• Kelly (10/5): Stunning! - Memory foam pillow and mattress was a real treat! The place was clean throughout and the staff gave clear instructions on how to check in and gain access. Room was modern and visually stunning with fridge amenities, aswell as fully stocked bathroom. Balcony was typical of Naples so was quite small too but this was only minor inconvenience. View and double balcony doors were amazing.

• Dominik (9/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder - Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Die Kommunikation und die Sauberkeit waren sehr gut. Vor allem wurde vorausschauend ein Wäscheständer gegeben um feuchte Tücher zu trocknen. Sehr freundlich! Im Bad ist die Ablagefläche sehr minimal.

• Federica (9/5): Tutto ok - Gestore molto disponibile per farci lasciare i bagagli prima dell’orario del check-in e per tenerli il giorno successivo dopo il check out. Molto facile l’accesso. Unica pecca: poco insonorizzato e chiaramente, trovandosi a Napoli, il rumore è tanto. Oltre alla luce in camera.

• Marie Theres (9/5): Sehr zu empfehlen: tolle Lage, schöne Zimmer, super Betreuung - Die Lage war großartig und die Zimmer wunderschön. Auch die Betreuung war toll und unkompliziert via WhatsApp. Die Unterkunft war toll, das einzige, dass nicht perfekt war, war für uns die Matratze. Uns wäre eine harte Matratze lieber gewesen, als die Memory-Matratze. Trotzdem werden wir wieder kommen 🤩

• Laura (10/5): Posizione ottima e struttura pulitissima. Il soggiorno è stato veramente piacevole e la gentilissima Daniela ci ha cons - Pulito, ordinato e tranquillo
• agnese (6/5): Poca trasparenza nella descrizione della struttura - La camera è situata in una struttura nuova e pulita in zona Plebiscito molto comoda. La Camera è al terzo piano dell'edificio e nell'annuncio è scritto che c'è l'ascensore ma non c'è scritto che arriva solo fino al secondo piano. Bisogna poi salire tre rampe di scale molto ripide in pietra, assolutamente non adatte se si hanno problemi di deambulazione e comunque molto scomode. Io sono andata a Napoli per accompagnare mio marito a delle visite mediche dopo un intervento alla schiena ed è stato un problema. Ho evitato polemiche ma è scorretto non segnalare la mancanza di ascensore al piano. Mi meraviglia che nessun ospite abbia messo in evidenza questo aspetto.

The fragrance sprayed in the room was way too strong, but couldn’t (or i wouldn’t want to) open the doors as flies would come in :( but otherwise great place!

Very complicated check in and you have to take the stairs in some part. small room, there were no windows only one on the celling, kind of feels like dungeon. The host was helpful and available but wrote me with impatient which was rude, I guess it’s because the cultural differences because it happens a lot in Italy.

L’host è stato molto disponibile e gentile, il check-in è stato semplice e abbiamo ricevuto tutte le informazioni necessarie. Comodo anche il parcheggio convenzionato nelle vicinanze (non incluso nel prezzo) per chi viaggia in auto. Nel complesso, una ottima esperienza!

• Marcus (8/5): Centralt och trevligt boende - Centralt boende, välstädat och fräscht. Personalen visade oss runt AC var kass för oss i vårt rum. Den fortsatte pumpa kall luft trots att vi höjde den. Personalen glömde att ta betalt för citytax så vi fick lämna 10€ på rummet.
• W (9/5): Clean, perfect location, lovely host, will book again! - We stayed for a week at FiDa rooms and the communication was very good from the start. Annachiara is a lovely host and made sure to check in with us regularly on the day of arrival to make sure we were able to find the place and meet us upon arrival. The location is perfect and felt safe: -Suggest to take the Alibus from the airport till the last stop at the port and then it's a 10-15 mins walk (bit up steep so for those who have mobility issues may want to take the metro to Chiaia station which is a 2 mins walk to FiDa). There is a lift and then one and a half stairs to reach the top level, FiDa rooms. Annachiara offered to carry our luggage up the last bit, super sweet. The building is also very secure with access codes for the main door and to access the lift and FiDa front door. -Easy walk to the port if you plan a trip to Capri, Amalfi, Prochida etc by ferry / boat. -In the same street there is a little corner shop, buy your bottled water there! Cheap and helpful owner. - around the corner walking towards Chiaia metro station there is a local bakery with local prices and good quality pastry -in the same street of FiDa is a takeaway pizzeria if you fancy a quick bite or want to take some with you to have by the beach side. Rooms are clean, extra pillows and duvet if needed. Cleaned every day and clean towels every 3 days. Good air-conditioning. Bathroom with hair dryer. Good WiFi. We mostly appreciated Annachiara's help and suggestions where to go and eat in Napels. We tried 2 restaurants she suggested and the food and service were so nice and delicious we went to them both twice haha. She also left an extra clothing rack for us after a couple of days, without asking, to dry our towels (the bathroom has limited space to hang your towels) which was sweet and so helpful. She made sure to check in with us a couple of times during our stay to make sure everything was fine with us. It's these little things we appreciated the most. Nothing really... if I was to be really picky then maybe the kettle in the room could maybe be replaced with a new one? We only used it once on our first day and kettle left the boiled water a bit murky and a funny taste... but we didn't tell Anna, so I'm sure they would have fixrd this for us if we mentioned this :) I mean, who needs tea if you can have coffee at every corner in Napels haha Just be aware at check out you can't use the lift to go down, because you need the key for that 😆

• Morgan (10/5): The best place to stay while in Naples - Everything about this property was perfect. I believe my stay here was in part the reason I fell in love with Naples right away. The host was incredible!! They are kind, responsive, and accommodating. As for location, despite being in an unfamiliar location and solo traveling I felt that the neighborhood was safe. The property is also conveniently located close to a couple great locations for sightseeing & restaurants. The room was stunning! The tall curtains with the balconies were a beautiful feature, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean/great water pressure and temperature consistency in the shower. I can’t wait to return to Naples & know this will be the property I choose to stay at! I have no complaints about this property!

Close to Spanish underground tunnels, and pizza plebiscito. Easy to jump on a bus to other areas and sites. Highly recommend this property. Couldn’t fault it.

• Natália (10/5): Best place in Napoli - This apartment is very very nice, spacious, clean and cozy. Better then on photos. I recomend it also for the position. It is close to historic centre, just few steps to Plaza Plebiscito and also to Molo Beverelo. They do everyday cleaning also. Daniela, the owner was perfect. I hope to come back early:) There was nothing bad.
