• Francesco (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno ad Osaka - Ottimo Appartmento, in una piccola via pedonale. Ottima posizione per visitare la città, con metro vicina e combini a due passi. Ben arredato con tutti i comfort. Lo staff anche se da remoto è stato gentile e cordiale Forse un po più di pulizia, c’era polvere su lampadari e scaffali, ma comunque un buon compromesso qualità prezzo

• Alan (4/5): Great apartment, but truly woeful owner communication. - Comfortable bed, good facilities Terrible communication, wrong PIN number to access key lock at front door. Terrible photos of front of apartment make it extreme difficult to find. Guests must have a Japanese mobile number to call booking agent - cannot make a wifi call. After emailing owner/agent the list of problems: never got a reply or apology. Be careful - there are several apartment buildings in different parts of Osaka called Bijou Apartments.

• Alysse (10/5): A comfortable well-situated accommodation for a fun stay in Osaka. - This is a really cool location in a residential alleyway, which allowed us to feel integrated into city life. The location is close to great restaurants and an excellent large grocer. We also were able to walk to the covered mall and train station on a well-paved safe road. We would absolutely stay here again. Probably our favorite accommodation during a 3-week stay in Japan. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. The apartment was clean when we dropped our bags well before check-in, but the host wouldn't permit early check in at that time. This was arbitrary and inconvenient, when really it would have been easy for them to just permit us to check in early. Overall it worked out, but just was not the customer service level we expected.
• David (8/5): A nice place in close proximity to what we needed. - The location was very close to the station and local shopping. It was very tight to enter, whilst trying to dodge bicycles rocketing down the narrow lane outside the front door.
• Stephen (8/5): Good value two bedroom house, don't expect to swing a cat - Very modern and clean house, albeit very small. Good value for two bedroom property in Osaka. Very difficult to find the property which is tucked away down a side street, even a local didn't know where it was from the information provided. Host states suitcases must be left by door in entrance, which is physically impossible for four people.
• Mardelle (8/5): Very enjoyable - The inside had everything you need and it was close to metro once you figured out where the house was located. Instructions on how to get to the unit need to be updated as the house is in a dark and narrow alley. Online pictures show a building that has been removed so we didn’t know where the alley was to turn.

• Bryan (9/5): Superb - Great location. 500m walk to local train station. 12min walk to Osaka Loop (JR Pass). Main bedroom has two double beds. 2nd bedroom has a double bed. .
• Sukkie (10/5): Exceptional - Brand new apartment with great design finish throughout. I was surprised how well considered the apartment was, I wanted to extend our stay! Would have been nice to have a dining table and chairs downstairs instead of the uncomfortable sofa and a low table that wasn’t big enough.
• Stephen (9/5): Lovely place in a quite location, close to lots of public transport - The location is very quiet at day and night. The property is very clean. Free slippers on arrival. TV downstairs to use Toilet with heated seats which also cleans your rear (we just don't have these toilets in the UK) Washing Machine (but we didn't use it) Price was good. Roughly 5 minutes walk to the nearest train station, but stop, and a nice little tea place. Air con in the rooms Getting the keys was easy, as we received the combination code the night before we arrived. The place is suitable for 3 people. There is a room with 1 bed, and another room with 2 beds. Although the overall place is a bit small, you will get used to it. The place was a little tricky to find, so use a maps app to help you find it. We were not informed on how to use the keys to open the door, and given we arrived at night it took a couple of minutes to figure out. You have two locks, and both must be turned one way and then the other for the door to unlock. The bed was too firm for me, which made it hard to sleep/
