Only two things i would suggest was the pillows and maybe have kleenex. Really was a great spot. We have stayed at 4 different bookings on this trip and this was #2 favorite

Arnold (7/5): Overall, we loved our stay and would return back! - We like how convenient it was, there was a pool for kids, it was spacious for our group, it had washer, dryer and grill. We could safely store bikes there as well. It was quiet at night. The hosts were responsive and available. Not much to add here, it was exactly what we expected for the price and location, it worked perfectly for us.

Dishwasher stopped working on the last day, so left a note. HVAC thermostat was difficult and kept the place too hot.

The master bedroom has a window facing the main road, where trucks pass by in the early morning. We turned on the heater in the kitchen, and its monotonous hum helped drown out the noise of the traffic outside.

Helen (7/5): It was fine for our base to explore the area, but not as roomy as we had believed we had booked. - The pool and hot tub were great. The parking was easy and convenient. The responsiveness when we raised the issue of no gas to use the barbecue, and the bathroom door handle coming off, was prompt and resolved the issues. The screen door to the patio didn't work, but we had good communication that they had to order a new one and they couldn't fix it while we were there. It was farther away from shops and restaurants, and smaller and less comfortable, than we were expecting.

Garcia (7/5): Overall, we would probably stay again, but we would make sure that we would follow up if there were issues with cleanlin - Overall, the condo was pretty nice. The kitchen was good, beds were good, general living spaces were good. We really enjoyed the pool. The floors were dirty, and there was no hand soap, and we asked for our tub to be cleaned out because it was draining so, so slowly that we had to wait for a little while in between showers and baths. That was never cleared out though, and we never received the hand soap they said they were going to bring by.

Marlena (9/5): We were only there for one night, but it was very comfortable and spacious. - A lot of steps to get to room...Outside lighting was sparse in walkway to find condo. The condo was nice and had plenty of space for the eight of us.
ashlee (7/5): - The ability to sleep a decent amount of people. That there was space to spread out. Nice to have smart TVs to be able to hook up and not just be stuck with regular TV. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned better. There was hair from the previous renters. The counters and table were a little sticky from the cleaning materials. Needs better trailer parking.

I understand this was not the owners headache per se . However there should be some rules where this can be prevented and protect the owners who run air bnb business .

Cheryl (10/5): Pleasantly surprised by the condo and the fast response of the host when we did have a question. - We stayed at Moab Redcliffs Condos for 2 nights in the middle of our vacation of the “mighty five” National Park loop. The property was very clean, spacious, very close to the main town and everything we wanted to do at Arches park. The price was amazing compared to others in the area (and had me a little concerned being it was so affordable) but everything was better than we expected. W picked this stay simply based on wanting a washer and dryer to use at the “halfway” point of our vacation, but would definitely stay again and recommend even if it wasn’t just for that. No complaints.

The condo was spacious and fit our family well. The kids enjoyed the pool in the hot tub. There was hair in both bathrooms all over the floor and on the couches when we arrived. There were several things that were broken and didn’t work, I messaged the staff about it and never got a response. They stated it was a fully stocked kitchen, but there were several things that I needed to cook our meals that it didn’t have.

karen (10/5): Nice spot to get away from the crowds in Moab and Arches N.P. - 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms makes this large condo great for a family. The kitchen was nice and everything thing was very clean. There is a laundry room which is nice when traveling. The pool and the hot tub were nice after a long day of hiking. We would stay here again. It is on the third floor, so lots of steps to carry your things up. There is a tricking spot coming from the parking lot to the sidewalk. My husband tripped and fell off it. It could use a handrail to prevent guest from injuries.

Carol (10/5): Beautiful, spacious condo. Loved coming „home“ to it after spending the day in Arches and surrounding area. - Perfect for our stay in Moab. Large rooms, beautifully decorated, comfortable, lots of parking, a pool. Everything you need to cook is there (spices, sugar, etc.) There is a grill on the deck with great views of the cliffs—loved sitting there watching the sun rise and set. Would definitely book again! Sandra (10/5): Fantastico - Bellissimo appartamento dotato di ogni comfort e super attrezzato per ogni necessità….perfino il Keep Cold Trolley Ice Box che abbiamo molto apprezzato per i pic nic durante le escursioni. Piscina condominiale molto bella e pulita. Peccato non aver potuto utilizzare il barbecue sul terrazzo per mancanza di tempo! Se proprio dobbiamo trovare qualcosa la posizione non centralissima anche se con 8 minuti di macchina si raggiunge il centro di Moab
Lonnie (9/5): It was a great place for our family. - The property was lovely and the condo was perfect for our trip. The only problem was the air conditioning was quite cold, and we could not adjust it, we needed jackets indoors, but it was also a relief when we came in from a hot day exploring.

Thomas (7/5): Bien pour un séjour en famille - Maison grande avec 3 chambres bien agencées. Grande cuisine bien équipée, avec Climatisation, lave linge et sèche linge. A quelques minutes en voiture de Moab. Pourrait être plus propre, taches sur les Meubles et canapé. Les serviettes ne sentaient pas bons on les a lavés. Dommage que la piscine soit restée fermée tout le matin même après l’horaire d’ouverture.

We enjoyed all the amenities of home, their instruction to access the apartment is easy to understand. That there’s no elevator, it’s hard to carry the luggages to the top floor.

Gladys (8/5): Good accommodation and has all the amenities of home. - The place is great for families and large groups. The facility has it all to accommodate our needs. The pool is heated and a comfortable temperature. I reached out to the property manager to let them know that the fire alarm was beeping. Responded that housekeeping would come by to fix it but never did. We ended detaching the fire alarm as it was annoying. Until we left today, nothing was done.
Denisa (9/5): Superb - Updated, clean and comfortable. Close to town and shopping. Although we did not take advantage of the BBQ grill, it was there. I am used to stronger shower water pressure, it was sufficient. Kitchen fully stocked, plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Would stay here again. It was on the opposite end of town from Arches park, although the town is small, it just added maybe 10 minutes more to our drive, but closed to City market. Also unlike a hotel we were expected to empty trash into dumpster, start dishwasher, start load of towels in washing machine.
