- Elizabeth (10/5): Croatian Vacation Dreamhouse - The pictures of the house didn’t do it justice! Aside from being very clean and having great amenities, this house has so much charm. It’s set back on a private, quiet property away from noise, but close enough to restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches. The set up of the vila was perfect for us. We are a family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) who traveled with our friends (2 adults). The bottom floor has its own key/entrance and is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom accommodation with a kitchen where our friends stayed. The upper 2 floors make up a 3 bedrooms/2 bathroom accommodation (accessed from an outer staircase with its own entrance/key) with a kitchen and living area. There are TVs and ACs in every room (with the exception of no AC in the bedroom on the middle floor which wasn’t an issue for us). The outside was by far our favorite area to spend time. From the large eating area with a covered table, grill, and sink to the refreshing pool surrounded by several deck chairs, hammock, and play set - we couldn’t get enough! I can’t express how grateful I was for a pool that all ages could enjoy! The pool was divided into a deeper section for big kids/adults and a smaller shallow section for little kids. Overall, we all agreed that this was one of the best vacation houses we’ve stayed in! I seriously can’t think of anything!
