskie standardy to niemal wybitnie czysto, no i ten papier w łazience! Łóżko dwuosobowe faktycznie dwuosobowe a nie półtoraosobowe, zestaw kosmetyków, okno w pokoju!!! Jedyny minus to w pokoju bez klimy wiatrak trochę nie domagał i było dość duszno w nocy ale do przeżycia, ręcznik trochę dawał chlorem ale najważniejsze że był. Wiem że to może zbyt wielkie oczekiwanie, ale super by było gdyby dawali dwa ręczniki na dwóch gości a nie jeden.

• Lucie (8/5): Ok pour une nuit et seul - La chambre de 8m2 est suffisante pour une nuit et une personne. C'est un endroit safe et convenable pour se reposer entre deux étapes de voyage. La réception est arrangeante et a organisé mon checkout et mon transfert à l'aéroport à 2h du matin (avec un chauffeur très sympa et prudent sur la route) La salle de bain est très petite. La chambre était assez poussiéreuse. Pas de couverture sur le lit

The staff were okay and handled basic requests adequately. The mattress, bed covers, pillow covers, and towels appeared quite old and had visible stains, which affected overall comfort. Noise from other rooms was noticeable at times, impacting sleep quality.

• Venkiteswaran (7/5): Ok, double bed room should be more spacious, seems crammed, need drinking water in each floor - Location near Ernakulam Junction Station and South Metro. Both walkable distance only. 5 floor building with lift facility. Only one veg hotel near this place, one has to walk towards MG Road for a better hotel. The check in time as 12 hrs and check out at 11.30 am, is nit conducive to thise who take traibs after 12 pm, especially all long distance trains. They don't cater to 24 hrs time of check-in and checkout which is a disadvantage to travelling persons.
