• Angel (10/5): Amazing stay in Rome - Excellent service from the host; she was very kind and attentive. The location is excellent, the apartment was clean and confortable, our stay at Chez Monti was the perfect complement to some incredible days in Rome.
• David (10/5): Pergect Base bubble to visit Rome - Francexca was really helpful, allowed an early checkin which helped a lot with luggage ousts. Location was great.. walk to colloseium, trevi and loads of restaurants. Only 1 thing I can think of.. it's on a street, which has some passing traffic... but it's a small street, with the odd passing vehicle. and every other place will have the same.. it's Rome!

• Pieter555 (10/5): Mooi en praktisch appartement op een toplocatie. Ideaal voor gezin van 3/4! - Mooi appartement op een top locatie! In een gezellige buurt waar je 's avonds rustig iets kan gaan eten of drinken - of het Colosseum gaan bekijken! Vlakbij een supermarkten en bij de metrohalte. Het appartement was zeker ruim genoeg voor ons gezin (2 volwassenen en 2 tieners). Het bed was heel goed, de tieners vonden het ook een goede slaapbank. Aanwezig: thee, koffie, vaatwastabletten, shampoo, zeep. Keuken materiaal voldoende aanwezig (enkel wat weinig glazen maar dat is een detail). Wij raden deze plek aan! De douche is klein, zoals je ziet op de foto's. Maar ze werkte prima hoor!

• NOELIA (10/5): Recomiendo - Fuimos 2 adultos y dos niñas de 8 y 10 años, y la ubicación estaba muy bien para moverse caminando. Las camas y almohadas super cómodas. Pudimos ingresar antes también y eso colaboró a una buena experiencia porque llegamos muy cansados. Tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar y comer ahí. También para fregar y lavar la ropa. También fue fácil de ubicar. Nada, todo estaba bien.

• Daniela (10/5): Lovely stay in the heart of Monti - We had a truly pleasant stay at Chez Monti. The apartment is clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The bed is excellent — we slept wonderfully after long days exploring Rome. Access to the apartment was smooth and easy, and communication with Francesca was outstanding from the very beginning. She was kind, responsive and made everything feel effortless. The location is simply perfect — in the charming Monti neighbourhood, surrounded by great cafés, restaurants and local atmosphere, yet within walking distance of all the most important sights of Rome. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Rome in an authentic and comfortable way. Everything was great!

• Aga T. (8/5): Dobre lokum z niedociągnięciami - Swietna lokalizacja, salon z kuchnią i osobna sypialnia idealna dla 3 osób. Poczęstunek od gospodyni i ręczniki w cenie. Wygodne łóżka, dużą przestrzeń. Łazienka dramatyczna. Bardzo wyslużona kabina, mała, trudno się umyć. Zdecydowanie pomieszczenie wymagające remontu i większej czystości, choćby umycia kafelków. Hałas z ulicy oraz klatki schodowej bardzo słyszalny.

• Ana (10/5): - El apartamento muy bien, amplio, limpio y cómodo. El check in muy cómodo y la comunicación con Francesca genial, muy rápida respondiendo a los mensajes. La pega que le pongo al apartamento es que no tiene nada de luz natural en el salón/cocina pero como hemos pasado todo el día en la calle no ha sido ningún problema.

Arredamento nuovo e piacevole, gli spazi sono relativamente ampi e c'è possibilità ampio frigorifero (non sempre è così) e microonde. il quartiere è molto caratteristico e, sebbene centrale, regna la quiete e la tipicità. sicuramente da visitare per assaporare la vita romana Purtroppo la finestra in camera lasciava entrare un po' troppi rumori (anche il semplice vociare di chi passava per la strada) o l'auto che passava. Sembrava quasi non avere il vetro! La cosa buona è che si affaccia su una strada con pochissimo passaggio notturno. Per il bagno, tuttavia, mi sarei aspettato una pulizia più attenta, specie nella doccia

Пълен със заведения и малки симпатични магазинчета. От жилището до Колизеума се стига много бързо пеша. Управителят Франческа ни осигури допълнителни завивки, веднага щом поискахме. Няма такова.
• Vipal (7/5): - Location was great. Centrally located to everything. Plenty of eateries nearby. The host was very easy to deal with. She was very helpful. The apartment needs good cleaning. The floor was dirty, pile of dust under the bed - not ideal for someone with a dust allergy. Cutlery was also not cleaned properly.

But could be a lot better if cleanliness is improved. - Location, room size, good AC - Apartment can be cleaner: - bedsheet has light stains on it. - shower cube can use a deep cleaning - walls, ledges and appliances (ie. dusts on ledges, remotes, hair dryer etc, stains/bug on backsplash/wall) needs cleaning

• Cenk (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Walking distance to Colosseum and Termjni. And yet on a quiet street; which is great. Rome was extremely hot during our stay and, especially with two kids, we had to come back every afternoon to take a shower and freshen up and leave again at 5pm. Location really helped for that matter. Our host, Francesca was extremely helpful. She responded to our questions quickly and helped us with our requests.

• Laura (10/5): Perfect location, great host, good value - a slice of Rome! - Perfect location, great apartment with everything we needed for our family of four to explore Rome over a long weekend. Francesca was quick to respond to any questions and recommendations. There was one tiny issue-we let Francesca know and it was sorted straight away-fab host! It was super comfy, quiet, easy to find, secure, in the heart of the historic area. We love to use apartments to really get a feel of the place we’re staying and so we can take it easy with the children-feels more relaxed and homely. Nothing-all fab!

• Wojciech (10/5): It was very perfect. - The host was very accommodating and lovely to deal with. The host who communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure everything was good. Very clean, beautiful location with many wonderful places to eat nearby. Our family of four adults fit comfortably at the apartment. The sofa bed was really comfortable. The host thought of little things for the guests which was nice (small bottle of champagne, recommendations of restaurants nearby, welcome treats). She allowed us the luggage after check out for a few hour more. The place was close to all major attractions and had everything needed for the stay. The apartment is very close metro station (Cavour - Line B) for only 5 minutes walk. -

• Ligita (10/5): Perfect location, good and clean apartment, excellent communication with the host. - Very good communication with the host. Perfect location - 12 minutes walk from Rome Termini station and some 12 minutes walk from Colosseum. Shops and cafes in 2-4 minutes walking distance. Host has prepared list with shops and cafes nearby. Metro station (Cavour - line B) in 4 minutes walk from the apartment. In case you need to iron your clothes, you need to warn the host beforehand - there is no iron in the apartment. There are also 2-3 steps down when you walk to the bathroom - you just have to remember that when you go there sleepy at night.

• Heather (9/5): We would stay at Chez Monti again! - We love staying in the Monti neighbourhood and this was a great location. Quiet at night, but close to all the great spots in Monti. Air conditioning was a great relief to return to after a hot day of sightseeing! Nothing. Everything was great. Francesca was really easy to communicate with.

• Amir (9/5): Superb - 1. Francesca is a wonderful host, arranged for our airport to apt. and apt. to cruise port transportation which worked very well and removed hassle from our trip. She also responded in a timely manner for everything we needed during our stay. 2. The location is very close to some of the best attractions, food places and also a mini market.which helped as we needed get water and snacks from time to time. 3. Self check-in process worked fine without any issues. 1. There is a small flight of stairs (not a lot of steps but certainly a bit steep) that takes you to the first floor where the apt. is located. - with luggage that you have to carry up, it can be a problem for those who have back issues or are elderly. Was not an issue with us but this info. might help someone. 2. The A/C works well in the apartment but the level of cooling in the bedroom was not as effective as it is in the rest of the apt. due to the distance between the cooling unit and the room,. It was not terrible but worth mentioning - we visited during the extreme heat time so that also may have to do with it as well.

• Keola (8/5): Great stay, bedroom noise a bit loud - Our family of four adults fit comfortably at the apartment. The host thought of little things for the guests which was nice (small bottle of champagne, welcome letter, recommendations of restaurants nearby). The unit had a washer which was great and there’s a laundry service around the corner for those who don’t like to air dry clothes. Very clean unit as well and the sofa bed was really comfortable. The bedroom had contact noise from the window to the outside. The couple who stayed in it had a hard time sleeping. To get to the unit, there are steep stairs, which was hard for luggage and our cane-user. We had to go out and buy laundry detergent but that was probably an oversight from the cleaning service since there was an empty bottle there.

It would have been nice to have some extra amenities like hand soap and detergent for the washing machine. There were some bottles of detergent but they were empty.

• Gregory (8/5): Spacious apartment in convenient location - Spacious with separate bedroom, convenient location and relatively quiet. Located on 1st floor, through security door to street then up a short steep set of stairs. Lovely host, great communication Mattress was a tad uncomfortable- perhaps a mattress topper would fix this

The host is extremely nice and helpful and very hospitable- she left us welcome drinks which was a lovely gesture and was very approachable- she gave us super advice for everything needed around us and was very kind to allow us to leave our baggage in the flat after the check out time. The location is wonderful- nearly 10 minutes walk from the colosseum which allowed us to visit it many times including at night time - magnificent 😉 All the main attractions in Rome are within walking distance and the flat is also close to the train station and 50euro taxi from the airport 😍

She even has a compiled journal providing information on the area of Monti and places around. She had kept a complimentary welcome bottle of appertif! The room itself was spacious and kitchen was equipped. The sofa cum bed in the living room is large and as good as the main bed. TV in both rooms, washing machine are a plus. The room is on the first floor- so be prepared to carry your luggage up a fairly narrow flight of stairs! 😀
• Daniel (10/5): FANTABULOUS - The only existing word I know which can describe the appartment, it's location, quality, comfort and first of all the attitude of our noble host Francesca is: FANTABULOUS. Thank you Francesca. Thanks to you and your lovely appartment we could use during our short stay in Rome we will have only best memories and will never forget Rome and very friendly Italian people. The appartment was equipped with everything we required. It was neat and tidy and what was the most important located in the city centre only few minutes walk from Colosseum and other historical places of Rome. In the area there are also a lot of lovely restaurants, cafe's, shops and other points where we could buy freshly made cornetto's or try gelatto. That's all about object and it's location. But without Francesca - the host - it would be only one of many appartments. Thanks to the extraordinary friendly, helpful and proactive attitude of our host, always ready to give a valuable advice we could feel not like a clients but like a guests - the members of her family. The host, which unfortunately we did not meet - was extremely helpful and friendly all over the process. Main room a bit small for a family of 4

Home away from home. - The apartment is very centrally located within easy walking distance to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, the Metro, great restaurants, bars, convenience stores and local artisans. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and there is an extra sofa bed if needed. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Francesca was extremely helpful and sent us great tips on how to get there easily, and also left us information on where to eat, where the supermarkets were and where to find the best gelato. We appreciated the little touches in the apartment that made us feel welcome. We would happily recommend the apartment and will definitely stay there again when we return to Rome.

• Tavassoli (10/5): Fantastic location, clean - The hosts was very responsive and communicated on time, everything was as advertised, location was unbelievable, we walk everywhere no ride required, we even walked to Vatican which was about 35 min, anything else was within 10-15 min walk, highly recommended, the apartment was clean and was big enough for family of 4, restaurant everywhere, 2 min walk and you are seeing many good restaurants, main Rome train station is about 10 min walk and from there you can get train to anywhere in Italy, if we come back we will stay in same place for sure , T None
