Ble presentert et skjema hvor jeg skulle skrive romnr og navn + eventuelt tips når jeg forlot. Irriterende! Ble også litt overrasket når jeg brukte hotell parkering som viste seg å ligge ca 1 km unna. Med en kostbar leiebil så var det litt ugreit å tenke at noe kunne hende. Ble ikke opplyst om det ved ankomst.

Bar, Pool & Rooftop magical I would have loved a bath in room but also disappointed on last night when Lady came to do turn-down we told her we were leaving in 15 min and to come back she said yes but she didn't. We were left with no clean towels or toilet paper. Had to call up for toilet paper. Really only disappointing. But also for the price of room I think a continental breakfast should be provided. Anything more should be charged

Breakfast is great up on the top floor. Location is perfect for the central sights and 5/10mins from the metro. Loads of restaurants up towards Brera area.

Nos indicou diversos passeios e em especial o do Lago de Como! A localização da propriedade é excelente. O café da manhã é saboroso mas com poucas opções!

The front desk and concierge staff are very friendly and helpful, but the restaurant/rooftop team is quite the opposite – they’re snobbish and leave you talking to yourself. You have to get up and look for them to order a drink or ask for the check – a total disappointment. For a luxury service, as they advertise themselves, they need to improve this ASAP.

Various common spaces from a bar with a rooftop view to the urban garden. Beautiful light design and cozy atmosphere. I have a room with panoramic windows without the option to open them, hard to breath only with a conditioner. Breakfast could be more various.

Very quiet location which is very rare for a centrally located Milano hotel. The staff is incredible team of young people who are very enthusiastic about their work. Valet parking works well, the car returned without any single scratch which is not a usual Milan hotels experience . Nothing

This property is the reason that staying big brand names is overrated and not nearly as impressive as boutique hotels. The room was spacious, clean, smartly designed to give big windows and natural light. Very comfortable. The pool ok the rooftop is the cherry on top. Incredible views, great deck. There is nothing to dislike
