Guest Reviews
- Federico (8/5): -
- Alberto (8/5): Muy buena opción -
- Francisco (8/5): Very good -
- Mihaela (9/5): Safe area with direct connections by public transport with city center - The apartment is in a safe, quiet, and residential area, with supermarkets, and local restaurants with lower prices.
The public transport is only 7 min of walking. Some buses directly connect you with the city center.
There are mosquitoes in the area, so close the windows when the light is on and try to bring your device to protect from mosquitoes.
Inside the apartment, you will find comfy beds, good pressure, and hot water in the shower if you wait for 1-2 minutes. In the kitchen, there are 2 big fridges and a gas cooker where you can prepare your meal. The apartment has several balconies, the bathrooms have windows.
For us, it was a reasonable solution, value for money. Bear in mind is just a place to stay for a short stay, clean, and safe trip.
It is not a luxurious place so keep your expectations for Rome. Some things can easily be improved, like a simple set of stickers, names, or drawings on all the white doors, even a dedicated name written on each white door, or at least some marks on the toilet doors.
He had 3 sets of keys during our stay. I've communicated with 2 persons via booking and WhatsApp: the first one, I would not recommend. The guy tried to charge extra for things like dropping our backpack before check-in with 60 euros, even if we did not ask to check in, only to leave our bags in a corner. For toilet paper: we've discovered we had only one pcs of toilet paper in each bathroom, he said we have to buy ourselves.
Luckily, on the day we arrived, he sent me another contact to discuss with. This person was as any host needs to be: normal, excellent communication, with respect and solutions, he provided us with toilet paper without any extra charge.
- Sigua (9/5): Superb -
- Ecaterina (6/5): Pleasant -
- Cristian (10/5): Perfection is at Group Apartment Roma - The flat is large, clean, beautiful and very comfortable. You feel better than in your own home, also cosy for a big group. I remembered what it was like to sleep like a baby after long days in and around Rome. Perfect for group chats and in a place where you enjoy the peace. I couldn't stay longer
- Mechkova (5/5): Not good at all - Location was good. Not very good transport to the center but this is city issue. The neighborhood was good. It was dirty. There was no aircondition just one fan for the whole property. There was no mosquito net so there were a lot of mosquitoes. The mattress of some beds was very uncomfortable. Shower in one of the bathroom could not stay on the wall because the holder was broken so it was hard to take a shower. There was no Wi-Fi we were told that there is some issue with the network. The only one TV doesn't have cable so it doesn't work.
- Francheska (4/5): Has potential - The property was located near the center , we were able to obtain scooters , bikes as well as taxis to the center The property does not have Air conditioner, the water sometimes does not get hot , the washer flooded the apartment twice . The worst part about it is the mosquitos !!! There was so many of them , we didn’t even know what to do . Since there is no AC it got hot and we had to leave the window and doors open ! The host also added that we had to get our own toilet paper
