Ronald (3/5): The one redeeming feature was the location Will not return. Wanted to leave asap. - The location. Lack of Heating upstairs. Damp bedrooms. Plastic flooring throughout downstairs. Dirty sofas. Dark kitchen. Total lack of home comforts. Downstairs only toilet. No welcome pack/basic provisions ie salt and pepper. No visitors book for feedback. Needs a deep clean.
