Eravamo stati avvisati del check-in tardivo, ma il proprietario della struttura è stato scortese con noi al telefono e ci ha detto che non siamo un hotel e che non vi avrebbe aperto gli appartamenti. Non gli importava che fossi con due figli minorenni. Si è rifiutato di restituire i soldi. Fate attenzione, perché gli appartamenti non sono nemmeno indicati come hotel.

• Phillip (7/5): Large spacus room, nice walk to city centre but you do have to share amenities with others - Good location, large room with lots of space and storage. Very comfy bed and lovely balcony. No hot water when we went for a shower (shared bathroom), you need your phone to enter to build but mine had died so couldn’t get into the apartment. You can also hear the person next to you so was noisy

• Merey (1/5): Bad - Terrible Experience at Beige Room – 9 Via Lodovico Settala, Milan Our stay at Beige Room from December 12 to 13, 2024, was absolutely unacceptable and deeply distressing. I traveled with my friend Fariza Tapalova to celebrate her birthday, but instead of a pleasant trip, we experienced a complete nightmare. Upon check-in, we were not provided with clear instructions on how to access the building and apartment. We were told all the necessary information would be available on Booking.com, but this turned out to be false. When we returned to the property at 3:00 AM, we were unable to enter the building. We tried contacting the host 20 times, but no one responded. We were left outside in the cold for an entire hour, from 3:00 to 4:00 AM, begging neighbors to let us into the building. Finally, a kind neighbor opened the door for us. However, we still couldn’t access the apartment. With no other options, we were forced to sleep in the elevator from 4:00 to 8:00 AM to avoid freezing. Our phones had died after repeated attempts to reach the host. In the morning, when we finally managed to get through, instead of receiving help or an apology, the host yelled at us. This caused me to break down in tears due to the stress of the situation. The entire incident ruined our trip, destroyed our plans to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and caused her to fall ill. If you think we are exaggerating or lying, you can contact the building staff, who saw us in the elevator in the morning. Four neighbors also witnessed the situation and tried to call the host themselves to help us. For the €91 we paid, we didn’t receive even the basic comfort or safety we expected. Instead, we faced physical and emotional distress, ending up in a humiliating and dangerous situation. We demand a full refund, as well as compensation for the damages and medical expenses incurred due to the cold. We strongly advise against booking this property.

• Ruth (10/5): Amazing - This was such a beautiful stay, and let me just say the room was enormous, was not expecting it but it was just huge. It was difficult at first to find exactly where the place was because the complex isn’t exactly called the beige room but other than that I would 10/10 recommend and next time I come back to Milan I will 10000% be rebooking

• Semir (10/5): Perfect, all that I need on a trip - Property and location is excellent. Room is perfectly clean and tidy with all necessary accessories in it. Host is nice and welcoming. Beautiful caffe/bakery at building, with excellent coffee and breakfast options. A lot of shops close by and metro station near accommodation.
